Well I pre-ordered on the App and I drive through and pick it up! Get all the way back home which is about 15 miles. The sticker on the bag is correct but the food on the inside is messed up then I call up there to talk to somebody and I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up!!! It is indeed unfortunate, but most of the reviews that talk about having problems with orders was something that I experienced as well The staff was incredibly polite and nice, so there was no reason to get really upset about it But wow, that was a lot of mistakes Beyond that I do like Chick-fil-A as I think they have good (but not great) chicken sandwiches I kind of feel like they are both overrated and underrated People who don't like them don't recognize that they have a pretty good chicken sandwich people that do like them are mistaken to think that it's worth sitting in a drive-through for an hour (as is the case in some locations) read more

Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. So disappointed. 3 rd time giving it a try. Keep thinking they will improve. Yesterday at 4 pm ordered two chicken strip meals and hard to believe they were over cooked and dry. The only thing going for this place is no line. Good food but bad service for getting orders right. We have been there probably 6 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME got something in my order wrong. The drive through issue needs to get figured out. the food is great but one lane is always slower than can be and the other is just zipping through people. i've been waiting for twenty minutes in my lane just to order and the people next to me in the other lane i'm watching order and go.... also, when you do order you better hope everyone in front of you gets their food first or you're trapped behind because you can't pull out. food is chik fil a quality. very good. service has been beyond frustrating. read more

Worst interaction of my life. I was "helped" by Tim. He did not know what he was doing at all, it seemed like it was his first day. I could also smell his cologne on my bag of food it was so strong. The food is amazing, as always, but it's not why I go. I go because of the service. Not only is the restaurant clean, but the employees are so incredibly nice. Even when something is wrong with the order, they sincerely apologize and work to fix the issue, smiling all the while. We went earlier this afternoon through the drive through, which was incredibly quick. And when we got our food, the young man who handed it to us was on it and pulled another car forward so we could get out. Very happy with this restaurant and all the employees. I've come to this exact location twice this week. Both times, I have placed my order and both times they forgot something and charged me after. The first night we were there, we ate inside (they still had one hour to close) and about 9:15 the manager started putting chairs up like they were closing and kept looking at us, giving us dirty looks. We knew they still had 45 min before they closed and my wife, who worked at CFA in Dallas, TX says her manager used to tell her to do that, to get customers to leave. I found it super rude and rushing so I took my time eating. I was going to leave a review and decided not to. Today, I ordered my drink and food, once at the window she (it was the same manager again) forgot my drink and then asked for me to pay it, when I vividly said what I was getting and the guy even read it back to me before we got to the window. I did pay it however, of all the times I've been to CFA (in Dallas, TX) I've never dealt with the constant mistakes that this one (Fort Gratiot) makes, and makes you pay for it. I decided to stop going to this location as the manager is rude, rushy, and has attitude, and they can't seem to get a simple order right. read more

I regularly frequent the chic fil a at the dmc hospital downtown Detroit and the one on hall rd. I get grilled chicken club. It's literally amazing at both locations. I tried the new port huron location and my fries were fresh but the grilled chicken was litterally cold and just off......something I've never experienced at the other two locations.
