This is my first time at this location and it did not disappoint. I loved the convenience of being able to order in an interactive screen just as you walk in. (No need to go to the counter unless you want to.) After you order and pay you just find a table and wait for your food to come to you. So fast and easy. The food is amazing and fresh as normal. I love their broccoli cheddar soup. This was my first time trying the kids meals (never realized they had kids meal), they were great and my girls loved getting options. One opted for the ham and cheese with yogurt and the other got the grilled cheese and yogurt. My favorite is always the pick 2 option. I love being able to get a cup of soup and half a sandwich, it is the perfect size for me. The personnel working here were really friendly and accommodating. We could not find the small water cup lids for the kids cups and an associate went and got us some from the back. I will definitely be back. I order from this Panera frequently as it's close to work. Never had any issues with my order. I typically select the rapid pickup and it's always there on time when I arrive. I am such a sucker for their baguettes and prickly pear hibiscus tea. Only complaint would be on occasion the soup isn't hot enough (in my opinion) and could stand to be a bit warmer, particularly for people who are taking their orders to go. read more

So I've been to this location at least 5x and I've waited to review because I know things can vary with different workers and shifts... First, we really like the menu option and feel like there are healthy options! HOWEVER, I have two concerns: 1) portions are small - we routinely spend $50-60 for 4 people and still leave alittle hungry. They routinely fill a bowl of soup half full ($7 for soup) and when you pay for extras like, olives for ex, you get like 5-6. This location just seems more stingy than other Panera locations and their competitors. 2) hire friendlier people. In general, I don't like the remodel (high walls and you can't see your food being made like when was Paradise Bakery) but the limited interactions with staff should be met with a smile and / or at least more outgoing personalities. read more

Avoid this location at every possible cost. 2 nights ago I was recovering from a stomach bug, so instead of a normal dinner my wife and I ordered Panera on DoorDash because I wanted something easy on my stomach like soup. My wife got the smoky Buffalo chicken melt and a Fuji apple chicken salad. I ate my soup and was still hungry, so snuck a couple bites of my wife's chicken melt. About 45 mins later my stomach started to cramp, and I figured it was just remnant from the stomach bug. I was very wrong. 2 hours later my wife was vomiting her brains out, I was curled up in a ball with insane stomach cramping and nausea. Neither one of us was able to sleep due to the constant vomiting and now diarrhea. I had to be hospitalized, where it was confirmed we had been the victims of rather severe food poisoning. Needless to say my wife tossed out the untouched salad as soon as we got home from the hospital. The food was thoroughly cooked, which means the staff doesn't follow basic food handling safety protocols. We will be filing a report with the local health department and potentially seeking damages as my wife happens to be an attorney. LOVE THIS PANERA!! I've been coming for the last 3 years and they are always on point. The prices are getting high but I do understand that they cannot help it. (Over heard some lady complaining to the cashier about it and getting mad at her even though she cannot change it LOL) The staff there is always friendly and willing to help even with the smallest things. The food is always great and even if something is messed up, they fix it right away. I personally love that Fuji Salad ! Every time something is messed up (which isn't all the time but it does happen) the manager Tommy is always first up to help. He is a great manager and now that the General Manager John is leaving, It would be amazing if he took that place. What a joke. We went through the drive thru to order dinner. After saying "goodnight" to the kid who handed us our food he replied, "yeah, yeah, yeah" while turning away from us. Very disrespectful. I understand we were there 20 minutes before closing, but that's ridiculous. In addition, when we got home we found no receipt in the bag (I specifically asked for one) and our French onion soup had no cheese or croutons. I called a manager the next day and he apologized and gave us some free "pick 2" coupons. So we gave them another chance. I ordered the half steak sandwich as part of my meal. There was literally two small pieces of steak on it (see photo). Suffice to say we won't be giving that Panera our business again, nor will our family that lives in the area. I haven't been here in a year; apparently customer service is also down the tubes at this point. This is one of the worst Panera's I've ever been to. We've been here twice in the past month. Both times, almost our entire order was incorrect. Items we asked for weren't there, or things we asked to be omitted were not (ex: croutons, basil, etc...). It's like they don't care at all, don't read or concern themselves with customers needs. They brought the wrong soup to my son, didn't make my daughters sandwich correctly- pretty serious, they put cheese on her sandwich with a dairy allergy. Put croutons in my soup despite instructions not to. Incompetence. When I complained, they offered a free pastry They were out of baguette. How does Panera run out of baguette?! It's PANERA! To top it off, when the server brought one of the soups (the one that had croutons and wasn't supposed to), she spilled it all over the carpet right next to my seat. No one ever cleaned it up- they left wet croutons and soup sitting next to us on the floor. My toddler stepped in it twice and slipped and fell. Not only is this a safety issue, it is actually a health code violation; wet materials left sitting can cause mold. I finally complained about it at the front, and asked for it to be cleaned up. Didn't happen. So I personally asked the server to clean it (the one who dropped the bowl!). She told me she has to vacuum it up and she can't vacuum while people are there. So I guess that's going to sit on the floor for 3 more hours. Hope no one else slips on it. Not to mention, that's the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. You don't vacuum up wet messes, slimy soup, soggy croutons. I told her she could pick it up with a rag but she told me no, that's not how she cleans up spills. They get vacuumed. My family and I had a wonderful experience at this Panera. We took our 10 month old baby out for lunch (only the second time since she was born due to covid) and naturally I was not too attentive to my own salad. The food was ok, but the service we got by the guy who brought our food was extremely rude and discourteous. He brought our food on a plate, and we apologized and asked if we could get it to go. We also informed him that I ordered coffe as well. He rolled his eyes at us, turned around and literally dumped our food in the bag and handed it to us. This place deserves at least 4 stars. I come here just about every day and the food is always so good. Their Mac and cheese is one of the best mac & cheeses I've had. I also get their Fuji apple salad but modify it slightly. It's so delicious. I love how you can order on a kiosk now and don't have to wait in line and it can save your order which I love. I've been to other Panera locations and this one is by far the best. Service is prompt and everyone working is so nice and friendly. Because we eat here so much they always give us fresh cookies right from the oven! I love it. read more

They recently remodeled and it is very nice. They have very convenient Kiosk and everybody there was very nice. The food was very good and it came fairly fast. I have only been to Panera 2-3 times but this one was very nice. A lot of seating and everything from booths, tables, and Pub style seating. I know this place just switched over from Paradise Bakery to Panera and there was a physical remodel of the location as well. It seems like logistically this place is still trying to find their groove. My cousins and I all ordered salads and all of them came back dry. No dressing on the side. We had to go ask for them. One didn't get her side, the other had to get a new soup b/c they ran out (which is fine, just another hiccup). I ordered my salad to go and was surprised at how long it took. In my mind to-go means "i'm in a hurry". Maybe that's just me though. To their credit, one of the employees brought us a box of a dozen delicious cookies (complimentary) to make up for all the order blunders. I did have a special request for my salad and that was fulfilled. Staff appeared a little overwhelmed at times but were never rude. I'd come back again, but not any time soon. We have eaten at this location during the week and the service and food was great - with the person at the cash register heating our food without us even asking and delivering to our table. However, we came on a Sunday today and the lady behind register seemed not very service oriented. She loaded up the food on the plate and handed to us with that min wage i don't care look. I asked about an item to be warmed up. She pointed to a microwave under the coffee station as if, you do it yourself. That would be fine if that is the normal process.
