The yellow walls are welcoming, and cozy. There's a small variety of snacks, and beverages on one side of the shop, and a large counter where you'd place your order. There are a few tables for dining in, but I chose to take my order home. I ordered a small Cevapi and Sirnica, plus picked up some Croatian chocolate for dessert. The Cevapi were delicious skinless beef and veal sausages, that were nicely savory and well browned. A cup of chopped onions, and what I think was a yogurt sauce came with my Cevapi which added more flavor and an overall goodness to the Cevapi. A bread similar to a pita made eating Cevapi easy, and filling. The Sirnica was equally delicious. A wonderful mix of flaky, chewy phyllo pastry, and cheese baked inside the pastry. It definitely hit the spot with a nice balance of a light pastry and mild cheese. I ate the leftover half cold, and it was just as good! The lady at the counter was friendly, and patient with me. The menu is truly a deli menu full of sandwiches, salads, and appetizers. If you're wanting to go for the House Specials, you won't be disappointed!

The Italian was also decent. I'm picky when it comes to hoagie rolls and this baguette was soft and fresh. I typically prefer more of a crisp exterior, but this was fine. The meat and toppings were fresh and the sandwich was served with a small bag of Lay's on the side. I completely understand that working in customer service can be difficult and that everyone has an off day. At the same time, I think a friendly and welcoming attitude can make such a difference, especially for someone who is visiting the area and trying a restaurant for the first time. First impressions really do matter, and unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed after being so excited to come in. I do want to mention that the young lady who checked me out was wonderful.
