We came in to order and a girl standing at the counter filling a basket with salt did not acknowledge us and no one else was around. We waited a couple of minutes and when no one came, we asked her if she could take our order and she said she would but continued to fill baskets with salt and sugar. Reason I rarely go to Panera: I ordered the chicken avocado melt and a bowl of chicken soup. Although avocados were unavailable, I still proceeded with the sandwich. What was disappointing is that I was charged for the soup bowl upgrade when they could have reasonably charged me for a cup instead, given the situation. Other restaurants typically make small adjustments like this for customer satisfaction. But it's never the case here. read more

Stopped in for breakfast after the gym. I ordered at the register as there was no line. I love trying their different teas/juices and mixing different flavors together. No more food quality issues, no more bad employees with bad customer service. I was so disappointed at the Wi-Fi in this Panera because I went with idea staying a couple of hours working here while I eat and drink but I had to leave after I had my breakfast because the Wi-Fi didn't work. They said it slow but this was not the case. It didn't work. And that made me waste my time which I don't like. Ok we wanted to order out we have a Panera nearby , I ordered the bacon chipotle chicken flatbread bread..I also ordered a Ceasar salad with dressing on the side . Overall of course they specialize in breads, first the flat bread was large 12 "by 8" great size, and the bread I loved , the flavor it was good but it could use a lot more chicken/bacon /cheese, the flavors on the toppings were on point . They could have used more items around the edges . There was a hole inch space all around the edges with just bread showing . Another thing I didn't enjoy was the salad , the croutons were Lg, but completely stale .Those little in perfection's made a lower score , Ill may be back , I hope they do better next time .. read more

Absolutely excellent service!! They are courteous and this location is also new and absolutely beautiful. I ordered from the drive through and it's just so so quick. I'll be coming here for lunch more often. My go to pick is the chipotle avocado chicken sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup and bread. Dirty dining room at 1:43pm. There were plenty of tables but all dirty and floor has not bern swept. Not good for a Panera Breads image. Service was fast and Nesto was nice. food was luke warm, my soup tasted good but was not warm enough. Im not from this area, but this location did not leave a good impression on my family. Cobb and Southwest Caesar salads were good but the chicken tasted fishy, usually happens when it's been sitting out too long. We spent 42 . The coffee is not fresh brewed, the strawberry lemonade was a little too sour and sweet for my taste. One of the few places you can enjoy a quick breakfast. New location, recently opened last week. Easy early morning pickup. No line no waiting. Staff is friendly which is always a plus. I have visited this Panera Bread location quite a few times now and I have been happy with every experience. I've gone through drive-thru as well made my order through the app to pick up. When you place your order for pick up, there are a few parking spots at the restaurant where you can park and wait for an employee to bring your order to you. I placed a large order today for four and everything in the bag was nicely packaged. Everything was there except two condiments we ordered on the side. My boyfriend and I have had no other missing items in previous orders. Overall, the staff is friendly and professional, and the food has been very good every time. It's great to have a Panera Bread even closer to me and have such great service too. I definitely recommend ordering from this location. P.S. This new Panera location can be okay, if you just avoid Curbside Pickup. If you're doing drive-thru or dine in, you'll probably be fine. In fact, all times I have done drive-thru I've had a great experience. The people working here are kind and they even got to know my order due to my many visits for coffee. Curbside pickup, however, is a total mess. Every time I try it I end up having to call the store to bring my food out, after waiting for quite some time. They also seem to run out of coffee, one time not having coffee for weeks at a time? Not sure what that was about. read more

I placed an order a day before to make sure they had the bagels that I wanted. I love this place. This is my go to for great food at night when I forgot to make preparations for dinner. Their prices have remained reasonable with the inflation crisis and this Panera has done a great job of being in stock with their menu items. Healthy food that is prepared fast is also a plus. Another update....I keep trying to give this location another try but this will be my last. Management needs to be reconsidered, service re-evaluated staff fully retrained. After waiting 30 mins for two coffees, a pastry and a soufflé my order was not accurate. Due to dietary restrictions I ordered one of the coffees with specific instructions and when I asked about which one was which they said they're both the same. Manager gave me attitude because I said I didn't have the time to wait another 30 mins to get my drink corrected. The manager Julie needs to be demoted at least for lack of customer service, I would maybe tolerate that if I was in Hialeah but this location needs major retraining. On another note I called shortly after I left to talk to the manager and resulted in being left on hold for a while to which I hung up and called during their lunch hour. I was finally able to talk to her and received zero apologies for the inconvenience or at least a refund. So I just said I would be by in the afternoon to get a refund. This has been the worst Panera bread I've been to. And I've gone here several times thinking it might be better than last time. I order a plain bagel with egg and cheese from the cashier, it took them 20minutes!!!!!! I have gone through the drive thru and they forget utensils or napkins of butter that I requested. This is by far the WORST Panera Bread I have ever visited. I have been here several times since it opened and I just refuse to keep going. The service is always terrible - from the cashiers to the food. Orders are NEVER right. They never ask for your number for rewards, act like it's an inconvenience for them to take it. Never supply a receipt. Never get the order right. Often times there are ingredients or entire items missing from the order that I can never go back and verify what was taken down at time of order because they never supply the receipt. This place is always missing an item in my drive thru order! Bad Customer Service!! This happened twice in one week....

Tldr: Avoid this location if possible! We came back for a second time hoping that our experience would be better but it was worse. From time we entered the establishment, no one was present at the cashier stand. After waiting some time we had to walk to the food window to ask for an employee to take our order. Half way through order the lady walked away and another associate stepped in making us repeat our order. After finally getting our order placed we searched for a spot to sit down. Come to find out that every single table was dirty and needed to be wiped down. Again, there were a ton of employees in sight but no one was doing anything. So we bussed the table ourselves and cleaned the seats so we could sit down. From there , our food came out but that's where more issues arose. The spoons we got were no clean, food still caked on it, in which we asked for clean silverware. We saw the manager (Chris) grab a set of spoons and he literally had to wipe them down with a paper towel because they were also dirty. Ewww! So after having to clean our own silverware after getting new ones I was just annoyed! We got most of our food but the soup and the Mac and cheese were cold so we had to ask them to warm it up. Everything came so staggered and we kept having to ask for our next item .... This places is trash and honesty the manager should be fired for how rude he was during this whole dining experience.
