The portion size is good and the quality is great. No rubbery chicken or gristle at all (my pet peeve from typical shawarma/Mediterranean places). My only criticism was the amount of sauce. Next time I will order sauce on the side, but that is just a preference. I'll definitely be back and want to try the wings next time!

Great choice! We ordered online, the large one topping pizza with bread for $18. It was a 20 minute wait. We arrived just before the 20 minute mark and our food was ready to go and piping hot. I was returning the slop that I ordered and even he could see it was awful. So I now attempt to ask for freshly fried chicken. I am told I have to wait until they do their next batch 20 min or so. Which I will do if I get good chicken. It is better than having the crap that they have on their heaters, warmer ovens or whatever you call it. Like I literally saw a pile of Kentucky Fried chicken in a bucket that had been sitting there since I was waiting for my freshly fried chicken (15 min or so) so all grease dripped down to the bottom pieces in that bucket in the warmer. I could see it. They would take the crappy chicken and serve it out until it was pretty much gone. Can you imagine? Absolutely disgusting. But mine was great as I watched them fry it while I was there. It was good. Last time they told me they had freshly fried when I came in. I asked them how long and they said "just now we just took it out". You can't really believe them I've learned this. So we brought it home but sadly it was literally inedible. The skin was cold, dark with grease and no crunch at all. It was also overcooked, which is a sign that it had been sitting in their stupid oven thing. So yeah, they lied. Also, all their sides are horrible now. Do you remember the days when they used to have beautiful mashed potatoes, gravy baked beans, delicious orange coloured macaroni, salad, and the nice light green coleslaw? Man, do I miss those sides? I am older but back in my day they used to serve it with a nice soft piece of bread on top. That's been gone for a long time. Now the sides are terrible. I don't even order them ever. I just felt like making a point. I'm sure that the corporate people will never read this and the people who are supposed to respond to them will never tell them. Frankly, I can understand it because I'm sure they won't care. Not to sound negative, but the reality is the younger generation never had the good Kentucky fried chicken so they don't know the difference. It's not their fault. So for what it's worth I thought I would review so maybe by some chance someone could bring back some quality because I really miss the good old KFC. I think if they have quality like they used to that it would just make a huge profit. But hey, I'm only the consumer well EX consumer.
