Margarita Flatbread Pizza! Beautiful and delicious!
    T B.

Great experience through the drive thru today! They were efficient and the food came out looking beautiful (see pic)!! I ordered the Margarita Flatbread Pizza and it was delicious!!

    Broken door

Recently I was at this this Panera and went to the men's bathroom. It is absolutely disgusting. The sink, toilet, and floor are filthy. Furthermore, the front door of the restaurant has been broken for a long time. They keep hiding it with a display sign. Please fix this Panera, do better!

Decided to try Panera's new coffee subscription for the first time. This location was pretty busy! I sat inside and was able to find a socially distanced table. For the hour that I was there, I did not see any employees wiping down tables even though one had water spilled on it and another had some napkins. Also, there was an unattended laptop on a table the whole time I was there so I thought that was strange. So even though there are signs posted everywhere that they are disinfecting and sanitizing everything often, I'm not sure how often that actually is.

Found plastic in my onion soup. Thought it was a large piece of onion but luckily did not eat it before inspecting it.

Found object in soup that should not be there... turned out to be a piece of plastic.

Floor was sticky and dirty. With the amount of staff that were present, I would expect that the bathrooms would be better kept.

Rude service. No prices listed anywhere. Unkept bathroom, sticky /dirty floors. The food was acceptable but the prices are inflated for what you get! Panera is now off our list of restaurants we will patronize.

Rapid pick up cubbies. Haven't seen these before

It's a Panera. But it's got an updated style than most I've visited. The quickie pick up area is cool and they even have a monitor that tells you what order is up/ waiting. That's pretty cool. Loved that they had mango unsweet tea--not sure if that's seasonal, or something special here, but big fan. Thanks!

Exceptional customer service! Across the counter they see people, not just customers. Nice experience, I'll be back.

The Manager Mike has very poor customer service skills. I will not place an order at this restaurant again

Dash In - historic downtown breakfast or lunch option…read more First off...Dash In won't appeal to everyone. The prices are a bit high compared to other places with similar food items. Parking may be a challenge depending on the time of day. And the dinning area is small. Dash In has been a downtown Fort Wayne eatery option for many years. They are located on Calhoun Street next to Pint & Slice and a couple blocks south of the court house. This restaurant has retained the vintage building feel. The interior brick and wood work are very attractive to go along with the more modern decor. The bar is very attractive. They have a very small street level outside patio if that is your preference. The shop is very small. I'm guessing the bar seats about 10 people. The main dinning area probably seats about 40. The team here is very friendly and welcoming. They hustle to serve. We went on a late Sunday afternoon and didn't not have to wait. I don't think they take reservations. There are lots of people coming and going with carry out orders. Today we had no problem finding a street parking spot. There is a parking garage nearby if no street spots are available. The menu is actually fairly broad. They have a special brunch menu along with a breakfast all day menu. There were several sandwiches and wraps available. A couple salads too. The coffee and alcoholic drink menus were very large. We didn't have either of these products this time so I can't give you any feedback on them. They have a special soup du jour and deli side selection. Today it was a mushroom arugula soup and caprese salad side. My wife loves breakfast and ordered a make-to-order omelette with a side of grilled vegetables. She really liked the light tasting eggs and fresh tasting vegetables. The tomato bisque soup is one of their staples. It is delicious and would be great with a grilled cheese sandwich from the menu. The soup was smooth and creamy. It had a gentle tomato flavor along with a more predominant milk/cream base. The soup surprisingly has a stronger spicy after taste - still outstandingly delicious! The side salad is very simple. It has a combination of fresh spring mix lettuce along with a minimal amount of onion, cheese and red pepper. The honey mustard dressing was smooth, creamy, thick and a bit spicy. It was mild on the honey/sweet taste while stronger on the mustard accent. The Italian panini sandwich was very good. The ciabatta bread was slightly grilled with a firmer exterior but not crunchy. The bread had a very freshly baked taste. The sandwich had a high quality tasting ham, pepperoni, salami and provolone cheese. The meats weren't piled high...but enough to get the flavor from each. The grilled onions and banana peppers gave the sandwich a nice zing. The pleasant aioli sauce moistened the sandwich and blended the spicy meats with the zippy onions and banana peppers. Overall the food quality was excellent yet a bit more costly than you might expect. The service was spot on and helped make it a pleasant dinning experience. The older building design, if you like that, adds to the overall experience. Give them a try!

The food is off the hook good. The service is always friendly and attentive. Today's choice: Carnitas Benedict with a side of cheesy, jalapeño grits .

It comes with two sauces. The marinara is thin and a bit spicy. The cheese is thicker in consistency with a mildly cheese taste. No real adders to the cheese to give it extra flavor. The sticks are thinner and shorter than possible those others offer. The beard is most and soft with a nice crisp to the surface. The buttery and Parmesan cheese taste a top of stick is tasty. The Italian wedding soup was also delicious. The meatballs were plentiful and right sized. The soup had a nice warmth and comforting flavor. The cavatelli pasta and sausage dish was a bit puzzling. The pasta was cooked to perfection - tender but firm. The white sauce was smooth and creamy. It lacked an Alfredo cheesy rich flavor. I tried adding more Parmesan cheese but it didn't seem to "cheese" it up much. There was a moderate amount of sausage in ten dish. The sausage didn't have a very strong flavor. I tried sprucing this up with black pepper with moderate success. The red peppers and other ads-ins where nicely cooked and added nice taste. Overall the dish was good.
