I stopped by around 10:38 AM and went through the drive-thru, there was no line at all, which was a plus. They have a good-sized parking lot, and it wasn't busy at the time, so overall there wasn't much traffic or customer activity. I ordered the Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel Stack with a side of kettle-cooked potato chips. The chips were fresh, crunchy, and a good simple side. The sandwich itself was really good. It had steak, spinach, melted cheese, and a flavorful sauce. Everything tasted fresh, and it had a nice little kick to it without being too spicy. I also liked that they didn't skimp on the meat, it was definitely filling, and the spinach gave it a nice balance. For $8.53, I felt like it was a really good deal, especially with how satisfying it was. The young lady at the drive-thru window was very nice and had great customer service, which made the experience even better. Overall, everything was fresh and flavorful. I would definitely come back and order this again. read more

Panera Bread - Salad Near Me - High Point, North Carolina

We were on a very tight schedule with virtual meetings and customer visits so I suggested a delivery from Panera. They were prompt and the food was good. I only wished that the soup was hotter. Didn't even have time to go hest it but it was good nonetheless. I had the pick two Mediterranean veggie and French onion and the other person had the Italian sub which they said was good as well. Glad it was close by and very easy to order. Placed a note to have them call me since there is no access to enter our building and they did exactly as asked. Thanks! read more

The restaurant was neat and clean, however, I was extremely disappointed when I picked up my food. I did make alterations to my salad, but it was still missing key ingredients and the manager wanted to convince me that this salad was worth $14.00. This is sad and highway robbery. She had no explanation as to why my protein wasn't included. I'm glad that I didn't have my order delivered. I'm very disappointed with this location. read more

Walked in, no one was behind the counter, so I ordered at one of their kiosk. Thought I'd try the new Cranberry Chicken salad sandwich. The food came out rather quickly. However, upon eating it.....well it falls flat. The crust on the bread is so chewy, I could barely chew through it to get to the sandwich.....If you looked at the photo you'd think it was a salad, not a sandwich!!! Way way way too much lettuce!! The Chicken Salad itself had absolutely no flavor. Tasted like chunk chicken out of a can, without anything else. There are nuts and cranberries in there but you can't taste them. Arby's Chicken Salad Sandwich is much better ‍. read more

I've taken the (self imposed) mandatory chill out period before posting a negative review. This particular Panera is just so terribly disappointing I feel I must warn folks. Of the last three times I've visited on two occasions items have been missing from my order when I got home and then most recently while dining in service was incredibly s-l-o-w and when I did get my breakfast sandwich it was minuscule and looked like it had been ran over. I'm done. I was super excited when this location opened so close to home. We don't eat much fast food but sometimes the day gets crazy and Panera or Chipotle are a go-to to save the day. From now on I will drive to the other location nearby though. These folks here just can't seem to get it together. I blame management, because I've voiced my concerns more than once. It would be a shame to fail, so hopefully they can turn this around. Doesn't look like I'm the only disgruntled guest. I do like to leave on a positive note so I will say I absolutely adore this piece of artwork I noticed when I was last in. Reminds me of how pretty fields look from the sky when you fly. read more

I do still recommend Panera Bread, but I see room for improvement. The food. That I get up.Panera is always good. Parking is easy and there are Is plenty of tables to sit at. The place is clean and well taken care of. My main complaints would be that It feels like a regular response that a certain item that I want to order is not available anymore that day. My main other complaints would be at drive through it takes a long time to get your food read more

If you go this panera bring a grill, a tent, & a tv to tailgate in the drive thru line. The drive thru is ran at the tempo of an obese snail. I timed how long it took today when there were TWO cars ahead of me. 43 Minutes & 22 Seconds to serve two cars. What a joke I wouldnt mind seeing this location go out of business read more

Oh, don't be silly! Currently the rating here is something like 1 1/2 stars, and if that were the case Panera would close it. This is a compact, but new-ish location that occasionally suffers from staffing issues, but the food is as expected and what do you expect today from fast casual dining? read more

First visit of newly opened Panera Bread. As I walked inside it was easy to notice everything was sparkly clean and fresh. The employees greeted me warmly and my food was waiting at the pickup area. I reviewed my order to ensure all food was accounted for. To my dismay I was missing my pastry ring. The lady at the counter apologized, gathered up my luscious pastry and I was off. Once I arrived home my Greek salad and Chipotle Bacon Melt were as expected; tasty. The other three meals met the normal consistency I have come to expect from Panera. When my travels bring me back I will report out again in the future to see how the quality holds up. read more

Once again, Panera (downtown High Point) figured out how to screw-up a basic thing, again. We ordered two Asiago cheese bagels and got something more on the cremated side... This place needs new leadership or it deserves to go out of business. Whomever is in-charge clearly doesn't care about the product they create. Sad. read more

Do not patron Panera Bread, cafe #202965, N Main St, High Point, NC. The service is terrible. They ran a super loud vacuum cleaner around the diner's tables and even asked us if they could vacuum under our table and chairs while we were eating. It was so rude not to mention particles of dust in the air and probably in our food. I told them No! Stay away because they could care less about customer's comfort and experience. Stay away! read more

I love Panera Bread, but I've ordered a few times and each time I have the order was wrong - disappointing.

No way this poor service can support the doors remaining open. Please stop treating your walk-in and drive-thru customers like we are Ubber drivers. We are not! We expect our in store orders to be accurate and we want the quality we are are paying for in terms of food and service. read more

I have been here several times, as I live only about 5 minutes away. The vast majority of the time, the food is wrong. Orders are messed up if you go through the drive thru, and if you ask for small modifications or additions they are left out. Even if you don't ask for modifications, often pieces, especially sides, are left out of your order. It seems to be the belief that if you are not inside the building, there's no reason to get your order right, because you'll probably not notice until you get home. Going inside doesn't help, you just notice the problems quicker. I have been overcharged several times for items that were missing, and gotten so frustrated that I finally just looked up a duplicate recipe and now I make soup for my family at home that costs less and is served correctly. I am a big believer in second chances, but 1 correct order out of a literal dozen is ridiculous. Don't waste your time and money. read more

Out of way too many foods. In fact we paid $50 and didn't get the sides (they were out)

I rarely rate restaurants this low but a place like Panera has set a standard nation wide. You know that Panera has good coffee and bagels. You know they have good salads and soups. You know they have good sandwich options and you trust that you will get what you pay for when you visit any location. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a Greek salad for lunch and opted for a curbside pickup. The parking placement for curbside is confusing and so drove past it and all around the parking lot to find it. I didn't wait very long after arriving and the gentleman who brought the food out was nice. The salad I ordered however, was not. The salad was the safest excuse of a Greek salad I have ever seen and a good portion of the lettuce had gone bad and was pretty gross. I can't say that I will go back to this location. Perhaps they are still working out the kinks of a newly opened place. BUT... there are too many options for AWESOME salads in High Point, for me to waste money on a bad salad from here. ‍ read more

Horrible experience!! As a DoorDasher, I'm in and out of restaurants every day and I have learned to be patient as I wait. That being said, 5 or 10 mins is a lifetime when you are DoorDashing because time is money as I get paid by the delivery not by the hour. Recently, I was made to wait an entire HOUR for my customer's order! The condescending and very curt manager kept telling me it would be 15 mins over and over. Having to wait that long was ridiculous but the attitude I had to put up with added insult to injury. If you want service with a smile this is not the restaurant for you. read more

Decided to give this Panera (North Main) in High Point another chance after my first time there a couple of weeks ago ended with me getting the completely wrong sandwich (ordered a roasted turkey avocado BLT, but got some sort of chipotle chicken sandwich). So today, I ordered the roasted turkey avacado BLT again. I did get the correct sandwich this time, but there was not a single slice of tomato or avacado. They did provide enough lettuce on this sandwich for a salad. I can honestly say this is the worst Panera I've ever visited. It will also be my last. They weren't even busy. How difficult can it be to make a freakin sandwich? This is my result of paying $11.63 for a sandwich. read more

This was one of the worst visit I have had at a Panera location. The lady at the register couldn't explain what comes on a sandwich or even if they had regular mustard. Decided to try something new outside of my usual Sunday Starbucks order. Had two cars in front of me in the drive thru. Online order number 721247575. We placed an order online around 5:50pm. When my husband picked up our order 2 chocolate croissants were left out of our order. When we called and talked to Zack the manager, he was no help. He would not give us corporate's number and said we would have to come back up there. Why weren't we told that when he picked it up. They have a checklist on the bag with no checks by the items. So had they told him that they had been out of those desserts since 1:00 pm they could have refunded the items and not have us come back. Not very professional. I am a Dasher and I wonder now how many of my customers had missing items. Will not order anything else from Panera. D. Miller read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED - things have changed for the worse at Panera! Prices have gone way up - used to be able to get a full lunch for $10 but now they charge extra for a piece of fruit or a bag of chips which used to be included. Costs upwards of $14 now. Had the Mexican soup to save money and it left a weird aftertaste in mouth -- kind of like bad institutional food. Ugh. read more

We thought that because this is a newer location of the chain in High Point that it would be an improvement of service. While it is true that the restrooms are cleaner at this location compared to others in the Triad, my order was initially messed up for the pick 2 menu. I ordered a Flatbread pizza plus broccoli soup and received a sandwich and the soup after the counterterperson confirmed my pizza order. It was fixed after I complained, but we will never go to another Panera again, having attended other restaurants in the chain and faced adverse outcomes. The restaurant used to offer complimentary items like free rolls or cookies but now charge additionally for the extras. So sad, so we do not recommend this location nor any others in the chain!!! read more

The food was great, Mac and cheese was great as always. Only complaint that we didn't notice until we got home and ate all the food, there seems to be blood on the bottom of the box, cardboard can cut u very easily and I'm aware of that, but they should have checked when they realized they were bleeding. Hopefully none got in our food. My dad worked with cardboard for over 30 years and has cut himself a million times and he confirmed it was definitely blood. It makes sense Bc we got 3 things and sat at the drive through window for about 15 mins I get things happen and getting burns and cuts in a restaurant is common thing.. they still should be more cautious handling peoples food. read more

Terrible service. Staff has bad attitudes. Food left out of my last order. No apology offered. Too expensive for what you get.

Panera has great food, but their service is AWFUL. I order on the app, usually for curbside delivery. I got a notification that my order was ready, so I responded that I was there. 10 minutes later, I'm still sitting in my car, waiting on my food. I tried calling the store to see if I should just get it myself, but after ringing for two minutes, it was cut off. So, I shut off my car, went inside, grabbed my order off of the "pick up" stand and left. I was not the only patron who did this - the car next to me went inside also. If you're short staffed, then say there's no curbside delivery. I wasted 10 minutes of my lunch hour waiting on an order that was READY. read more

My "chicken salad croissant" turned out to be a tuna fish on focaccia. Their definition of "extra" is less than normal. Curbside and in store pick up take upwards of 30 minutes most days (and even for curbside, you still have to go in to get your food half of the time). The manager very often brushes off patrons and none of the staff seems to be in any hurry to make sure food is correct or that people are even getting their orders. read more
