Spinach and artichoke soufflé and pecan braid
    Chuck M.

Not sure why some of the reviews are SO bad. My wife and I've been dining at this location for many years and have always had a positive dining experience. We were in the Mansfield area for an appointment and had time to stop for a breakfast snack. In fact, we had "time to kill," Panera is one of our favorite places since it's nice and quiet during the breakfast hours. A visit to Panera was in the cards. Both my wife and I ordered souffles, her the spinach and bacon, me the spinach and artichoke. We both love Panera's individual souffles. Of course, you can't stop into a Panera and NOT have a pastry. My wife decided on a blueberry scone and I opted for one of their pecan braids. Everything was so yummy. The souffles hit the spot and the pastries were a perfect ending to an enjoyable visit to Panera. Panera, we'll see you again VERY soon.

Opened my sandwich from drive thru to this! Don't go to Panera in Mansfield

Panera in Mansfield really?! I opened my order to this?! Too lazy to cut? There no knife?! Count your days!

A cup of baked potato soup

We love the Fuji apple salad, potato soup, & the toasted steak sandwich. We ordered to go today. 3 stars bc of the to give orders were NOT as we expected. First of all, they were missing the full order of potato soup, so we had to ask for it. Then when we got home, we noticed that it was just a small container instead of a bowl of soup, so I called & learned from the manager on duty tonight that if you order the "bowl" of soup with bread bowl to go, you only get a cup bc their container only fits 8 Oz, not 12oz, but you pay for the bowl of soup. What??? That's right! I repeated myself bc it sounded like a scam & she confirmed what she said! This is not disclosed in the menu! So, watch out when you order to go! Also, I agree with another review that the reward program is lame.

    Turkey sandwich, chips and pickle

Stopped by for a flatbread and turkey sandwich. While I was waiting on my order, the kitchen offered me samples of their fresh baked cookies. They were so good! They had samples of the kitchen sink cookie and the chocolate chunk. My order was correct and the food was good as usual.

Got the "you pick two" and chose Mac n' Cheese as a side.... since when is this a Panera serving of Mac n' Cheese?? Great flavor, but the serving was a total tease. Serving size has clearly been downsized. Also, they were out of avocado! When avocado is included in half the food on the menu, management should order enough for the restaurant that they don't run out by noon. This Panera needs some attention from its higher-ups for quality and portion control.

Not only is the food delicious, but this is a great place to telework or study! The people are friendly and don't mind you hanging out using the WiFi! Breakfast is my favorite here, but the salads are great too!

Very slow and cannot keep up with orders. May need to set limits and the number of orders the team and handle on an evening shift.

Went there for dinner and waited 25 minutes to make a sandwich ... Not very impressed for overpriced bread.

Don't be fooled by 'small' - they're plenty big as a meal for one person. We both had the mixed greens but there were many greens options. Then came a myriad of vegetable options, the cheese, beans and more. Then dressings galore. All of these are included in the base salad price. $9.95 in my case with the small salad. Then came the protein options, both animal and vegan. I got grilled chicken and my wife got grilled salmon. The salads are made in stainless steel bowls. Near the end of the line, they use tongs to toss the salad well with your chosen dressing. My wife had 2 different dressings, both on the side. Then you can choose bread. I chose none. My wife chose what looked like baked of fried pita bread chips. Adding protein to the salads drove the cost by $3.95 (chicken) and $4.95 (salmon). My wife ordered a tea - that was $2.75. With tax and 15% gratuity, our lunch out cost $38.89. Not inexpensive. We both felt the lettuce and vegetables were all fresh. The proteins were great too. She enjoyed her ginger tea as well. Was the value there? This is a close one. I felt it was a bit too spend, yet I did enjoy the meal. Salata for me is a place I will return to, but will not be in heavy rotation. I do recommend Salata to anyone who enjoys a great, fresh salad with lots of options.

The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and you can pile that bowl pretty high. Bowls and wraps are both available, so there's really no excuse to say salad is boring. There is, however, one small problem: your healthy lunch can get dangerously close to a $20 bill. This isn't exactly the dollar-menu version of salad. But the portions are substantial enough that I consider it a full meal rather than rabbit food with a side of disappointment. Bottom line: If you can stomach the price, put Salata in heavy rotation. It's fresh, customizable, filling, and genuinely delicious. Your wallet may complain. Your waistline probably won't.

We love Vietnamese cuisine and Belle's menu looked very interesting online. Belle's turned out to be very different from your average pho or Vietnamese spot. The small menu allows for your average interested diner not to be overwhelmed. The staff are friendly and informative. I still could have used maybe a little more "opinion" but in the end, I can't really ask twenty questions about dishes I'm unfamiliar with. We were seated at the only banquette. It was very comfy, and brought a liter of ice water and cups. We ordered apps and settled in. Our waitress was so very friendly and sweet, obviously loving her restaurant and the menu. In short, the eggrolls were crispy and stuffed with chicken. The bahn mi flat grilled appetizer was served much like Nachos would be, and is nothing like you would expect, just "delicious" according to my husband. The Fried chicken wings are big, perfect and gloriously garlic with a terrific sauce. The small menu has a host of main courses that will let you venture out into Vietnamese cuisine and try something just a little bit new, like I did with Bun Bo Xao (Filet Beef With Vermicelli). Was it exactly what I wanted? I'll be honest. No. I prefer more veggies than just pickled carrots but the garlic sauteed Filet was exceptional with the noodles. Their nuoc cham is just delicious. We enjoyed our lunch/dinner and would definitely return. There is plenty of parking out front. The bathrooms are clean and there is a sink outside the restrooms to wash those sticky fingers!!
