Went to here today due to their free bagel promotion, and tried one of their newer menu items, the Spicy Thai Salad with Chicken. Service was speedy and we had our food in a reasonable amount of time. I rather enjoyed my salad, although I should have asked for the dressing on the side, since the amount they put in was a bit much. The two others I was with both got the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, and they both enjoyed their meals with no complaints. As expected of Panera, they had plenty of seating available, and the restaurant had a nice and quiet ambiance. They have calorie counts right on the boards which is nice for those who count calories. Definitely coming back to this location. read more

I love their breakfast sandwiches as well as their paninis and Alfredo bowl. The employees there are always so nice and helpful as well.

Another Panera Bread fail! My husband picked up two cups of soup from the drive-thru around 6 pm this evening. They must have been running low on soup as the cups were about 3/4 full when they are usually filled to the top. Panera runs out of bagels by 8 am and now soup at dinner time. read more

I have been getting the new grain bowl and it usually is packed with lots of goodies but today I ordered rapid order and when I went in to pick up they had a group of college ladies and were backed up. Food Pros: The food is always tasty, i haven't had anything from Panera that did not taste gross. Con: They always seem to be out of something you want to order on the menu, and half the time its practically everything. (not professional at all if your running out of portions). If you are getting a salad in the drive through make sure you get adequate dressing with it. This is the second time I've gotten home and found that the amount of dressing was enough for about HALF the amount of salad. My fault that I forgot this was the reason I was so irritated last time I picked up food there. This time I am so annoyed that I measured the amount of dressing -- 2 teaspoons. Ridiculous! I travel quite a bit for work and don't have things like salad dressing in my fridge. Another warning -- the Cobb salad had some odd ingredients. Pickled cabbage does not go well with avocado and hard boiled egg. Pick out the cabbage and radichio ( another item that has no place in a Cobb salad) and add your own dressing if you have it and it would at least be adequate. read more

The food we ordered was good. The apple my husband got looked like it had had a tough life. It had bruises and gouges. I think it would have been better used in a salad. Prices are high at Panera and people are paying for quality. Our store has removed all of the dish and trash bins and it was hard to find a clean table. People started piling up dishes on tables and eventually a lady came around and picked them up but did not wipe off the tables. 4 stars almost seems to high but the food was very good. read more

I used to love Panera. Part of my disappointment is not their fault as I am now gluten intolerant so I can't get any of the sandwiches or breads which is a real bummer. So I get salads or soup. Today I got the Pick Two Lime Chicken Salad and the vegie soup, and a coffee. $15.00 The salad was a whole lotta corn strips and not much chicken. The soup was mostly canned tomatoes and corn with a lemon slice (?!) I can't get the bread to go with it, so I left hungry. Bummer. read more

When we showed up 10 minutes later (the time it said our order would be ready) my husband stood in line for 10 more minutes just for them to tell him they are out of the bagels we wanted. I have never had friendly service, hair in my food twice and everytime I order an egg soufflé for breakfast, they have to check to see if they have it or they don't have any. The lattes are always mostly foam and the pumpkin spice latte was so disgusting I spit it out and drove to Starbucks next door because Panera employees at this location are so not approachable it's like why even bother for the hassle of explaining the pumpkin spice latte was pure pumpkin , milk and maybe some espresso. Panera Bread is my new favorite place to eat lunch or dinner! Their sandwiches are always so good and fresh and I can never go without a soup. They have many drink options as well! The only thing I can say that I wish was better is that the drive through can be slow, but with the quality of the food it is understandable. read more

I was a bit disappointed in this Panera. My friend and I waited about 15 minutes in line, once we finally got to the front my friend needed a soup sample so her cashier went to get it and my cashier, Rayshell completely left her register/ me standing there to go ring at the register my friend was at. She eventually returned and offered no apology or explanation. They were also out of avocado that day and my salad and my friends sandwich both had avocado as a featured ingredient. My friend got notified about the avocado situation, but I did not. And usually Panera offers something as a substitute or a way to make up however nothing was offered, it was just tough luck. Rayshell was also very rude to me about almost every single question I asked. Some Paneras I've been to make fresh cookies later in the evening or per a customers request and I'd asked if they were making more and she very rudely said no like it was absurd I even asked and said it was too late. It was 6 and they close at 9 and it was a very busy, rainy day where they easily could've sold a dozen or so cookies. On top of it all my food came out 15 minutes after my friends food even though we ordered at the same time. It was delicious as usual (except for the lack of avocado) so that's where the 2 stars came from. read more

I went through drive through for an order. When I reached the office is when I noticed the order was completely messed up. I got wrong items, things mixed up, half sandwiches etc, nothing we ordered was correct, NOTHING. What a cluster it was. Knowing now what I know now I should have taken the whole order back immediately. Unfortunately I could not because I had a meeting. Very embarrassing when you purchase lunch for office staff and you don't have enough food (not my mistake) When I called they said they would replace the order but when I went to pick it up I was told the employee did not have the authority to authorize that. Way to stand behind your employee and please a customer. I will never go back to this Panera again. The offer was to replace the half sandwiches, forget about the rest of the order that was forgotten or wrong. I will spend my money elsewhere. Usually go out at least 4 times a week. read more

I can not believe I paid $9.56 for a cold turkey sandwich on plain bread with lettuce, avocado and raw bacon. Oops almost forgot the small Apple. Very disappointed! We love to have lunch here. My kids devour their food everytime. They always get the mac and cheese which is always creamy and delicious. I love their salads and fresh baguettes. I'm only giving it 4 starts instead of 5 because the last few times they have been out of items. We pretty much stick to the same thing every time. So my husband wasn't to happy about changing it up. We just had an excellent experience thanks to Shift manager Josh Turner. Not only did he rearrange our order to save us a few bucks, he made sure my daughter received a banana instead of an apple. Food comes out reasonably fast and tastes alright but I've gotten the shits twice now from eating here which makes me think there are some health or sanitation concerns at this particular location. So Ive been biting my tongue about this for awhile but I refuse to go back to Panera in Greeley for this reason. One night in February I was going to the drive thru, not knowing it closed the same time as the store, and I saw two workers running to a Red Jeep then they got into the jeep and I attempted to mind my business but its 9:30 at night, usually workers are in the store shutting things down and still working drive thru like McDonalds. So i sat there waiting for someone to come over the speaker? And then kind of saw the two workers were doing stuff. Disgusted I drove off. It was a girl with blonde hair and glasses, kind of short and a tall guy, skinny and brown or black hair. If this is what workers are doing, they won't see money from me ever. DISGUSTING! Managers need to look into the inappropriate behavior their workers pose. Effects the buisness! Feel sorry for those actually doing their job. read more

I routinely work 12hr shifts and between other goings on I usually don't have time to prepare a good lunch for myself. As soon as I found out that Panera not only delivers, but I can order online, they have become my number 1 go to. They have never messed up my order, have sent me text alerts of when my food goes out for delivery and when it has arrived, and the website has the most accurate delivery tracking I have ever seen. My food has always arrived hot, and exactly as I customized it online. Not one time has it arrived past the expected delivery time window, it's either on-time or early. When you are trying to eat healthy and delivery is your only option, nothing will beat Panera. With their text alerts, no mater where I am in the building, I will know my food has arrived and to run immediately to the front to greet the delivery driver who is nothing short of a superhero to me. They have brought me coffee when I need to work overnight, and lunch when I wake up late and have to skip breakfast. The often overlooked detail of accurate delivery time windows is key for me, as I have to routinely patrol this moderately large building. I can plan my patrols around my newfound superhero's arrival which ensures I get my food hot, and "The Deliverer" does not have to wait in the lobby. When I take my first bite, an overwhelming sense of happiness washes over me and I realize I am capable of attaining higher power and becoming one with the entire universe. It doesn't matter what I order. It could be the steak & white cheddar panini, a breakfast bagel, full or half salad, "The Deliverer" gets it to me fast and exactly how it should be. "The Deliverer" today even showed the utmost courtesy and parked her car in the middle of the parking lot and walked, so that she would not interrupt employee traffic (true story). Would it be cheaper to just order a pizza or Asian food? Sometimes yes, it is. The delivery fee is $3.00, which isn't much but approximately $0.50 higher than the average I have seen. But when I think about what I'm getting instead of an unhealthy carb-loaded circle of bread with cheap toppings, I take a second to pay homage to: Ronald Shaich, Ken Rosenthal, and Louis Kane, the founders of Panera Bread (according to google). Nearly any food item can be customized and will fit any diet out there. Panera Bread has always been supremely good, but with this delivery option and how easy it is to use it, one does not have a need for NASA anymore. We can transcend the boundaries of not just planet Earth, but the entire Galaxy when we enjoy a good sized healthy meal from Panera. As I am eating my Avocado Cobb Salad with Chicken and drinking a Green Passion Power Smoothie, I am on a mental level with Aliens in the Sombrero Galaxy, drinking tequila on a beach that is incomprehensible to the human mind. There's no job stress here, no financial worries, no annoyance of other people asking you for unnecessary things for irrelevant reasons. It's just blissful Thank you Panera Bread. And a very special thank you to "The Deliverer". For you are truly a superhero to me. Without you, I would not have access to Panera, and my day would be filled with life-consuming sadness and irritability. Your rapid pickup option is great too. read more

I love Panera breakfast, but this Panera is so poorly managed! They are always out of popular items early in the day. I went to the drive-thru at 10:00am on Mother's Day and they were already out of all of the soufflés. They said they had a big after church group come through. Well, duh, shouldn't you expect that on Mother's Day? Or any Sunday for that matter? This happens almost every time I or anyone I know goes here. The food is good, but if you're hoping for something specific be prepared to be disappointed, because they're likely to be out of it. read more

Food is always good, when the order is fulfilled correctly. Some days staff provide decent portions and others, they slash the amount more than half or forget things altogether (I.e. 1 olive on a salad one day and 10 on another).This location also really struggles with getting orders correct, but they sure never forget to charge for the add-ons they do forget to include. Always check your order, even if there are no special requests. I'd estimate that my order is correct about 20% of the time. read more

I give this experience zero stars. I saw the ads for the Mediterranean Chicken Pita sandwich...it looked tasty..Got my meal to go ....The pita sandwich and small Greek salad. Got home, salad had no dressing with it and it was clear by the odor of the salad that it was prepackaged and they never bothered to rinse the preservatives off before serving. My sandwich had one small the size of a quarter piece of chicken. ..One slice of cucumber and some sort if veggies mixed in an very unappetizing sauce. I threw my whole meal away. I did call and tell them my experience. .The response was what can we do? Since I have to use a cane getting out and going back was not something I wanted to do. But if you do get an order to go...take the time to open it up and check it before you leave...me I will not be going back to Panera anytime soon. And for the record..Panera you need to get the product right before spending tons of money to advertise duchess an inferior product. read more

We are done going to Panera bread. We have been faithful customers for many, many years, (including different states), but after the major changes in the bakery, the skimpy amounts on our orders, the ridiculously high prices, and recent changes to espresso drinks, we find no reason left to return. The Greeley location is the worst. The last time I ordered a breakfast sandwich, there was one small piece of scrambled egg inside, probably a thin 2 inch by 2 inch size amount. I took it to go, so could not return it. Had I been there I would have demanded my money back. As well, the bakery area looks horrible. Why they got rid of the majority of mouth watering pastries boggles my mind. That is the main reason so many people were drawn there. All their changes, of course, are to save money (cutting down on portions and quality). Unfortunately, they will lose business from these changes. As well, I went in there all the time for their frozen mocha espresso, but they even cheaped out on this, and for the same price no longer using espresso, but regular coffee. Now they are called 'Frozen Mocha Cold Brew.' Coffee is a much cheaper product to buy than espresso (and does not taste the same)! They simply found another way to save money by cheaping out on their product and switching out to coffee instead of espresso. I dislike the taste of coffee, and will not pay $5 for a cup of coffee and chocolate flavored milk. read more
