Been a few years since I ate here and I need to visit more often ! Quantity of items are less than avg " fast food" but Quality and Freshness is Much higher than avg read more

Panera wasn't their usual good today. My friend had to clean the outside table before we ate. There was trash on the concrete. There was no hand sanitizer in the dispenser. There is a need to be clean during a pandemic!! My coffee was cold, not even lukewarm. Yuk. Barely warm coffee does not encourage me to join your new coffee offer. I asked for a bagel double toasted to be crispy, but it was not. We will try again, but today was disappointing. read more

Just ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich and was very disappointed. The chicken patty was about the same size as a chicken nugget. For a $16 sandwich?? read more

Just walked in to order a sandwich and the place looks like has not been cleaned since this morning. Dirty, weird vIbe with assumption that this placed is overwhelmed. I hope the sandwich is good...will find out in few. I don't think I'll be visiting this branch in the future. read more

I love Paneira bread but it seems like this store didn't have much bread to offer. The coffee & hot chocolate is okay. I asked for extra hot coffee but it is not that hot. There is nothing really stands out, it's basically a nice place to hang out & chat read more

I love Panera bread but especially this one. It's really great to go into a chain restaurant but be greeted by familiar faces who take a genuine interest in the lives of their guests! Lots of neat kids. Love their food and the fact they truly use real ingredients with options that include kale and quinoa but taste great. I took one star off for 2 reasons: 1) there are times I get unripened tomatoes, avocado or other produce. This isn't every visit but given the cost of an entree, one doesn't want green tomatoes or hard avocado! 2) the food prep crew is often "sloppy" with building a sandwich or dishing up soup. I could somewhat understand when busy but not with a light crowd. Having said that, I choose Panera often esp for their hazelnut coffee! read more

My Napa chicken salad sandwich w literally two pieces of small chicken w a pile of greens

good food definitely will be back. this is the only place ill get soup from. the broccoli cheddar is the bessst paired with a chicken cesear salad read more

Panera Bread - Broccoli cheddar soup is very good so is the cesear. - Sandwiches Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

Michael R. was great he gave me a high five I didn't know he was chill like that My sandwich was fire and so were the beats in the store. I might apply to the store ya never know. read more

Every time I try to give this location another chance, they just show me why I go out of my way to go to another Panera Bread. They never make my coffee correctly. I've been kept waiting multiple times while my order is ready when I order curbside pickup. My coffee and food are usually melted/cold by the time they finally realize how long they've been keeping me waiting. Half the time I have to go inside the store even when I order curbside because they literally just won't bring it out even when using the Panera app and me letting them know I've arrived. There's never enough people but somehow there are always people never doing anything while there's a massive line at the door. The Southport location is a million times better and I will always go to that location over this one. read more

Ordered a breakfast sandwich with no bread due to my specific dietary needs. This Panera put it in a nice presentation; it was beyond my expectations. This is a Panera that cares about their customers! Thank you! read more

Food is decent, little portions. Price is amusement park pricing. They need to try and quit selling the "clean food" slogan so they can maintain extreme pricing. They need to revamp prices and portions or they won't be around long. I went to purchase one of their cookies after dinner, nothing fancy, just one of their large chocolate chip and carmel cookies. The clerk told me it would be 4 dollars for one cookie! Uh forget it, you can keep it at that price! Way overpriced and unsatisfying. read more

This is just a copy of my other 2 Parnera reviews. That's right, 2 other reviews, I like the place so what of it? This is my secret chain restaurant addiction. I can rationalize this problem by letting you all know I don't get any of the delicious looking baked goods or bagels that are seductively displayed behind the drool glass guard. We go here when we are poor and/or really want a huge salad. During the winter I do require some broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl on occasion. After a long day of shopping at the thrifts, sometimes I just need a no thinking meal. Voila! Panera! I really want to give it 3 1/2 stars. I can't give them the full 4 b/c there are some better places more deserving of 4 stars. I hang my head in slight embarrassment, kick at the ground with the toe of my shoe, and mumble, "I like Panera." read more

Decent food. Good atmosphere if you want to have a quiet meal. Would rather they allow customers to park near the door instead of delivery/management staff. read more

The people who work here are friendly and helpful and the place is clean. Food is good, and Panera does have a good ethos when it comes to ingredients. The one thing that stinks about this Panera is that their internet management is ATROCIOUS. HTTPS sites either don't work at all or barely work, and they'll kick you off every 30mins even when the place is not busy. Bottom line: a fine place to eat, not a great place to try to work. read more

I love this place. Food is always great. I drove 30miles to get a salad to take home to eat. Drove home to find they forgot my dressing. When I called to let them know the Manager, Megan, went out of her way to make things right. That's the one and only time I have had any kind of issue. I eat here every time I go to Greenwood! Thank you Megan!! read more

This place is dirty!!! Bathroom was nasty. TAbles were dirty. Trash was over flowing. Also hate going to a place where I have to bus my own table. McAlister!s Deli is a lot better atmosphere. They have people who check on you and they clean their tables! read more

I've been to this panera about 50 times give or take in the past 18 months. I love their pastries and bagels and the occasional sandwich. While the food is typically good and consistent to service sucks. Today was the final straw for me, because I have had previous experiences similar to this one as well. I ordered online as I usually do, I saw they had brownies available and I was SO excited because I've been wanting to try their brownies for a while but usually they are sold out. So I ordered and PAID for two brownies plus other things. Rather than calling me after I place my order or emailing me, when I pull up to get my food the lady says "so we had a problem with your order, we are out of brownies but can offer you other stuff like a cinnamon roll or cookie". While in not blaming her directly, I am blaming the company because they have done this to me probably 6-8 times. They either mess up my order ( I ordered chips and they give me bread) or they run out of my order and try to supplement it. I wanted two brownies, that's why I ordered them. So I declined to be appeased with other food because it's not what I ordered. If you are out of stock, PUT IT ONLINE. I asked for a refund for those brownies and she said she would process it, so we will see if that actually happens or if I have to call tomorrow. Such a shame they cannot get their crap together. read more

No tulip cookies in my pick up order for which I was charged. Tried repeatedly to contact the store by phone. The phone rang and rang until it disconnected. Terrible service at this Panera location! read more

I used to love Panera. This place has fast and efficient staff. The food quality is good and the bakery is diverse. All that aside I probably won't come here anymore. The menu seems to get less appealing every time I come back. It all started when they got rid of the asiago bread. Why would you get rid of that?! It was your best bread! Anyway, if it comes back; I'll come back. Until then, adios! read more

I had such a strange and annoying experience today with the Panera Bread in Greenwood. I ordered for delivery and the order processed, stated the delivery was on the way and the driver was "Justin" and then about 15 mins later I got a notification that the order was delivered. The order never showed up so I called the store MULTIPLE times with NO answer at all!!! Which I found very strange. So then I find the corporate customer service number and after being on hold for 20 minutes I finally get ahold of someone. They also attempted to call the store and no one answered. Finally they said they had no idea what was going on and issues a refund. So strange that no one can get ahold of anyone at this store. Maybe the phones are down I'm not sure but it doesn't seem like it because it rings fine and everything. Who knows ... read more

$42 for two half sandwiches and two cups of soup... seems fair. Really, though am I eating this at Disney or something? This place is pretty good but the prices are insane for what they're serving. Really, two, 6oz Sirloin steak dinners with two sides at Texas Roadhouse costs less than this, and you get the cinnamon butter too! I don't dislike Panera bread but they fleece the hell out of you for soup and half sandwiches grilled on a dorm room hot plate. read more

Now don't get me wrong, I absolutely love everything I've had from Panera. The only thing I don't like is how expensive it is. If I'm spending close to $15 for one person (portions are kinda small), then I'm going to go somewhere nicer. read more

This location is awkward, space-wise. Same high prices for what you get/ the same in every location! I get turned off when cashiers are overly religious, some people find that offensive. read more

We really rely on the Panera chain for quick healthy meals. This location really needs some TLC. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The dining area carpet is just plain sticky. We now just do carryout here if we can. read more

We went there for take-out for a quick dinner. Took forever to get the food and it was meh, not up to as good as usual. Restaurant didn't seem very clean (despite being fairly small) and drink area looked filthy. Staff was talking to one another instead of getting orders ready. We waited at least 30-45 mins for a take-out order to be completed after being told it would only be a few minutes. We tried to place an order before getting there on their mobile site, which is crummy and didn't accept the order. The few times we have ordered express pick-up, one or two items will always be missing from the bag and the employees take forever to fix it after arguing it wasn't missing despite a receipt saying it should be there. read more

Loooove their bagels and cocoa in the morning. Excellent selection of pastries.. wish they'd offer cookies for my sweet tooth. Prices are comparable to other local shops. Great cozy atmosphere. Sandwiches, in my opinion, could use a little more substance but other than that no complaints here. read more

Love that they have free refills on the coffee :-)

Good food. Sometimes service leaves a little to be desired. Didn't like getting an apple with a live worm in it. I was very disappointed to find out today they won't deliver to my address less than 7 min. From them. But, they deliver to a friend who lives farther from them the opposite direction. read more

Baked potato soup in a bread bowl is my favorite. They have great bagels too.

Ordered th bread bowl for the first time. They didn't really take a lot of the bread out in the middle for my soup and it was gone within 4 bites.... kind of feel like I got gipped. read more

Panera Bread is a great place to get a sandwich, soup, or salad for lunch. Their bread is great, their prices reasonable, and the atmosphere nice. It's a good place to meet up with people. Their coffee and pastries are also quite good. Yet, the pastries are a bit overpriced in my opinion. They have wi-fi and comfy chairs and booths. read more

unless you've been living under a rock or never eaten out, you know that Panera is delicious. They have everything from Pastries (which are so-so), to bagels (everything bagel=tiny heaven), to soups and sandwiches. Does it matter which soup you get? no, sir, it does not! pick your poison and it will be delicious-bonus points if you're smart enough to get it in a bread bowl. As for sandwiches, I prefer anything not on ciabatta bread, but that's just me. Get the iced green tea and if you smile and ask nicely they'll give you a free refill. Thumbs up. read more

My 5 yr old son LOVES this place. Who knew he was such a soup fan??? My wife and kids eat here a lot more than I do, but when I have been there it has a nice atmosphere. The food is always good. Soup choices are tasty and I really like the new summer spinach, strawberry walnut salad. I do think they could devise a better system to dispose of your dirty dishes. read more

Good food but very poor customer service. The place is not kept clean. They frequently run out of coffee in the mornings which is bad when most people are coming for breakfast and coffee. The staff needs to be trained on being friendly and giving attention to the customers. read more

This is definitely my favorite place. I love going here to get the organic green papaya tea. I also love the cobb salad. Me & the kids came here to eat with some really good friends of mines. Now if you are trying to stick to a budget the pick two is a really good budget saver. IMHO though their salads are not as fresh as they used to be, but it still is better than most fast food chains. I was slightly disappointed because they use to carry a southwestern soup that they no longer carry anymore. So I just got the chipolte chicken sandwich instead. I love the wifi connection so I can hook up my kindle online. There's nothing better than surfing the net after a good meal. All & all through & though, it was very relaxing & I look forward to another trip here in the near future. read more

Very good food! Love the Strawberry salad and Tomato Soup! Favorite soup is Potato and sandwich is Chicken Fontago!

I love this Panera bread. They have nice & professional staff, they often help you with placing your orders. Food is good as always. I like their thai salad & broccoli cheddar soup. Coffee is fresh. Dining room needs more attention during busy hours. read more

I just remembered that they sold to big corp. Maybe that is some of the problem but I don't think so. I just read reviews going clear back to 2014. Same issues...messed up orders, no one cares...and the place can use a good cleaning. I used to order several times a week from this place when I first moved here. Orders were occasionally messed up but when it became too often I slacked off. Tonight reminded me why! If you sit and wait on dinner only to have it arrive with parts missing.....you might as well save your money. Fuji Apple salad without Fuji Apple Salad dressing is just lettuce with hard apple slices on it. I have ranch in the fridge........NOT going to do that. Tossed the salad out. Eating the lukewarm soup and a roll for my dinner. If you eat there you have a fighting chance of getting the right order. DON"T trust the deliveries. Even pick up ...you better check the bag before you leave. They leave things out of that too. When I called and pointed out the problem...the manager said next time he will give me a whole salad instead of the half that came with the soup. Wrong answer. My dinner was ruined. read more
