Came to this location on the way back from a soccer game because my kiddo had a hankering for some mac and cheese. I placed the order online and also ordered myself a bagel. We had to wait a few minutes, which wasn't a big deal. When the app said our order was ready, I went in, grabbed the bag with my name on it and got back in the car. My kiddo was hungry, so I passed the mac and cheese bowl over to him. He opened it up, dug in and said it was really cold. We told him we'd have to nuke it in the microwave when we got home. Food is good for a quick lunch option, I usually do the pick two, chicken bacon ranch sandwich with the tomato basil soup. On my next to last visit they forgot to add the chips so I called the manager, she was very apologetic and offered me a free meal which I thought was very nice, she wanted to make it right. We went for lunch this past Friday with friends - we were looking for a good meal but were sorely disappointed. The menu is very confusing. Once we figured out what we wanted we both had a 1/2 sandwich and cheddar broccoli soup. The soup was good but not hot - the sandwiches were TERRIBLE - one was supposed to be a Turkey Avocado BLt and the other a Frontera Chicken - the bread cruse was so tough it couldn't be cut or eaten. There was little of Turkey or Chicken in evidence and no avocado at all. To be fair, our friends had soup and flat bread pizza which they said was good. When you are checking out a screen comes up to give the order taken a tip - WHAT? We had to go up to a counter to order, we picked it up and took it to our table and we cleaned up the table - not a tippable event. I felt like having something for breakfast but didn't feel like making anything so I thought I'd try the new Panera's drive-thru. The guy who took my order was helpful as, not being familiar with their menu, I wasn't sure what I wanted. I got a bacon & egg (over-easy) on a Bagel which was excellent. When I got home the egg yoke was still not broken which speaks highly not only of the cook on the grill but also of the person who packaged (double bagged) it. I also got a coffee which was very good& smooth. The total cost was seven $ change which I though was more than reasonable. The food is always very good and served quickly. It is a little expensive. The problem I have is about 50% of the time we have to call them back after we get home and tell them that they forgot something or they gave us the wrong order. They always drive over to our home and deliver what was not included or deliver our original order. We appreciate they do that. Today, was a little different. Checked the posted online hours before going to get drive thru from this establishment. Said 9:00 PM. Pulled up to the drive thru, posted hours said 9:00 PM. No response from drive thru. Pulled up to the window, had to flag someone down, the time was 8:20 PM. Was informed that establishment was closed early due to COVID. Asked why there was no proper notification as to the early close hours in order to keep from wasting peoples time. The manager came to talk and said he didn't know why there was no effective communication and said general manager Megan Chan was responsible. he seemed aggravated having to explain this to me and did not seem to understand why I might be aggravated due to the fact that ineffective communication wasted over 20 plus minutes of my time and disappointed my young daughter. I assume that is because he is paid salary and does not care about the bottom line of the establishment. Typically, I think my frustration regarding the wasting of my time due to ineffective communication would be easy to understand for a manager of establishment that stands to benefit from my business. Suggest that someone figure out how to communicate effectively with the public regarding operating hours so that other customers are not disappointed with negative experience. read more

I am one of the biggest and most loyal Panera customers but this location really disappointed me. I ordered ahead for rapid pickup and planned to meet my mother for breakfast. Once I got there, the doors were locked and dining room was closed even though online and on their recording it said it was open. No big deal there, we just decided to go elsewhere. I called and asked for them to cancel my order and refund me and they refused. They told me we can sit outside and that was the only option, even though it was very hot and I old them I had an elderly mother. Their dining room was just closed for today due to staffing, but we were not aware so I felt very disappointed that we drove all the way there and ordered and would not be able to be refunded. Once I asked multiple times to talk to the manager, I finally was able to get it cancelled but even she was very rude and said they didn't want to refund me because it was a rapid pickup. read more
