I ordered a Stuffer Salad online specifically to ensure it had no meat. Despite that, my salad arrived with meat mixed in -- a major issue for anyone with dietary restrictions, and especially for me as a lifelong vegetarian. When I brought this to the assistant manager, Alizon, she didn't apologize, didn't acknowledge the seriousness of the mistake, and made me feel like I was somehow at fault. She told me she needed to finish a large order before she could help me. Even her own employee asked what she said to me and didn't seem surprised -- that employee was kind, empathetic, and clearly understood the gravity of the situation. Alizon showed no concern for the contamination, no remorse, and refused to issue a full refund. I was so frustrated by the lack of accountability that I left my food on the table and walked out. This was a clear food safety violation, and the manager's response made it even worse. Leadership should care about customer safety and basic respect -- neither of which were shown here by Alizon. Tried some pastries. The cranberry bread and banana muffin were pretty good, moist and flavorful. The cinnamon roll - was just ok- overly sweet and tasted like it was previously frozen and just left out to thaw. Probably would not come back for these items - but they were not terrible. read more

5/24/26 around 11am- First time in a Panera not knowing how it works so we stood by the register waiting for someone to greet us and take our order. It took a while and when we were finally greeted she seemed irritated af with us. She was like looking around the whole time we were talking to her and we had to repeat our order multiple times because she wasn't paying attention. Idk if she was high or something but she didn't seem okay.. hope she's fine and that she was just having a rough shift or somethin. Later the kitchen called out my order and it was only one of the things I had ordered. I waited a couple more minutes and wasnt sure if they were still working on it since my name on their order board had disappeared. As someone with anxiety, missing food and having to go ask about it is mortifying lol. When I asked the kitchen about my order, I was surprised no one seemed irritated and they were super nice and apologized about it (cooks don't have the best reputation for customer service hence my anxiety but that crew was awesome)!! They brought the rest of my order to my table instead of calling it out again, apologized again and thanked us for our patience. That's some good customer service and that's lowkey hard to come by these days! As a fellow food service worker, a lot stuck out to me. The manager was friendly and helpful to her staff. She cleaned the dining area, the trashes and had restocked the pastry case. The lobby and dining area were clean and quiet. Lots of seating options and tables were cleared and clean as well! Kitchen was getting orders out fast. Drink station was clean and the floor in front wasn't sticky or anything (can't remember if there was a carpet or not lol but im always weary getting sticky shoes because it just feels gross and I did not have to deal with that here, the little things like that matter!), everything like utensils, lids, straws and napkins were stocked as well! The bagels look awful, the asigao bagel tasted just plain, and the cinnamon crunch lacked cinnamon flavor. What a disappointment. The last Panera bread you want to come to is this one. Ordered a "Surprise" order for pick up but once we showed up to the store we were met with "uhhhh" and "we don't know". Bunch 16 year old kids joking around not working ... Fountain drink station out of order, seating area was atrocious, dirt and trash everywhere, not even been swept or vacuumed all day. Don't even get me started on the restrooms. Like I said bunch of kids with no adults monitoring them laughing it up with tons of work to be done. I love coming here with my children. It's always been a favorite place to eat since highschool. We came for early lunch and the restaurant was empty which we enjoyed. It's normally packed and hard to find seating. We ordered three entrees and a kids meal with drinks and kind of shocked on how much it came out to. We definitely could have spent the same amount sitting down eating at a normal restaurant. You would think Panera would be cheaper but it really wasn't. The food it self was semi decent. I don't think we would order the teriyaki bowl from there again and just stick with the classic sandwiches or pick twos. I don't think we will be back in a while due to the price. They forgot an entire part of the order and when we complained they didn't do anything to make it better other than just replacing the missing items after driving another hour total to grab the food. I have been dining here since 2007. Haven't been in probably a year and decided to try their new items. First, this location needs a total renovation. It is so old and worn looking and not clean. I am super picky on cleanliness and that began the issue with me. Tables not cleaned, food and napkins under our booth which was one of the "cleanest" booths. Drink dispenser dirty and not maintained. Being older now and with arthritis in my hands really bad, why can't our food be brought to the table? Carrying soup and walking on that tile floor is an accident waiting g to happen. The Croque Monsieur Croissant Toast sandwich was way too cheeesy and cold on the inside and burnt on half of the croissant. The Mexican Street Corn Chowder was very good. The chicken and wild rice soup is my husbands favorite and he has the cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich, which he liked. Tried the new Spicy Chicken Take and it was good although pricey, in my opinion. Nice brioche bun layered with a somewhat crispy, spicy chicken breast which was moist and tender. Toppings included a Buffalo sauce and garlic aioli which adds nice flavour. Also included are crispy pickle chips which were a great add with the zing of the pickle and crunch of a chip! This Panera continues to go down hill. At one point, the service was terrible but the food was still good. Now, neither are good. My favorite thing there is the cinnamon crunch bagel... has anyone had it over the past 3 months? They don't even look like bagels. They are completely flat, as if they forgot the yeast. I placed an online order for soup and mac and cheese. When I went in my food was not ready after 10 minutes and was told they are working on it. After 10 more minutes I asked again and was told they didnt have my order and they would get a manager. The manager was so rude. She was talking to me in a very inappropriate tone. She told me "Dont be rude" when all I asked for was my food. A little ridiculous I had to wait 25 minutes for some soup and mac and cheese that all they had to do was put it in a bowl and put it in a bag. From the moment you walk in you are surrounded by nothing but goodness. You are greeted by Team members with friendly faces and smiles. Emma took our order and made it all happen. The menu offers so many delicious options it's almost difficult to choose what you want. I selected the Chicken Noodle Soup and a Bowl of Mac and Cheese. Talk about outta this world, that combination along with the Sour Dough baguette was absolutely amazing. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at the 11290 20 Mile Rd. Ste 123, Parker CO location at approximately 3:50 p.m. on 8/11/24. I am a full-time worker who also works and delivers for multiple platforms during my free time. Despite my experience as a premium Deliverer. I have never encountered such issues before. Today, while attempting to pick up a customer's order, I was treated with disrespect and suspicion. The staff ignored my presence and failed to greet me, so I had to initiate contact. A younger female employee approached and, after learning I was there for a delivery order, demanded to see my phone. I explained this was not standard procedure and further more not this plate-forms process. She became rude and I quickly asked to speak with a manager as the manager would surely be familiar with the process. When the alleged manager arrived, he failed to introduce himself and demanded to see the order on my phone. Despite my willingness to cooperate and confirm the order upon receipt, the staff were argumentative, and the manager was dismissive and unprofessional. I felt unfairly treated and exceptionally profiled during this encounter. The manager insisted on seeing my phone again and threatened to let another driver take the order further making their customer wait. Embarrassed and concerned, I contacted the customer to apologize for the delay and explain the situation. The customer sympathized, canceled her order, and expressed concern about my treatment. This entire encounter was an embarrassing and awful experience for everyone involved. The customer was grossly inconvenienced, and the two employees seemed to take pleasure in their unprofessional behavior. As a result, I had to call the delivery platform, as my time was severely wasted. It is crucial for your employees to understand that they represent your company and that your agreement with delivery platforms benefits all parties. Therefore, they should put aside any biased behavior and contribute to ensuring a great experience for everyone. If there are specific requirements for delivery workers, they should be clearly communicated in the pickup instructions. The instructions provided indicated that I should enter the store and pick up the order from the delivery shelf, yet I was met with hostility and demands that went against platform policies, which could potentially lead to legal issues for the establishment. I believe I was profiled based on my race, as I have witnessed other delivery workers entering the store without facing similar problems or harassment. Your establishment should maintain consistent and fair standards across the board and adhere to platform policies. It is no surprise that this location has received poor reviews and low ratings. This has happened to me at Panera several times and it is frustrating. My son and I were having dinner there last night, we got there about 6:30 a normal time for dinner. They were out a lot of things, I sort of get the bread and bagels but this time they were out of all but 2 breads and lettuce. Well sandwiches and salads are most of their menu, we figured something out to eat and sat down to enjoy the food and some conversation and we go to get a refill of ice tea at 7:00 and they emptied the container already. They do not close until 9:00. This is so annoying.to me. You are still opened for 2 more hours and there were people in the restaurant drinking ice tea. What the heck are they doing. They need to close earlier if they are not concerned about good customer service after 6:00. Their prices are outrageous to begin with and I don't think they care about their customers. read more

A second employee was on the phone the whole time making call-in sales. Terrible customer service to prioritize people on the phone over people that made the effort to show up in person. When I was finally second in line, I hear the employee on the phone sell all the items I wanted to the person on the phone so that there were no more!! Are you kidding?! Probably one of the worst Paneras I've been to or ordered from in a long time. Food is ok but it's rarely above warm. Thrown together sloppily, sometimes looking like they scraped the bottom of the container to get just enough on the sandwich and call it good. Received Sandwich toppings that looked like they were less than a day from going bad. Orders are rarely completed correctly, they are wrong all together, getting items we didn't order or items missing, no quality control in making or checking the orders when finished. Received stale breads on more than a few occasions . Ordered their flat bread pizzas a few times but they've been either over or under cooked. Have had a Frontega sandwich that felt like the bread was dipped in water before hand it was so soggy. Chicken salad sandwich that was one grape, a small piece of chicken, wilted lettuce. Just for a few examples. If things were just an occasional mix up, no big deal really, things happen. I get that. Problem is that It's just about every order we've placed recently that there's an issue. Sadly, wouldn't recommend this Panera location from our experiences here read more

Not sure what's going on but the last few times we have ordered online to go it is either wrong or past the promised ready time. Today it was both. Was quoted 10 mins to pick up. I got there 15 mins past and thought for sure it would be ready. It wasn't. I noticed a bag sitting on the counter. Waited 5 more minutes and noticed people ordering before and after me were getting there food despite me calling ahead 20 minutes prior! I asked the lady behind the counter (they weren't making food, just kicking it, drinking smoothies and talking about setting up there Christmas trees). She said oh it's probably that bag on the counter. Well it Was and I got my food finally almost 30 mins later. No sorry we forgot we put it there, nothing.
