I went to the Port Huron location today to get a salad to go. I ordered a LARGE ranch Cobb salad. It was disappointing to say the least ! There was half a hard boiled egg, a couple of slivers of pickled onion, cheese, and what wasn't even equivalent to a half slice of crumbled bacon on it !!! Service is slow for as many people they have working, but the food always taste good. Too pricey but what isn't nowadays. Two half sandwiches and two soups with one drink and two bagels $32. I sound old but I should get a lot more food for that price. read more

The wife and I take a drive from Roseville on weekends from time to time and we like stopping here for lunch. Staff are friendly and the food is always good. I love the Broccoli and Cheddar bread bowls. The wife likes the Chicken Caesar salad. Place is always clean. read more

This restaurant is dirty. Bathroom is always dirty. Food is not the same. A lot of times out of avocado so basically you still have to pay the same amount without that and you don't get it. The employee that puts the drinks in the machine is not sanitary. I will never eat at this restaurant again. If you have a menu and you don't have the item you should minus the price because that is stealing from your customers. The soups are always not full like they used to be. I am disgusted. If you cannot run a restaurant right and clean I believe it should be shut down. The employees want to rush you when you order like they have somewhere to go. It's hard to look at the menu during to my neck problems so I have to use the other menu and the words are so small I can barely see them. Businesses need to step it up cause a lot of people want to eat fresh clean food and the food in this restaurant is not fresh if it comes in a bag. You can fool others but not me. This place is an absolute joke. I've visited here twice over the weekend. The first time we placed an online order and it was placed in the rapid pick up area. When we opened the bags we found out that half of our order was missing. We went inside and they told us they ran out of the items but never attempted to contact us to see if we wanted something else. They charged our card Full full price and didn't refund us. We did get other items instead. They made no attempt to try to handle the situation properly and left it all in our hands. I went back two days later to try and redeem a free drink and pastry on my rewards program an sip club membership. The employee told me they could not give me my drink or my pastry because their system was down. After explaining to them that I drove 20 miles and that they should just give it to me since their system was down they would not. The items were free to begin with so I wasn't asking for anything I didn't pay for through my membership program. read more

I used to be a Huge fan of Panera Bread, but the last couple of times my husband and I have gone we have had a negative experience. Most of the time we have gone through the drive thru, and when we did the experience was disappointing. I enjoy the Mediterranean Sandwich, but every time I order it it gets smaller and smaller. The bread was tiny, maybe I should put it on larger bread, but what I got today costed me almost 7 dollars. Believe me, I understand fresh food, I worked in a Organic food restaurant for two years as a prep chef. I get it! But I honestly am just really disappointed in them. Another time my husband order a Full bowl of Broccoli cheddar soup, and he got a cup of the Chicken noodle. The tables in the restaurant are never clean and the food is always a hit and miss, I don't think I will be returning to their consistency and accuracy of food items are addressed. read more

Went through drive-through and ordered two pick-twos, one was greek salad with chicken wild rice soup in a bread bowl and the other was the strawberry salad with same soup. My husband asked if the strawberry salad had nuts and he told us yes, it has pecans, when we asked if we could get it with no nuts he said absolutely. Get home and there are nuts on his salad. Luckily, it's not a life threatening allergy, when a customer asks you to not put nuts on their food, DON'T PUT NUTS ON THEIR FOOD!!!!!!!! The greek salad was tasty but the tiny side of dressing was only filled halfway, had to eat most of my salad dry because of the lack of dressing. We also didn't receive a baguette or anything as a side with our meal. I think Panera is ridiculously over priced for what you get. But the soup and salad did taste very good. read more

I don't understand the bashful reviews. Every time I have gone to this location they have always gotten my order correctly (although one time in drive thru they gave me tomato soup instead of French onion). The cashiers are very friendly and will promptly give you your drink and offer to add on a bakery treat for a cheap price. The food is very quick in both drive thru and dine in, again they only messed up our order once out of the countless times we have eaten here since they opened a few years ago. The lemonade is very good and refreshing. Try it with the green tea and try the blood orange lemonade as well. Bakery treats are always delicious and fresher when you go in the morning, and not once has the bread been stale here, even at 8PM! read more

Went to Panera in Port Huron today about 12:30. Got in line at drive thru and waited for 6 cars in front of me. Got to order mic and sign says 'cafe closed' below the order here sign. We waited and no one came on to take order so we drove around to pick up window and saw another sign that said 'cafe closed'. So apparently Panera Bread is a cafe. This cafe reference is confusing. I suggest a sign simply saying CLOSED and block off the drive thru so you don't waste people's time wondering if you are open. I know things are tough with Covid but a little consideration would be appreciated. We witnessed at least 30 other cars wait at the order mic for extended periods of time trying to place an order. We went across the road and ate at Chili's take out. It was great. I recommend Chili's. read more

Worst panera experience ever!!! The standards are not the same as other Paneras. The bread was old and stale. The soup had been sitting for hours and not fresh. Vegetables were stale and cucumbers tasted like onions. Staff was inattentive and took forever on order despite no one in restaurant. Buyer beware. read more

Even though we were dining in, cashier gave us our bagels in bags, not sliced and no knife to spread the cream cheese. Just not helpful and when didn't hear/understand what we said she would say "What?" Soda machine leaked water all over. Food is average, not bad if you're in a rush. We just drove through the drive thru. First, the drive thru person tallied our Bill before we had completed our order. We finished our order and drove to the window where she had two bills as she just added a second order after she had tallied the first. Then she gave us our order. It was a large heavy bag and she said your set. That's your order. We were buying supper to eat down by the river. My fault that I did not check the order before we left. We only received one order, but then we did not receive a receipt either. Guess we won't be eating there any time soon. read more

Did a order online and when I got home my salad had no croutons and the wrong kind of cheese. I paid $8 and some change for this and I expect it to be accurate! Especially if I order online they should take the extra time to make sure it's put together correctly! This is at least the 5th time this has happened.
