I typically come here on lunch or every once in awhile for a sub for dinner. I recently went in for my birthday reward Sub and the manager I believe it was was very nice about honoring the free sub and making it feel like a special day. Everytime I eat here the food is fresh and customer service is good which always brings me back read more

This Jersey Mike's location desperately needs management that takes cleanliness and proper food handling seriously. Unfortunately, this is the second time I've witnessed extremely concerning food-handling practices here. During my most recent visit, I watched an employee prepare sandwiches while wearing the same gloves she had used to wipe down dirty counters, operate the register, and wipe her hands on her apron. She then continued handling customers' food without changing her gloves. The deli slicer and surrounding food-prep area also appeared dirty. About a year ago, I had another disturbing experience at this same location. I witnessed an employee eating meat directly from the grill area with his hands and then using those same unwashed hands to prepare a customer's sandwich. I had hoped things would improve, but unfortunately, it appears not much has changed. The restaurant itself does not appear clean, and the food-handling practices I witnessed are simply unacceptable. I've visited several other Jersey Mike's locations where employees are noticeably careful about cleanliness, changing gloves, and proper food handling, so I know this is not representative of the entire company. This particular location needs stronger management, better training, and much closer attention to basic food-safety practices. read more

If you order something online to pick up at 4:45 and it's not ready at 5:05... Do you think they would give you priority instead? They continue to serve customers in line before the guy who ordered on the website. SUCK read more

So I come in and I order a 43 a chipotle beef sandwich online and i don't know if they thought this was funny or something but I got a diabolical sandwich that looked like this. Now they did remake my sandwich and the service was good but why was my #43 looked like that? I think the employee there are just joking around with customers food and I can't stand that so I will not be taking my service here again read more

We ordered subs this evening and I really hope some sweet pickles got onto my sub if not then your green peppers and onions for #64 are spoiled-because they were sweet/sour taste. Other subs seemed fine but also ordered wheat bread and got white for the turkey one w/bacon. Not feeling too good at the moment. All worked out good never did get sick. read more

I preordered two sandwiches 15 minutes prior to arriving. When I arrived the sandwiches were not ready, and they had yet to start them. Prior to making my sandwiches; numerous customers walked in, ordered and received their food prior to me getting my order. Poor customer service! read more

We found a hair in our sandwich(looks like a beard hair.) when we called the store whoever answered the phone said they can refund us. We still haven't gotten the refund so we called again today and the store manager Eric, said he can't do anything about it and that the other person never told him about it. I think that's disgusting and the least they could do is remake the sandwich if they can't do a refund. I threw away the sandwich due to the hair and again Eric said nothing can be done. Watch out if you go here and inspect your food. read more

The customer service was great today! I was asked how my day was and was greeted with smiles. Good sub too.

HEALTH CONCERN: don't eat here. Honestly, my sandwich was tasty and good. However when walking into the store, nobody greets you and it smells like sewer. I walked in and immediately was like ewww. That should've been my first clue now to eat here. While making my sandwich one of the employees takes a dirty wet rag and wipes the counters down to "clean" the surface of the condiments section. Then with the same gloves that she was touching that gross rag she used to touch my food. I am not the type to say anything but I'm glad I did because that was disgusting. I honestly should've just walked out after seeing that. However I asked for new one and they obliged but still, I just feel grossed out thinking about what goes unnoticed. I worked in food industry for many years and we had a much higher standard than that. read more

We had a order made online and my husband picked it up. Our order was missing a drink, and when I called to tell them the girl just said "I refunded it", no sorry, no empathy, just stone cold response. Yes it was just a drink but acting like you care goes a long way. read more

worst gluten free bread, fell apart like you were eating sand. The guy making the sandwich was annoyed when I told him it was for a gluten allergy. definitely not worth the money!!! would not give this 1 star , but I had to, to post read more

This store is under new management and the employees are disrespectful & consistently got our order wrong. The restrooms were dirty and unmaintained along with the dining area. On multiple occassions there was hair found in our sandwiches. read more

Staff is always pleasant and food is consistent. Great place to grab a quick sandwich.

Food - compared to others the sandwiches are average. They are lean and stuffed with more filler than meat. Not much variety on bread. L just an average at that sandwich l. Sandwiches are fresh and the filler produce aren't wilted or unripe. Service - again just average. Not much personality when taking order. The young man seemed like he was being bothered or not having a good day which we all have. The location was clean and organized. It wasn't busy at all on a Sunday afternoon. read more

How to lose long time customers.... We have been longtime customers of Jersey Mike's as our previous local store in Covington WA always did a great job. This location proved that all locations are not created equally. We stopped in for some late lunch around 1:30 today (1/29/2023), the team of 4 working behind the counter was working on filling an order for the customer in front of us, and as they completed her order they asked what we would like, and then proceeded to work on 4 online orders with 11 sandwiches before starting our order. No mention from the team that "hey while you stand there waiting we are going to prep all other orders that come in first". As we were waiting, 8 people stood in line together watching them make these other orders. A couple of people made comments and left, but that did not deter the staff from keeping the customers in front of them waiting. To top that off, the young lady asked what we wanted on our two sandwiches only to prove that she was not listening by adding non requested items such as oil to my wife's, lettuce to mine, and then failed to remember that the club comes with bacon. Needless to say, this is not the experience we have had from other locations in the past, but it his was enough that we will not be returning to this location. Guess we will be letting our Shore Points expire as it is not worth the poor service. read more

Ordered #13 The Original Italian, I requested white bread. They gave me white on top and stale wheat on bottom. It was so hard and dry it cut my tongue. What a waste of $12. From here on only eating subs at Mr Goodcents on Bell. Never had an issue with an online order there. read more

Your store at Lake Pleasant Rd in Peoria Arizona is filled with employees who don't know what they're doing and don't care. TWICE we have had issues with them getting our very simple order wrong! The food here is always spot on. The ambience is decent for what it is. Wish they had some outdoor seating options. The service is good, my only wish is that they didn't blend the online orders with walk in customers as it really slows things down. Other locations split these up. read more

Why pre-order when it takes longer than just walking in?? I used the app to order my sandwich and was given a time for pick-up about 20-minutes after my order. It was a hot sandwich so I walked in about 5 min early to make sure it wasn't sitting waiting for me. Then I waited ANOTHER 20-minutes ant watched about a dozen people walk order and leave while I waited for my sandwich being told several times "were working on that now." When I finally got my order, almost 40 min after ordering it, it was wrong and they actually argued with me saying it wasn't. I had them read me the ticket before they admitted it was wrong. Food from Jersey mikes is usually always good (although this store in particular has messed up my order before), but customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Manager is an absolute asshole and is so unwilling to compromise. I had a weird situation where the system had processed the date I put in for a pick up wrong, and the manager would not let me change the date for later. Don't go here for catering!! The people that work there are horrible people who are not understanding. I would recommend going to the Jersey mikes on 75th and Bell instead. read more

I love JM's but this location sucks. The kids working here really are as dumb as they look and based on all the reviews I've seen the owners clearly don't care. We go here about once a week and every time something is wrong. I even showed up one evening and they were out of bread. That's a pretty important ingredient in a sandwich. Most of the produce seems fresh, and it's convenient so I'll go back. But damn, society as a whole is on a sharp decline when such a simple business can't be run properly. It's sandwiches, not brain surgery. The owners should be embarrassed. read more

My family & I come here quite a bit & Ashton has always been the nicest & best sandwich maker they have!

I stopped in 10/23 about 7pm ish for a few sandwiches & usually the crew is friendly & helpful. However there was one blonde (long hair thin gal) that had NO smile & clearly No customer service whatsoever she was flat out NOT enjoying her job...she didn't ask for my number for rewards like they always do, so when I told her I'd like to add my number she rudely said "type it in" & turned around then proceeded to go to the back leaving me standing there...while she filled condiment area. Really sad she needs a better attitude makes me NOT want to return read more

Love this location! The employees are always nice and make a delicious sandwich! Even when they are busy they always manage to get people through the line in a timely manner! The place is always well kept and clean! I see how many people complain about online orders. My advice to those kind of impatient people, book your order online if you don't like waiting in line! Your sandwich is just as delicious and is ready when the online booking time tells you when the order is ready! read more

Today- March 31, 2021 Jersey Mike's is doing a fundraiser for phoenix children hospital. We have been planning to help support this for a week now. My husband ordered our food for pickup at 4. We are told our food will be ready at 6:15. We get there and they are out of bread so our sandwich is unmade. 1- why wouldn't you call a customer who has been waiting for almost two hours. 2- why would you be accepting orders still. 3- why wouldn't you prepare for this fundraiser. One of my favorite sandwich shops really dropped the ball today. Good job guys. read more

It's sad.... I love jersey mikes but the boys that work here need more training. I asked if there were any other chips and I was told that they are in the back. There is nobody in line and we are the only family dining in. My kids have no lids for their cups. I mentioned that when I was paying and I have yet to get a lid.
