Very slow service and tables always dirty. Frequently out of items even though it is not late in the evening. Once you order there usually are only one or two tables which are clean and I never see employees cleaning the dirty ones. Will take 10-15 minutes for something basic like a drink and bagel. African American girl who works the register is very rude and condescending - I've now had two trips where she either makes stuff up or talks down to me. I've also seen an employee take someone's dirty dishes and bring my food right out without washing her hands. It is very sad that the service at Panera has declined so much. We waited over half an hour for three bowls of soup and mac and cheese. Then they told me that they were out of turkey chili. Overall I have liked Panera wherever they are. This location is no different, good food!!! However the same gripes I have with them elsewhere still exist here, noisy business people using Panera as their office and stare at you if your kid talks a bit loudly while they are on a business call, same issue with the students who camp out there studying. This particular location seems like it has a very limited capacity for seats and the 'campers' make that even harder to deal with. Prices have always been a sore spot with me, I do have a large family and when it costs over $80-90 to feed the family(5) then we usually don't go that often. I've been going ever since things have cooled down with the pandemic and they are doing a fantastic job with everything's that's been thrown at them. Due to the high unemployment rates since the pandemic they are super understaffed but every-time I go in they offer me free drinks, sometimes even throw in extra food to make up for inconveniences. They run out of times like soups due to the national shortages and I know how long the wait times can be. I've seen how packed it gets and sometimes they only ever have around 3-5 people in the kitchen. And they only have two registers. I do recommend if you don't want to wait to not go in their busiest hours. They usually have a line out the door. But I've worked in service jobs and it's not easy guys. So please remember to be kind, we're all just trying to go about our days. If you're nice I promise they'll give that back and even more. With all that said, I recommend the You Pick Two, cup of broccoli cheddar and half of the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich :) Enjoy! read more

I am truly disappointed with the sneaky staff and supervisor at Panera bread in Eastvale. This happened to my neighbor on 6/26/18. My neighbor a little over 60 years old and not very computer savvy. She did not have her reading glasses and after placing an order which totaled $13.98 She accidentally entered a gratuity of $86.83 (Still not sure how She did that) Thing is, the cashier clearly saw That she was having trouble seeing and did not point it out to her to verify if possible error. Even after She physically dropped a couple bucks in tip jar, In fact She noticed that she quickly handed her the receipt and helped the next customer. As She waited on the side for her order she finally SAW the receipt and she said that her heart dropped and She immediately told the cashier that she made an error and to please correct it. She continued to explained that By no means could She afford that gratuity plus She had already tipped her on the side. The cashier told her that she could not fix it and when her manager came out, (young man) he said all She could do is send an email to creditcard@panera.com. To add insult to injury, he tells her "just so you know we've had customers tip us $100". I couldn't believe the lack of empathy and rudeness. I felt so bad for my neighbor. Brand new location! Really nice and spacious inside. The bagel and bakery areas are always full, even when you come later in the day.

I order online from this location a lot and honestly they get my order wrong about 85% of the time, literally. I always have to check before I leave and have them correct it almost every time. Tonight I place a Rapid Pick up order but had my daughter pick it up. I ordered two salads, both with chicken and they both came WITHOUT the chicken. Plus I requested "no bacon" and I got bacon. Awful! Line out the door. Employees kept logging in but never sent another person to help the one girl on register who seemed new. After 30 mins in line order to go to find out there is no coffee. And they only make one at a time so they said would be 10 minutes for coffee. How at morning rush on a Sunday would you not check to see every coffee is low or out!!! We asked for our money back. And they had wasted our entire buffer before son's soccer game that we went to the gas station across street. CREDIT IS DUE. I hardly focus on the snippets of bad reviews here. What is outstanding about our neighborhood bakery is the consistency of their food preparation, freshness and timeliness served. I know the staff needs to be forthcoming with their smiles to the customers but it outweighs each gastornomic experience pleasure I dealt with.
