Well,once more I end up back at Panera. The staff wasn't aware of the menu,the cashier was unprofessional and also cooked my food! Yikes! They were wearing masks but touch the brim of your glass and touch your food without gloves. What's the point of masks? Virtue signaling? The food was just OK, and my guess is that others feel the same because there is never anyone in there. I didn't get sick from my food (my worry because I had ticked off a millennial that was cooking and laws don't apply to them) but I did contact my lawyer just in case. But no need for him. The decor is outdated and worn out. It feels as if your in a restaurant in a small town in Mexico. So management on the upper level really needs to be changed. I reviewed this place when it was Paradise Bakery and it was a bad experience. Now that it switch to Panera, I wanted to update. The issues I had previously have been corrected by the better order flow. The staff is the same which is nice because I felt they got frustrated at the way you had to order previously. The food is Panera so if you like Panera, you will like this. If you haven't been there yet I would suggest a pick 2 and get a soup and sandwich. For soup I recommend the broccoli cheddar, baked potato or French onion. The first two are thick so using the buagetts as a spoon works great. For sandwiches I suggest the steak and white cheddar panini or the turkey apple cheddar sandwich. Now that the change to Panera has been made they moved from a frustrated 2 stars to 4. read more

Decided to check this place out after the remodel. I ordered 1/2 soup 1/2 sandwich. The food was great! I loved that they used reusable dishes and had recycling bins! The real fruit teas were also super yummy. To make the experience even better, I ended up studying until a couple minutes after they had closed. I came here about a week or so ago to get some soup for my sick elderly father in the drive thru, when i pulled up to order the guy that took my order was very passive aggressive & messed up the order 2 times, when i came to the window to pay i sat there for about 10 mins while he was out back taking a smoke break & messing around with coworkers, he finally took my card & i needed a receipt but he never gave one & when i asked for it he seemed super annoyed like i was a nuisance. I finally got the soup & it was luke warm, so i went inside so i could get hot soup & as soon as i walked in his facial expression changed to hate almost, but this sweet girl named mandie helped me fix the issue & reassured me everything would be fixed & did everything she could to make sure my experience was better! overall i don't recommend this place & that guy needs to be talked to or disciplined for the way he treated me & the situation, his name was tucker. i hope things will be different the next time i come through. read more

This was my first time using the drive thru and it was great! There was no line at all and I was gone in 2 minutes, and this was at noon. Usually I do rapid pick up but I wanted to bring my dogs this time so I was grateful for a drive thru and the fact that it was quick because I work from home and only get a 30 minute lunch break. The food was good although the chipotle chicken sandwich was much lighter on the avocado than usual and a small part of the chicken was kinda rubbery, but I'm very pregnant and easily grossed out. I ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich which came without bacon. I took it to the counter and all the manager John did was pull the tray out my hand ... Didn't even say anything just yanked it out my hand and turned his back on me. After a few minutes I went back to the counter and my sandwich was sitting on the counter.. I asked if this was my sandwich and they said yes. The ONLY person who apologized for the mistake was one of the server boys which was nice of him. If i'm paying $26 for two sandwiches and mac and cheese I would have thought at least they'll get my food right and say sorry when they make a mistake. First the good: The cashier was nice, the coffee was good, and the pumpkin muffin was good. The bad: Our order was for dining in and it was packed as a to-go order. The two different breakfast sandwiches we tried tasted like they came out of a microwave oven, were bland, overpriced and small in portion. The tea was sour. MULTIPLE pieces of HAIR in my Mac & Cheese bowl; absolutely disgusting, shame because i have had no problems with Panera before. The staff was also a bit unprofessional. Although the cookies & tea are amazing. I would recommend to check your food when you get it; they also do not clean the tables, not to mention the table is very wobbly and hard to eat on. will NOT be coming back to this panera. So I have to first say that I typically spend like $25 every time I roll through the drive thru, which BTW is sorta awkward if you have a larger vehicle. The so called - rewards program is a MF joke! Probably spend like thousands of dollars and sometimes I MIGHT get a free drink. GIVE ME A BREAK! The grill cheese is typically disgusting according to my kids and it is usually the worst on the weekend. So besides the grill cheese everything else we've had there has been good and amazing quality. The service is always good to so that is a plus. I came to this location a couple nights ago and was given a whole box of free pastry's for no reason! All of the workers are so nice!

I love the food, and two of the associates working the drive window (Rylee & a male I didn't catch his name) have fantastic customer service however, I'm so sick of going to this location and not getting my order right. 3x this has happened!! First time they forgot my soup, 2nd time which was last week they gave me the wrong soup, now today I ordered on the app. and was missing a sandwich. So I had to go in when I told the girl I was missing my sandwich her response "oh, we ran out of that bread" I was like okaaaay??? Obviously they need to find a better way to communicate w/ other associates, and double check orders. I might give this location one more chance but if they mess up I might lose my sh*t! read more

Horrible every time we order here the order is wrong. Tonight we ordered a southwest salad got all the way home and all that was in the box was lettuce and chicken ! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING else! Can't understand how this restaurant stays in business. I thought I'd try Panera for the first time so I ordered a chicken sandwich and a salad. The salad was small with limp greens and not much to mention, just over priced. But the chicken sandwich was a joke! A girl that was very nice and staff was courteous and brought me my order. I always look at my food and will usually put something on it as in this case. Opened the sandwich and thought I was being pranked. Instead of a chicken breast or part of one was a few torn strips of chicken. There was nothing much else on it but some limp greens on this too. Wow. So much for the customer not being happy. I ordered a decorated cookie for my daughters birthday. This would be the second cookie I ordered from them. The first one was wonderful! The colors were so bright and vivid and it was beautifully decorated. The second I ordered in red and white after being told that they only have primary colors. I asked them to write Happy Birthday Miley and then put 17 somewhere on the cookie. When I picked it up it was a sad muted orange color and didn't have her age on it anywhere. When the manager came to look at it and I asked her about the lack of red color she said they can't guarantee the color because they make it themselves. If you can't guarantee the color then why ask what I want? She said she could take it back and see if they have the same color and add the 17 on it. There wasn't anywhere to add it. The first visit to this location. Never again. I'd rather drive out of my way. Went in and placed a SIMPLE order (pick 2...tortellini and grilled cheese). After 30 min and EVERYONE else having food in front of them...I sent my adult daughter to go check on the order. She asked the "manager" (older male employee in orange shirt) the status of her order. No record of it. Keep in mind she has the buzzer. He proceeds to give her a fat attitude and then claims he will have it made. Another 17 minutes go by and I go check on it! This man cops another fat attitude and has a girl (sorry I didn't catch her name) retake our order and I had to ask for it to go by this point. It's been an hour! We finally got our simple order. My family loves their bagels but take it to go! The tables are always dirty, employees joking around that don't care about customer service AT ALL. Paradise Bakery was so much better in every way. The Managers don't seem to care about the customers either since we witnessed a gentleman complain about their order, she didn't even apologize and seemed put out. I count on this place at least once per week. Love that the calorie count is in their menu and the service is usually pretty good. I love their four cheese soufflé. I would've never tried it but they told me that lots of people love them and that they were pretty popular so I gave it a shot. Also they are constructing a new drive-through at this location probably because the Dunkin' Donuts next-door is always so busy from their drive. Their food is much better than Dunkin' Donuts so I'm sure that they will do well. Superclean and casual inside like many other locations and we can't forget the cookies. read more
