Helped by a couple of people behind the counter, and they were fast, friendly, and helpful. The place is bright and clean. Not super big, but with efficient seating for a couple dozen people. Parking was easy. All in all a good experience. I'm still not a huge fan, because I like real Korean food and this only hints at that. But for a fast, reasonably cheap, reasonably healthy meal, this is a decent option.

This Panera is a legit JOKE, they've never once made my food correctly, today i received a brown Avacado on my Turkey BLT, my bread was hard as hell. Almost like they gave me an extra sandwich that's a few days old. And barely any lettuce in my salad, not to mention JUST LETTUCE IN MY SALAD. When I come, The food is always delicious. I am currently injured right now and using a cane and the girl helped me over to my table and brought all my food for me and my other friends. After a first visit bad enough that they owed me a credit, the fix was to hand them my information and sign up for their marketing. I said no. I am not rewarding a failed experience by joining the fan club. She said there was no other way to issue the credit. She could tell I was done. She promised a district manager would call. No one did. So their solution was a loyalty signup for a failed job, and the follow-up was silence. That is not customer service. It is a company that has not learned the basics and somehow thinks the guest is the problem.
