Comparison side by side of Panera's Ginger Plum Tea on Panera's website versus what I received when I ordered. GROSS!!
    Sarah E.

I placed my CARRYOUT order through the Panera app. When I went up to the building to go in to pick up my order, the door was locked and no signage explaining what they expected me to do. I got back in my car and called. They ended up bringing my order out. I was completely grossed out by the dirty dish water that they claimed was their Ginger Plum Tea. It didn't even taste remotely like the Ginger plum. I have ordered this at this location multiple times and EVERY time this is what I get. I have complained multiple times as well. Why can't they fix this?! Wouldn't they want to??? So disgusting. Next I went through the drive through because I HAD to get a different drink. When I told the gal working he drive through about the tea, she told me that a new drink would be $2 something!! She was going to make me pay for a new drink!!! What in the world?! I talked to a manager and they begrudgingly gave me a new one. This store needs better management and people who care about quality!

Slowest restaurant in town. We can't keep blaming Covid forever. Get better or go back to drive thru only.

I always recognize his glasses. He's great. Bartenders are always spot-on. Besides that--I hardly have much of a demand, I just want to know if my burger comes with a patty or is just brisket, as it wasn't very clearly indicated in the "burger box" Super disappointing at such a price point/location. I expect more than being visited twice in nearly 30 minutes and only getting the response of "I don't know" and "I'm not sure" I left after taking two sips of my beer, and was chased out by some manager who FINALLY acknowledged us, only trying to get paid for the single ounce of beer that I consumed, as well as two sips of (warm)unsweetened tea that my grandmother had. It's not often I leave without paying, but if you're not going to acknowledge me and cant be at least a decent host, I'll just be on my way before i get too far in. When you charge $20 for a burger, I would think the service is matching that level of quality. Yes I would like a follow up, too. Because if you got my grandma following me in agreement, there's an issue. Really disappointing, probably won't make the stops like I used to. Place appears to need some quality help.

I came with my…read moreboyfriend and we were seated right away despite there being many people standing by the hostess stand, apparently a large party waiting to be seated. Unfortunately we were completely ignored at our table. Several other two-tops got seated and the large party and they were all attended and even got their drinks before anyone greeted us or got our drink order. Eventually we moved tables to something more in the center of the dining room and still no one came to us. It wasn't until I flagged down a group of servers and food runners chit chatting by the corridor to the bathroom that someone finally came to our table. It's a shame the service sucked because the food was delicious. I loved my plum wine and spicy creamy V ramen. I added some extra veggie toppings which I think gets ridiculously pricey considering the ramen is already priced kind of high. My boyfriend had the chicken wings and white rice. He seemed to have enjoyed it. The following time I ordered delivery to avoid the spotty service we received last time. The packaging was great and it arrived early and was nice and hot. The V red fire opal ramen was DELICIOUS. And I'm absolutely obsessed with the matcha tiramisu. Delectable. I still want to try the Flying V harvest ramen. I appreciate they have several vegetarian options, considering the majority of the menu contains pork. Perhaps the next time I dine in and the service is improved they'll get that 5th star.

The service is exceptional and the food is delicious. We loved the potato skins which were unique in that they were more like tempura than traditional potato skins. The Brussels had a ton of flavor as did the steaks and salads. The highlight was probably the Sword of John Adams. It's basically a giant kabob with grilled meats (steak, lamb & chicken) and vegetables. It reminded me of something I imagine you'd see at Medieval Times but much more tastefully done. The Pumpkin Spice Gelato and Crème Brûlée were a nice way to finish our dinner. A bit unexpected that they also offer sushi. We did not try it this time but based on our first experience, would feel confident to try it next time since everything was SO good.

Now for the food... we were so excited for the steak fondue... three small cast iron pots, less than a 1/4 cup of fondue the same amt of meat and mushrooms and a mound of toasted bread cubes... this was tasty, but for $18 those crocks should have been filled three quarters full! For dinner I ordered 1/2 of the arugula salad with chicken. I could not eat the salad as it was drenched in dressing, almost like it it been dressed earlier and lest to wilt.. chicken was over seasoned and quite dry. The burger... COVERED in two sauces... they don't described it as a smothered burger... such a shame bc the flavors were there. If choosing, pick the others, prices are much better and hands down, so is the food..
