I ordered a combination of Kale, Sweet Potato noodles (my favorite), chickpeas, carrots, corn, pickled onions, cheese and cucumbers with Sesame Ginger. Stopped in since I was nearby. I enjoyed the Korean beef at another location, so I got that again. I tried to ask about the sweet potato noodles. They looked like rice noodles, and I wondered about the taste, but they just repeated that they were sweet potato noodles. so I'm guessing they taste like sweet potato. Went with my usual: purple rice, corn, black beans, sprouts, etc. Pick your sauces. They gave a healthy helping of meat, although double meat might be nice if you really like that particular protein. I got a side of kimchi. And a serving of their free miso soup. The soup is worth what you pay for it. Not bad, but not very good. The kimchi was pretty good, but there was barely any heat. Crispy and fresh and tasty though. The bowl was good. Tender, flavorful meat. Fresh veggies. Either the serving sizes are going up, or my stomach has shrunk, since it always used to feel like I left there hungry. Now I'm pretty filled up. I tried several of their teas. All good. I wish the one tea had been sweetened though. Service was very good. Prices are reasonable I guess. Be careful in the parking lot. Even in the middle of a weekday afternoon, it was nuts. read more

Gahana, Ohio location We (husband and I) visited this establishment on Friday, and I was happy because I had not been there for a while because I accomplished losing 63lbs in the last 9 mos. and was not frequenting fast food restaurants. It was quite apparent as we approached the counter to order that the young man behind the counter to take our order seemed to already be quite angry and disturbed about something...unrelated to us. As he began taking the order and placing lettuce in my bowl, I asked for noodles. He gave me a half of a scoop, and I asked for more, he then picked up less than half of another scoop, and again, I asked for more, he then literally threw it in the bowl! Then he says abruptly, NEXT? As in what I would want next. I asked a question about purple rice, and he begrudgingly answered. He then says, angrily states.. "NEXT". I ordered carrots, black beans (which he threw about 7 blackbeans on the bowl, and I asked for more. He huffed and puffed and literally threw about 5 more into the bowl, the again...NEXT?!?! I then asked for broccoli, he literally threw twi into the bowl, and I again said, more please, he smacks his lips, and I asked him why he was doing that. To my surprise...His reply, "You are asking for alot", to which I replied, I am paying a lot". But I had less than half of a bowl of food! As my husband, personal trainer began to order, he treated him the same way. My husband is extremely fit, and not a large man at all, about 165lbs, so he, too, was not asking for a lot. But the server would only give less than half scoops for the few things he wanted, and the server smacked his lips and swung his neck when hubby asked for a little more, and again with the emphatic NEXT?!?! before he could even get to the location for the remaining items being offered. We each may have asked for five- six items each in our bowl and then s protein, and this young man was treating us as though we were asking him to make a bowl where the lid wouldn't close or something. Even when I said "Sir, thank you", he took exception by smacking his lips, rolling his eyes, swinging his head, and sashaying his shoulders around ...all with that with mumbling somethomg under his breath with an angry glare! Absolutely reprehensible employee service! I have visited this establishment in the past and have even interacted with a manager back in 2016-2019 with great exchange, never saw this guy there during this time so he must be newer.They must be under new management, because the service was DEPLORABLE the previous manager would NEVER have tolerated that behavior. I hate to disparage good establishments and rarely do I review, but this was so awful, I felt compelled to leave one. I know nothing will ever be done to this employee, even after my calling the restaurant when I got home and asking for the district manager. I was told I had reached corporate office after dialing the 614 phone number for the Gahana location, which I knew was not true. The Grandview Bibibop location is very nice and it is located in a little complex on fifth avenue. It can get pretty busy and have long lines so just a heads up. I once waited about 15 minutes to get to the front to start my order It is most definitely a casual and quick place to get food. If you have never been, Bibibop is like a chipotle, but for "Asian" styled food. It is not authentic Korean bibimbap, but it is pretty good! I usually get a rice bowl with extra rice (no additional cost), and tofu as my protein. I used to get the chicken, which is delicious, but the light seasoning on that tofu is to die for. I get ALLLL the different vegetables and ask for extras of anything I like. They end with asking you for what type of sauce you would like. I usually get mine on the side since they have a station for you to choose your sauces from. A bowl can vary around $8 depending on your protein. I love miso soup and Bibibop offers free miso soup for you. It is its own station and you just scoop some miso soup yourself. There's tofu and seaweed in the miso soup. Never a bad choice for lunch. We came a bit past noon on a Sunday and there were plenty of spaces to eat. We ate at a long table that others were also sitting at. It's not a place for private conversation unless you're in the booths. They look a bit like pods. It started to get busy as we sat there. I saw a few families come in and a ton of students. It was a constant flow. I got purple rice with spicy chicken, sprouts, black beans, kale, spinach, carrots, daikon, eggs. I added one of the aloe drinks. The guy recommended the watermelon flavor. Yum!! They've got two gender neutral bathrooms. Parking was easy. A few spots left, but I can imagine this area gets busy. It's attached to a bunch of other businesses. They also do catering!! Start by choosing the type of meal you want (salad, bowl, or a few others). I recommend the bowl. You can choose purple or white rice (I recommend purple - it's so much tastier than white). Move on to choose beans, sprouts, or potatoes (or all three). Then pick your protein (chicken, spicy chicken, beef, tofu). I like the spicy chicken which is flavorful but not overly spicy. Then they have a ton of fresh toppings like kale, egg, carrots, cheese, etc. There are more; I just can't remember them all. Pick a couple or all of them! Last, choose one (or a couple) of their sauces. I like the Korean red which adds awesome flavor and a definite punch of spiciness. Hot miso soup is also available and on the house. Everything is always consistently delicious! Voila! You have a customized and fairly healthy meal chock full of veggies and lean protein. Coca-Cola fountain drinks are available as well as teas. Bibibop is my favorite "fast food" place in town. Think Chipotle, but Korean-inspired. They serve up Americanized versions of the Korean favorite Bibimbap. Just like at Chipotle, you get to choose from a variety of ingredients to make a roll, salad or bowl. It's quick, cheap and relatively healthy. You start with a choice of purple or white rice and protein of choice. Then you get to choose from an abundance of toppings, both warm and cold. Warm toppings include black beans, bean sprouts and potatoes. Daikon, corn, cucumber, carrots, cheese and egg are the cold condiments. Finally you choose a sauce to top your creation with. I get "a little bit of everything" with Spicy Sriracha and it's delicious every time. I haven't seen this chain outside Columbus yet. However, if it hasn't expanded yet, i'm sure it will soon.
