Bagel

Sad. The pic I've attached is of the flat as a slice of toast Cinnamon Crunch Bagel I received just this morning. Flat as toast and barely toasted. This is one of my favorite items from Panera Bread; ruined the anticipated experience. If this is the "quality" you plan to deliver, please just close up shop and I'll get them when I travel. I'd rather wait, than to be served this poos quality food. Judging from other recent reviews, I'm not alone. what is the problem with this store! Know this same message will be sent to Corporate.

Someone doesn't know how to slice a tomato or tell if an avocado is ripe.
Maggie W.

Normally, I really like tuna fish, but the tuna fish sandwich I bought at Panera Bread today was not good. They definitely need to work on quality control. The hard center of the tomato was left in, and half of the avocado was completely inedible. It was hard as a rock. When you pay extra for avocado, it should at least be edible.

Pretty sure this was 8 ounces. And not even full this is before a sip.
Lacey R.

Panera has really gone downhill. I grew up in Florida and used to love this place. I was so excited Medford was getting one. I have been three times and every single time I get half of what I ordered. The first being a large soup. They gave me a small cup I paid for the full. The second time I went I got a 16oz smoothie it was clearly 8 ounces if not smaller bc the cup wasn't even full. The third time and last time I will ever go I got a parfait that was half the size as advertised and had three pieces of fruit in it. Save your money and go somewhere else. Extremely frustrating to have false advertising on the items you order. Panera = crooks.

Value Deal Tunas Salad sandwich and tomato soup. $7.99

Customer Beware You won't find it on the menu at the counter; there is a 'secret' Value Deal menu only found on the app. As you can see from my receipt the SAME size meal of Cup of Tomato soup and 1/2 tuna sandwich is $7.99 for the Value Deal and from the Pick 2 menu is $13.38. It's the SAME SIZE MEAL! When I showed the receipt to the sift manager she said I HAD to TELL the associate that I wanted the Value Deal and then they would ring it up for the $7.99 price. That feels like a scam to me. Even when I told the manager that I thought that was not right, she let me walk away without making it right. Shame on you, Panera.

Only gave me $12.06 worth of food instead of the $15 worth advertised, then told me "there is nothing we can do"

It's run by a husband and wife and we had such a lovely conversation with the wife (sor Im not so good at remembering names). Service was so friendly and menu recommendations were spot on! A definite must try is the carrot curry soup - it doesn't disappoint! We also had the Tuna melt and Gerry's grinder sandos. The food was all fresh and delicious. If we lived in the area we'd definitely go back for the wine bar experience in this cute spot

The korean burritto wrap was falling apart and the flavor needed a punch like add a bimbimbap sauce or some kind of korean flavored sauce with some korean chili flavor. The slaw on the side was not great and just tasted like vinegar and paprika. The BLT was on a small fresh roll but was also falling apart and made it hard to eat without making a mess. The bacon had no smokey flavor and the cream cheese was a little too much so changes I would make is stronger bun, bacon with more smokiness, maybe some picked red onion to cut the richness. Anyway we will be back to try the soups they are known for. Service was great and coffee was too. Will update next visit...

The levels of perfection one gets off of a grilled cheese sandwich lies within this truck. Ever…read morehave someone make a grilled cheese for you and you ask what the secret ingredient is? Here I believe it's of love and passion for their business plus the high quality of ingredients used. The menu alone is well thought out. They have their top specialties, half or whole sandwiches, tots, fries, soups and if that doesn't make your mouth water you can create your own cheese melt or customize yours with add ons. I opted for my standard go to, grilled cheese with tomatoes and my side was fries. Can I tell you that this makes my mouth water reflecting on how crispy the bread, gooey the cheese, french fries dipped in the special sauce (yum), not to mention the grilled cheese chip which was first to go. An absolute go to if you're in the area.

Personally I had never heard of them, but she told me that they're know to make gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and that's when I knew we had to stop by. My coworker ordered the standard with a side of tots and a drink. I ended up asking the nice lady at the counter what she recommend for someone who was allergic to pork and was told about their turkey melt which is like the standard, but has a garlic mayo, grilled onions and mushrooms, and oven roasted turkey (my mouth is watering again) and I topped it off with a side of tots and melted cheese. As you can see from my picture we're lucky I was even able to remember to snap one before I devoured the whole thing. I do have a question about this food truck. I had asked if they were open on weekends and was told that they in fact were, but I can't seem to find their hours/location for Saturday and Sunday. Does anyone know?

A common complaint in Southern Oregon is the lack of great Chinese restaurants, and we're lucky for…read moreDragon Express to put those critics to rest. Now that we've had the opportunity to visit multiple times, I feel we can make a fair assessment of the overall menu, and Dragon Express is the emperor of Chinese food in the area. With a large menu that includes classic American Chinese options in addition to more authentic fare, this restaurant can be a crowd pleaser for a range of preferences. If you want to go with stateside standbys of orange chicken or broccoli beef, you can't go wrong. The dim sum offerings are solid: xiao long bao (soup dumplings), har gao (shrimp dumpling) or siu mai (mixed dumpling) are what you'd expect and will please the table. If you're feeling more adventurous or are banging on the table for 'authentic' options, there is a submenu for such a palate. I am semi-addicted to their La Tzi Chicken, which is like a peppercorn/chili infused and topped chicken plate. Strangely on the menu, it has no 'hot pepper' indicator, but trust me, it's more like 3 peppers. If you are a pepper belly like me, this is a great one, but otherwise, go tamer. Service always seems a bit slammed, but they do a solid job. It's probably because everyone is starting to discover this place. Takeout is a brisk business on top of the dine-in crowd. The ambience is a little meh, but that's what you get with a chinese restaurant built inside an old Bobbio's pizza location. This place is worth the drive for me. And yes, there are robots that assist in the service.

The restaurant was relatively busy and maybe they had online orders as well, it seemed our fried rice might've been forgotten and it was brought out sometime after we asked about it. We heard a bunch of tables around us also had forgotten and/or late orders. Might've been an extra busy night for them. I think the fried rice would be yummier if it had that wok hay char aroma. For southern Oregon, it's a 4. If it weren't in a small town, it would be more like a 3ish

As someone who loves Thai food, this place is a true gem. A coworker and I stopped in here for…read moredinner after driving past it a couple days earlier, and I'm so glad we did. Staff is friendly and service is quick. The restaurant is fairly small and somewhat easy to miss, but the flavors in their meals are big! Their curry dishes are wonderful - I tried both the green and panang curry. The panang curry I ordered with "medium" spice, which was the perfect amount of heat. If you're out to dine with someone, I also recommend sharing their large side plate of rice, which is $4, but when they say large, they mean LARGE. The bowl they bring you is a monstrosity! Of all the wonderful dishes, especially the variety of Asian cuisines I had while in Medford, I think this one tops the list.

At first there was just the three of us, and another couple. But as the night progressed more and more started coming in.. I got worried for a sec when we didn't see any Asians dining here. But as we were heaving a few started showing up. To me when you see Asians dining at an Asian restaurant then it must be good. All there of us are Asians. But about the food...we were surprised how crispy the pork belly with Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce was. It was our fave dish of the night. The chicken satay was surprisingly moist and not dry like must places. My friends said they had better tofu with noodle dish. I also had better tasting Thai iced tea. But it was still refreshing. Gals were friendly, place was clean nothing fancy. Bathroom was clean enough. I guess their toilet was not strong enough to handle the seat covers. They asked to only flush toilet paper. So I had to throw my seat covers in trash like everyone else did. It was pretty weird if you ask me, but understandable if they get plugged toilets which is no fun. Unless they only have a septic tank. But whatever. So we are in a foodie road trip, and this is not part of the collection of places we're heading to in CA. Just a random place we found via Yelp. Will we come again, probably not since we live two states away. But I sure hope the locals support this place. All in all it was not a bad experience.
