first we came to this panera bread and we were in a rush and told the person that but the person couldnt get our order 3 times and they kept stalling so we got late and they got our ordet wrong. it was so dirty inside when we picked up our order it's not funny.

Overall solid experience here at Panera. They are on point with the sandwiches and the soups. Really good flavor on the broccoli and cheese soup. It is one of the best around. I liked it and I will be back

    Almost a whole bagel.... Lol!

Silly me. I was expecting a sandwich that had meat in both halves. One half-good. Delicious bread, chicken, etc. other half: 2 tiny pieces with a tiny cheese.... Then there's the bagel. Really? When you grab 2 bagels -wouldn't you notice when 1 want complete. Obviously quality control went out the window at this Panera... Guess I won't be going back there. Sad.

Ordered the green goddess caprese melt with no tomato, no peppers, and sauces on the side. What I got was a sad, poorly cut, half burnt sandwich with barely any mozzarella, a light af sprinkling of arugula, and the sauces smeared all over the inside. This isn't a sandwich. It's flavored burnt bread.

Panera is Panera: It's delicious food (at least to me) that's served relatively quickly. But the main thing that separates the Springhurst location from other Louisville area locations is its size: It's BIG! To me, it looks like it hold twice the capacity of other locations. And like other locations, it's clean and the staff is friendly. So, if you want Panera and you're in the Springhurst/Westport Road area (and you like to eat in big places), try this location!

Half measures. (The half salad was more a quarter salad). Took ages to serve when not busy.

Between the classical music and the smell of fresh coffee, the "European-style" atmosphere and super friendly staff actually make me enjoy grocery shopping! Why it's the best: * The Bakery: My absolute favorite part of the store--the smell alone is worth the trip. * Premium Markets: They have beautiful produce and an expansive meat and seafood selection with on-site butchers who really know their stuff. * Specialty & Seasonal: I love browsing their unique specialty items and the festive seasonal displays you can't find anywhere else. * Ready-to-Eat: Their ready-to-eat meals are restaurant-quality and perfect for a night off from cooking. Pro Tip: Don't miss their great weekly specials, especially the "Little Big Meals." They're famous nationwide for a reason--you get a full gourmet dinner for four at a total steal.

If you are hosting a large crowd, it can get a little pricey but it's good. We also often get the Family meal deals for 4 which we like and they provide a good variety from week to week. I also go there with my son occasionally for their daily $5 meal deals. Sometimes we eat in their seating area. Other times we take it home. If you haven't been, you should give them a try.

My grandson was at a sleepover and my granddaughter picked Cheddar's for "her" night out. I think she picked it solely based on the honey glazed rolls they serve as appetizers. I had a burger. The burger itself was obviously hand-made or made in-house and was likely frozen (perfectly shaped and formed) but it had a decent flavor. The "toppings", however, elevated the burger from ho-hum status to "pretty decent". My wife and son both had the steak tips over rice. The steak was very good and the sauce (gravy) was very flavorful but a bit too salty. Depsite the sodium - they did both enjoy their meal. Service was good but not exceptional - I think they were short-staffed since there were quite a few empty tables but they weren't seating people right away.

The amount of variety on the menu was pretty nice, looks like there's something here for most people. I had the Cobb Salad and was happy with the amount of colorful vegetables and toppings on my plate. It comes with mixed greens (glad to see more salads with mixed greens instead of romaine), roasted chicken, nice crispy bacon, a hardboiled egg, blue cheese, black olives, tomato, avocado and a good amount of dressing. It tastes very fresh and is a decent portion size, but in terms of flavor there wasn't much going on. It tastes like "greens" and that's kinda it. I don't know what the cause is, like it's seasoned but I just didn't get much flavor. Perhaps my pallet prefers stronger flavors over lighter ones, so take this with a grain of salt (figuratively, or maybe literally). If you're in the area, check em out.
