Portion of chicken salad, smelled terrible

An ongoing issue with one of your locations that I have given numerous opportunities to correct. Orders are consistently missing items, given incorrect order, and poor quality food. On multiple occasions, I have ordered a chicken salad sandwich from this location and have consistently received unacceptable food quality. Most recently, the bread (white Mish) was brown, old, hard, and the edges were dark, crunchy, This does not meet reasonable standards for freshness or quality. Zoom in on pictures. Unacceptable. I spoke directly with the manager, Ron, regarding this issue. He was dismissive, condescending and said, "i will place a chip reward in your account." as i was missing my chips. He stated that the sandwich was acceptable in both portion and bread texture, despite the obvious condition of the bread.( hard, old, and crunchy) He also stated that he personally prepared the sandwich. I observed the sandwich being made without gloves, not realizing at the time it was my order, which raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene practices-think about those with health and immunity issues. I do not experience these issues at another location only 2.2 miles away, where food quality and service are consistently satisfactory. This leads me to believe this is a location-specific management and quality control problem. Due to repeated poor experiences and the lack of accountability from management, I will no longer return to this location. I believe this matter warrants corporate review, as it reflects poorly on your brand and customer standards. I am requesting that this location be reviewed for food quality, customer service, and proper food handling procedures. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and information on any corrective actions taken.

This was the new restaurant of the week and it's a chain but that's ok. The staff was ok but it was teens doing what they could with no direction on how the business model worked like I placed my order and not mention go around the corner to the pick up window while I stood at the order window in the front not knowing that my order would end up somewhere else, seriously. The place was cozy with seating areas that was separated around the room. The front had a bakery wall with nice looking breads. I ordered the ciabatta cheese steak which looked pathetic and all bread for $14 with no sides/anything. The bread was fresh with a nice chewy crust with skimpy steak and next to no veggies for even a real taste of a cheese steak, no cheese flavor either and pretty bland lacking seasonings. There was a sweetness and all beef flavor which was not very cheese steak at all I thought. The sandwich was small and over priced I thought and the lack of direction by the cashier on how the ordering process works was a complete turn off like I'm supposed know as a first time customer, never again will I spend any money in this chain restaurant.

    Asiago Bagel

Panera Asiago Bagel: Bagels typically are not a part of my diet, but cheese definitely is. That said, I've never had the Asiago Bagel from Panera or any asiago bagel to be honest. Seems like a travesty for a cheesehead like me. Panera's version is a bagel made with chunks of asiago cheese baked inside and topped with more asiago cheese. It's a massive bagel that does not have the traditional hole in the center, which makes it ideal for sandwiches. Speaking of sandwiches, it's hard to rate this bagel on its own and I think your satisfaction will vary depending on what you choose to pair it with. I opted for adding (at home) some sharp cheddar cheese, salsa con queso, and chicken to create a bagel sandwich for dinner. If you're looking for something for breakfast, then I think this bagel would be an excellent vessel for an egg sandwich as well. The exterior of the bagel is crispy from the baked asiago cheese, but the interior is still soft and fluffy. There's a distinct fragrance from the cheese that also separates this from your standard bagel. As far as savory bagels go, this one is Doughboy approved. Doughboy_Food_Reviews

EVERY time I ask for double the veggies: tomato, mushroom, spinach, etc I never receive... Today was the day I officially boycott noodles and company. your employees never provide me what I paid for nor care to check. Today the staff failed to do so again. I did NOT get my $2.00 worth of spinach and $0.75 of extra mushrooms. Please start HIRING people who actually care to do they DAMN jobs. Thanks, Your truly, a pissed off customer

    Blueberry scone and coconut macaroon!!!

I have always loved Panera. I really like how they've come along way in eating clean and healthy. Obviously they're pastries aren't the healthiest but they sure are delicious! I stopped in for breakfast this morning and tried one of their new egg wraps. I got the Mediterranean egg white wrap. Very tasty! I also decided to indulge a little bit and get a coconut macaroon and a blueberry scone. Both were absolutely fabulous! The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. I will definitely continue to visit Panera bakeries in the future.

I usually love panera but this french onion soup was pretty disappointing. No cheese. No croutons. No bueno.

Remember your high school cafeteria, and the cranky old lunch ladies (or maybe I'm alone here)? Yeah, this. I love the bakery from Panera. OK, I love most any bakery goods, which explains why I can't pass up hitting the 'like' button on your donut pictures. But you can't help but have the feeling that to the lady at the counter, it doesn't matter if you're ordering a scone, or if she would be slapping a Salisbury steak on a lunch tray for you, you make no difference to her. No need for pleasantries, just go find a seat so the next customer can be rang up. No smile, no warmth. I might be inclined to try again, but would try in the evening, when lunch ladies nationwide are at home watching Wheel of Fortune.

A lot of local sandwich spots aren't open after 4pm or so on Fridays (more of a lunch thing). But, I kinda dig an end of the week grab and go situation. Jersey Mike's was somehow off our radar. I had been to one, one time a few years back in Chicago. But, that's it. So, we recently decided to change that on a recent Friday evening and I'm so glad we did. We popped in here for dinner and I'm decidedly a fan of their subs. They have three sizes and have both hot and cold sub. I opted for a cold sub, which was great with everything from the bread to the toppings tasting fresh and fabulous, but would definitely give one of their hot ones a try as well! It's your basic sandwich shop inside (ie: fine to eat there on the fly but you're not missing anything by taking your subs to go). The service was fast and friendly and the prices were reasonable. Get to it!

Jumping to 1975, a 17-year-old employee named Peter purchased the shop with a loan from his football coach (also a local banker). Since then, Peter has expanded to more than 2,800 locations and is still the CEO. Long story short, I almost always go with a cheese steak whenever I go to a sub shop. Jersey Mike's offers a few different cheese steak options, but I went with the Big Kahuna. The term comes from the Hawaiian word kahuna, which means "priest" or "healer". Big Kahuna is typically used today as an informal idiom that refers to the most important thing or person in a group, like the boss (or in this case, boss of the subs). The Big Kahuna sub comes with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and extra white American cheese. Jalapenos are a love it or hate it topping. I side with the haters, so I ordered my sub without them. My sub had some weight to it and was also bursting with the amount of filing. The savory slices of steak, heaps of peppers/onions, and mound of melty white American cheese dominated the sandwich with the mushrooms being much less prevalent. I'm a true Wisconsinite in the sense that I can never have enough cheese and add it to many of the foods I eat. That being said, I was satisfied with the amount of cheese on this delicious sub. The miniscule amount of mushrooms aside, the Big Kahuna is Doughboy approved. Doughboy_Food_Reviews

The deli counter has smoked meats, cold cuts and cheeses, etc. and in the aisles they have Polish beer, liquor, candy (some even contains alcohol), various condiments, pickled veggies, jams, canned herring, and plenty more. They even have a small refrigerator/ frozen section with cold single bottle beers, more smoked meats, perogies, hunter stew, and Czarnnina. I saw a picture of their breakfast burrito on social media and made plans to stop the next day. In addition to the breakfast burrito, which came with a side of hash browns, I ordered cheddar broccoli soup and was gifted a brownie for visiting. The breakfast burrito is build your own with a bunch of different options for meats, cheese, and veggies. I went with bacon, American cheese, and spinach and wasn't disappointed. The burrito was hefty and every one of the ingredients stood out. This is something I would definitely come back for. The three hash brown patties tasted as you'd expect and I appreciate that they weren't cold in the middle or bland. You can definitely notice the freshness in the soup. It was thick and used actual florets of broccoli, not just the stalks. Given the size of the burrito I had just eaten, though, I wish there was an option for a smaller portion of soup. The bowl was large and if you just plan on having that as a meal it's fine, but I would have preferred buying a cup as compared to a large bowl. Hopefully that's something they consider as a menu tweak. I'm not a big brownie person, but I enjoyed it. Like the burrito and the soup, it was a sizable portion, so worth the price if you're buying one. I'd be interested in trying their lemon bar or coffee cake on a future visit as those are more up my alley. I enjoyed talking to the woman who was prepping the dining area while I was there. She mentioned that Senor Luna's next door is their sister location and that Miss Daisy's has such early hours (currently 5am during the week) so as to cater to the nearby business park. I appreciate the early hours because I can easily make it there and back over to where I work in plenty of time.
