Oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries
Allissa A.

This Panera is nice and small.. not too many windows so it's a bit dark.. not busy.. ample parking in the back.. I like it that they have healthy options like oatmeal made with steel cut oats and water.. I added blueberries to replace the sugar and pecans and I was given 5 pieces of blueberries.. no big deal... i also like it that they have almond milk in the coffee station.. definitely my fave brunch go to place.

I stole some of my best friend's soup

I went here specifically for soup in a bread bowl and was very disappointed with what I got. I got the chicken noodle soup which had mostly soaked into the bread and made it way too soggy. The noodles, chicken and vegetables were all clumped together with barely any soup since it got absorbed into the bread. I made the mistake of getting the bread bowl especially because I was in the mood for soup. I also ordered bread on the side which was pretty hard and crisp, I didn't even eat it. The service however was very nice and we sat next to the warmth of the mini furnace. I will return, but just stick with the regular soup not in a bread bowl!

Good spot, needs to fix pot holes in parking lot. It's the only Panera bread I have ever been to that has warm fresh bread every time you go in!!!! And honestly, the bread is the absolute best part. I always get the chicken strawberry poppy seed salad

Loads of empty 2/3 ppl tables!

I visited this location on a Weekday morning. Great service, standard quality food, TONS of seating and working Wifi! Woo Negative: Some of the tables were already dirty and hadn't been wiped down. While I was there someone wiped some tables and picked up trash, however it still wasn't all clean. I'll probably return here because there is so much seating and relatively quiet- the music isn't overwhelming/too loud.

While I was looking over the deli options with my CERTIFIED service dog, the employee abruptly and very loudly asked - within earshot of other customers - what service my dog provides. While businesses are legally allowed to ask limited questions, I answered immediately and appropriately. For context, my service dog is fully trained, certified, and had just flown on a plane with me. He's also 105 lbs, so he's a big boy. Despite this, the employee continued to question me, spoke to me in a condescending manner, and went as far as saying she herself has a service dog for her "actual" disability - clearly implying that I was lying or exaggerating. This was humiliating, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. I do not need to disclose my disability to anyone, nor should I be interrogated after already complying with the law. I was so taken aback that I decided to leave immediately. Neither my dog nor I felt welcome, and I was uncomfortable continuing the interaction. We were former customers, but after this experience, I can't bring myself to return. No one should be treated this way - ESPECIALLY over something that is legally protected and deeply personal.

But if that isn't available, you have to find a spot in the lot and then find the inconvenient sign with a QR code at a $1/hour. The bar was busy when we arrived. We were seated at a table near the windows and were able to see the amazing sunset, as well as the ferry, which both arrived and departed several times during our meal. Our server was Destiny, who was very nice and did her job well. We had ordered some cocktails which took a very long time because there was only 1 bartender attending to the crowd. As for appetizers, we chose the mozzarella steak, the garlic and herb mussels and the cauliflower bites. All were served beautifully and tasted good as well. We also asked for bread and a loaf was served warm with olive oil and a half WELL roasted garlic bulb (most likely used for decoration) but it should have been roasted a lot less for it to be used as a spread. Dinner was the steak frites, twin lobster tails and golden glaze salmon. The steak was served with a salsa verde, the lobster was accompanied by a small gravy boat of drawn butter, a half corn cob and 4 roasted baby potatoes. The salmon, was my dish and was crispy and tasty, served over broccolini stalks and purple forbidden rice. Dessert took a while to come out and we were worried that we wouldn't get back to our car for the expiration of our time. It worked out. 2 of us ordered chocolate cake and I had the cheesecake. The portions were huge! I think what took so long was that they had to open up a new cake because 1 slice was warm and fudgy, while the other was more solid and dense. Not a problem, still delicious. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

My cosmopolitan was delicious as was our fried calamari. My penne a la vodka lacked some taste. I normally like it when it's a little sweeter. My husband got the warm lobster and do not like it at all which stinks. You'd think a restaurant on the water would have good seafood. Not sure why they never brought us out bread. I saw it at another and had to ask our waiter for one. The chocolate cake was fine. I feel like this restaurant changes around a lot. Glad I got to eat here.

*January 2026 Restaurant Week*…read more My wife's bestie made plans for the (4) of us to meet for dinner. We all live close so Fifth Season Restaurant was chosen. I haven't been here in a very long time so I'm excited to see how the restaurant has stayed in business over the years. We are shown to our table upstairs. The bar area on a Friday night looks fun and active. There's great views of Port Jefferson harbor so the restaurant ambiance is nice. We're seated and are given restaurant week menus as well as the wine/cocktail list. Listen, It's Friday nite and I don't want a wine cooler! Give to me a standard Martini stirred (Shaken is just dumb) with stuffed blue cheese olives. The ladies order appletini's and we're ready to order off the restaurant week menu. The menu has a nice selection of different offerings, I'm into all things local so I'm going to start with the beet salad and Red Snapper. The beet salad was loaded with beets! I love beets, they did a good job with this started dish. I must point out, the dish must have been prepped earlier in the day. The green salad was slighty wilted when served to me. The Red Snapper, what is that sauce on top? And the fish was sitting on a bunch of zoodles?? The fish wasn't seasoned, it wasn't very flavorful. I'm eating around the zoodles, meh. The cheesecake I ordered, it was also just a standard dessert. I didn't finish the fish or my dessert. Review is over, Fifth Season Restaurant? See you in another 5 years.

The salads we felt were small for the price but were tasty. The main course was delicious and a nice portion. However the small portions continued when we moved over to dessert, which was very overpriced for what you got. The service was also kind of slow. I think they need more wait staff.

BUT: The bartender was the grumpiest one I've experienced in a long time anywhere. When I ordered my cocktail from the specials menu, he audibly exhaled, turned to make my drink, put it in front of me. Not a word spoken. The Portuguese Quahogs ($18) come in threes, barely bigger than clams. So 6 bucks each.
