I've stopped here a couple of times in the last few months. Most recently this week. Every time I question why I come here. Went through the drive through. It took an excessively long amount of time just to get to order and only 1 car was ahead of me. Waiting in line the car in front of me I saw them hand stuff back to the person in the window and you could see they where angry. I finally got up to pay and they tried to have me pay for a different persons order. It has been close to 20 min since I ordered and my order was not ready. I watched the lady put it together and noticed she missed the side. She handed me the bag and I checked, I was right. It took 3 minutes to flag them down to get the side. Today my wife and I had lunch at the Panera across from the old Aurora village site and there were two issues with the meal. The sandwich that we split was had way too much dressing on it. The whole top of it was wet and inside it had enough dressing so that it was running out through the paper that it was wrapped in. We ended up wearing it. Never had a sandwich that was so amazingly wet. The second problem was that we had two salads and I ate one but but wife didn't. I ended up with food poisoning she didn't. I reported these issues to the manager and was told there must have been too much dressing and we're sorry about that. About the salad and food poisoning, she said that they have no control over the produce. I was sold uncooked and cold food. I ordered a WARM grain Baja bowl and the grains were never cooked they were a weird texture, cold and hard. Because of the sauces and sour cream and avocado I couldn't just heat it up and honestly I should have to. I also paid for extra avocado and didn't get it. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, a caramel latte with whipped cream, a thai salad, and a bakers dozen of bagels and two tubs of cream cheese spreads. The bagels and spread seem fine. The sandwich is substantially different than the menu item shows. See the screenshot posted from their menu, it shows and states that the sandwich comes on a brioche roll. What i received was a sandwich on sliced white bread. The salad is supposed to come with chicken, and the menu item picture shows visible chicken slices. The salad i received had three slices smaller than 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 1/2" each, and two pieces (bits) 1/2" x 1/4" x 1/8". The amount of chicken in the salad is less than 1/30th of the total volume. I couldn't find any chicken at all until digging through for it for 5 minutes. The latte? The cup was only 2/3 full, and clearly made with skim milk and had never had any sort of fat touch it let alone whipped cream. I expected the cream would melt into the drink, but I didn't expect there to be zero foam, and no caramel sauce at the bottom or caramel flavor. The drink does taste like vanilla, though. read more

When I took off the lid it was a good inch below the top and super foamy. This is not a latte. It's a cappuccino at best. But that's not what I ordered. I know this isn't a coffee place, but if you are a restaurant that serves coffee, you should really know the basics of how to make it. This was my first time visiting this restaurant. It has a drive thru, but the interior is quiet and inviting with various nooks to sit at near the window or around a central fireplace. The menu has a large selection of hot or cold sandwiches, soups, salads and bakery goods. Order and pay at the front, get your drinks at the self serve drink station, find a seat, and the server will bring you your food. The food quality and presentation was well done. Our table we sat at wasn't as clean as I would have liked, and I was disappointed that the server at the register who took our order failed to ask us what we wanted to drink. I actually got back in line just to get water. After waiting for several minutes, another server finally offered assistance and pointed out that water glasses were actually available near the self-serve soda fountain station.
