The food was really good but confused to why they decided to not use half the ingredients on my toast. This is what I received compared to what I ordered. A little bit of false advertising here

Fast drive thru. The drive thru is a little awkward with a sharp turn that anything bigger than a compact car could easily hit the curb. But other than that, service was friendly and everything came out fresh. Didn't go inside, but the drive thru was fast.

A wanna be green goddess

I'll let the picture speak for itself... that was supposed to be a green goddess sandwich... this location has gone downhill and the food is not worth the price. The staff was so rude last time I picked up. Tossed my bag down like it was inconvenient of me to order food.

Boooo! No chicken in my salad

I really love the salads here. There are so many fresh ingredients to fill your tummy with delicious, good for you food. You can customize every ingredient. Add your favorites, drop anything you dislike and end up with your perfect dish! I recommend going in versus the drive through so you can go through all the customization options. The dining room is very comfortable and clean.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Chips

Had lunch with the kiddos on a cold rainy day which called for some soup. Lots of room to find a table inside. Quiet full of people studying, reading and meeting. We mobile ordered and went in and sat down and ate. Kiddo number one had the chicken soup. She loved it but there wasn't a lot in it besides broth. Had just a couple of noodles. Tomato soup was good with the bread to dip it in. The texture was great feel like it could use a bit more seasoning though. My son and I both had the spicy chicken sandwich. We added bacon. This was good but wasn't that spicy. Not a very busy day and lots of tables available. The staff was helpful and food was done ahead of the time on the app which is always good. An average tasting meal in your typical Panera place. Feel like they are need of same added flavor before they can be 4-5 star.

I was craving bagels. Being from NY I expected a much better product. On my way home from work our regular bagel store is too far away so, I figured I'd give Panera Bread a go. This was my first time buying food from Panera. I ordered a Bakers Dozen of bagels. What I got was stale and contained four actual bagels (two cinnamon/raisin, and two sesame). The rest are what they call a flat bagel. In no way shape or form is a Roll and Bagel. I wish, I truly wish businesses would not sell garbage recipes. I wanted real bagels, not flat stale rolls. My receipt says 2 sesame, 2 cinnamon swirl, two cinnamon crunch, 2 Asiago, 2 plain bagels and 2 sprout grain flat bagels. I wanted bagels and got a bag of flat rolls. This was my first and last time ever buying from Panera bread.

First, this was a tasty sandwich. However, skimpy toppings doesn't even really cover how bare this sandwich was. Baguette was HUGE but toppings weren't. I had to reassemble all of the ingredients onto one half of the bread to even get full coverage. Again, very tasty, but felt cheated by the lack of ingredients.

This panera is a very special gem in Arizona. I am a panera enthusiast located in Wisconsin and I proud member of the unlimited sip club. Not only did a worker comment how cute my shirt was, but my mom was also surprised with free coffee and my sister a free cookie. I highly recommend! :) Side Note - I don't know if this is a new addition to the unlimited sip club but at this panera a hibiscus drink was also included

What happened to the quality? The new chicken sandwich is disgusting. The chicken sandwiches at QT are better. Unbelievable.

Went here tonight with a gf of mine. I have never experienced a hot pot…read more I got some Gyoza to start they were very tasty. They did not come with any sauces. But they were on their own very good. I got the Japanese Miso Hot soup and added instant noodles and lobster balls. Mild weather on the spice. It was still pretty spicy. Cleared my nostrils right up My friend got the beef hot soup also mild and mine was a lot more spicy lol. But said it was very good I also got a Thai Milk tea with 25% sugar which was nice. You walk in get seated. Then that is really the last time you talk to someone. You scan the menu and order from your phone. I think this cuts out any confusion. You then have someone bring your food and drinks to your table. They do walk around and offer your more broth as there is a lot of food in those bowls. And when you add the dry noodles you need more broth. I think that is cool. They do drop off the check midway through. It does get busy around 7pm we got there just before 6 so got in no problem.

When we got a table, we ordered using the QR code. It took a bit of time for our food and drinks to come. But the spot was pretty busy. Only saw the server when they brought our drink and our food, and when we ordered additional drinks. This is not like the typically hot pot spots where they bring you the broth and meats/veggies separately to cook yourself. You pick a "soup" premade and it comes to your table in a hot clay pot. It's a bit heavier broth. Definitely not what my taste buds enjoy. However my husband liked it. I don't think I'll dine here again only because I prefer the cook myself experience, simple ingredients, and lighter broth.

I always love visiting Cafe Zupas when I'm in town. I wish they'd open where I live, in Oregon!…read more I was excited to see the menu when I landed as I knew this would be a perfect post flight meal. I had the cottage cheese bowl and added a few additional veggies and it was so fantastic. The service was quick and the food was fresh. The reason I took a star off is because there was a piece of cardboard in my bowl. Things happen, and this won't stop me from visiting again, but wanted to cal that out.

I went to Café Zupas yesterday around 1:45 pm, and this place completely tanked any chance of me…read moreever coming back. I tried ordering the Pick 2 with two soups. Pretty simple. The menu doesn't say you can't do that anywhere. Not on the board, not in fine print, nowhere. Instead of just making the order, I was told "you can't do that." No explanation. No logic. Nothing. I asked for the manager, and Zana wandered over. She had no clue what the policy even was. She had to stare at the menu board, then ask a coworker, just to come back and tell me no again, still with zero reasoning. Then she hit me with the most ridiculous explanation I've ever heard in a restaurant: it's "implied" that you shouldn't order two soups. Implied? By who? Because it sure wasn't implied to me, and it definitely wasn't written anywhere. Instead of owning the mistake or providing a real answer, she got visibly aggressive the second she was challenged, like I asked her to solve rocket science instead of a lunch order. When I asked for her District Manager to contact me, she took my name and number, but not before throwing out this gem: "Do you go to Panera Bread and do this too?" Yes, actually. And unlike Café Zupas, Panera doesn't whine about it. They encourage it. I left Café Zupas and went straight to Panera for a stress-free lunch. I even kept the receipt so Café Zupas can see how a real company handles customers. Bottom line: the menu is misleading, the manager has no command of the policies, and the attitude was downright unacceptable. If this is how Café Zupas chooses to treat paying customers over something this small, it says everything I need to know. I'll happily spend my money elsewhere.

We'd eaten here many times before in years past, but it's been a year or so since we've been back. We ordered fresh spring rolls, potstickers, orange chicken, & pork pad Thai, with a side of brown rice. The only thing that was any good at all, was the steamed brown rice. In past experiences there everything seemed cooked from scratch using fresh ingredients. This time, everything appeared to be food purchased pre-prepared, instant packaged food, or bagged frozen food, which was then just deep fried or warmed up in a microwave. I've eaten orange chicken many times and at many other restaurants, including here, and this tasted nothing like anything like I've ever had - it was awful, pungent almost. Plus, the chicken in it was so tough, so full of gristle, and chewy, it was inedible. The pork pad Thai tasted like it had been stir fried using old oil; it was super greasy and we only ate a small portion of it. The potstickers were clearly just re-heated in a microwave, and they were so tough and so hard to chew, we each took one bite and just set them on the plate, and stopped there. The spring rolls just fell apart in the box; and looked more like a box of shredded lettuce & shredded carrots - so there was no dipping them in peanut sauce. Grr... In the end... most of what was a $60 order for two, was thrown away. Sadly, this place used to cook great Thai, but we will never be going back. I hope the owners take note, and return the food to the quality it once was.

I was beyond disappointed, and while what I had instead was very good, it wasn't what I wanted, or had my taste buds set on. Stuff happens & it is what it is. This was the first tome I've ever been disappointed. The food here is really great. Fried Ravioli, the Italian Relliano, the Lasagna you can have made the way you want to some extent, the Alfredo. My family loved everything they ordered. The lemon blueberry cake is divine. It's a relatively small restaurant with a full bar, a couple of large high-top tables & the rest half booth half chair. I really can't recommend them enough. That they were out of a popular menu item late on a Saturday was just bad luck/planning on my part. I suggest going before 7:30 pm on a Saturday if you want everything to be available; they are only open till 9:00 pm. That was the first time I've ever experienced them being out of anything. It was the holiday season, etc. I really suggest everyone try it - it's worth the drive we make to go there. Edit: they now have a wait list on Yelp. Fantastic!
