Hmmm I don't usually follow reviews for chain spots. It's difficult to isolate what is unique to the franchise versus the specific location. For this Panera, I decided people deserve to know the difficulties they may face getting lunch. AVAILABILITY: The biggest issue at this location during my visit was the customization. They seemed to be out of bread... at a sandwich shop? All meals usually come with a baguette on the side, but they were out of that among a number of other salad toppings, including one of the greens. It meant that only a few menu items were actually available for order through the tablet upon entrance to the store. Now, upon visiting the counter, they seemed to have found a piece of baguette to accompany my meal, but there was some confusion in checking that there was indeed bread. SERVICE: Don't get me wrong, the people behind the counter were by no means rude. They just seemed to lack knowledge and a noticeable/approachable presence for customers entering. It seemed there wasn't great communication between the person behind the counter, the people in the kitchen, and the technology system intended to assist with orders. FOOD: This is the part of franchise reviews I usually don't find necessary - the quality control comes from higher up, so the idea is that once you've visited one, you've visited most. Well, this Panera is either a poor representation of the franchise, or Panera has really declined from its very straightforward branding of soup, salad, and sandwich lunch options. My sandwich had minimal veggies in it, so it was essentially a piece of not-fresh bread cut in half. The greens in the salad did not seem fresh. Nothing looked or really tasted edible, so I'd rather come here for a break from the heat and just stay hungry. Drinks in the fountain seemed to work just fine, which is helpful if you have the Panera drink subscription. I suppose I should have taken the hint when I noticed it was pretty empty indoors during peak lunch hours. I hope the best for this business, but I also hope the best for shoppers in the area. There aren't a ton of food options around here, so it's not a bad location for a restaurant to get some traffic.

    Country Rustic Sourdough

I ordered online the country rustic sourdough bread($9). When I picked it up not only the bread wasn't tied so I had asked to get the wire twist ties but also missing the both sides of bread. I questioned the staff about the missing side, she said "I didn't pack because.... well... I can go get it" I told her no. I am not sure what she did with the rest of bread but I'm not going back to this location

If I could give zero stars I would. First we ordered off the kiosk which told me I could order a diet Dr Pepper only to find out after having to wait for the employee to respond to my question that no they did not have ddp. Ok, we round the corner and it looks like someone may have vomited on the floor. There is trash everywhere. I ask another employee where we get our self-serve cups and I'm so sorry I interrupted her because she was just as rude as the first person I spoke to. Asked if I could have butter and nope out of that too. This place is so gross.

    Mac & Cheese

We were just passing through and gotten 2 half sandwiches and a Mac and cheese with a small drink, waited 30 minutes for food. Got an under portioned Mac and cheese and super tough bread. Friend also got a grilled cheese but the cheese was not melted at all. Workers looked miserable and like they didn't want to be there. Bathroom had no toilet paper in one stall and the other stall just had a roll sitting out in the open. Normally don't complain but this was rather disappointing.

Wow! Still excellent service! The young man who served my order at the car was awesome! I forgot an item when I ordered.and he gladly went to retrieve it. The food was excellent.... I had Cesar Salad w/chicken & soup ( sorry I had already started eating before I could take pics! Thanks I appreciate you guys so much! @panera bread! Oh ... it was a pick-up (corona)

This is what I actually got. This is the new southwest chicken melt.

Umm... I don't even know where to start with this. I'm not expecting artwork when I order a sandwich but for it to not look like it got sat on would be nice. This is supposed to be the new southwest chicken melt. I included a photo of what Panera advertises and two photos of what I actually received. There was very little chicken on it a sliver of cheese and a squirt of some kind of chipotle sauce. So disappointing.

Recently got 2 Steak & white cheddar panini sandwiches to go . Check out the attached pic from menu and pic of the actual panini. The meat was a couple of days well done . It looks gray . Dogs had steak for dinner that night . Duluth Panera on Sugarloaf .

I am disappointed with the unfriendly attitude and unsanitary service of this store manager. I would absolutely not recommend this store.

Still, even if at full stock, the self-serve bakery section appeared smaller than expected. They do have a full café setup with paninis and other made-to-order items, which helps explain the "cafe" in the name--but I had hoped for more from the "bakery" side. With slim pickings, we grabbed a few macarons. They weren't bad, but they had a slightly floury texture that made them feel less fresh, and the flavors (dark cherry, blood orange, and mango) were subtle to the point of almost disappearing. Creative choices, just not as bold as I hoped. I have a feeling my opinion would improve with an earlier visit--so stay tuned for a follow-up review when I make it back during peak hours.

The interior offers a decent amount of seating, and there is also exterior seating. The gal who assisted me at the front was quick to give her opinion on drinks she thought would pair well with my lunch sandwich. The offering of Milk Teas was a huge plus for me! My husband ordered a breakfast croissant while I ordered a turkey pesto sandwich. My order came with a side of pickles and chips. For drinks, my husband got a latte and I got a milk tea. The food was quite tasty and we will be back!

To get to the bar, you need to walk through the lobby of the ice rink, around the back, and up the stairs. It's dark and not very big. The menu selection is typical sports bar food - sandwiches, burgers, and wings. All of the food is very cheap. You can get a burger for about $6-8 with a large patty, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. There are classic variations of your standard burger, such as mushroom and Swiss and Texas BBQ. If you want fries or another side, you have to pay a little bit extra. From a taste standpoint, I would rate this as an average burger. Great size, okay taste. Also, I'll have to admit that I'm not the biggest hockey fan. Add a star if you like watching hockey - it is a chill place to go watch a hockey game. If you're hungry after you've gone ice skating, it's also a decent place to grab a snack.

People used to come here to watch the Thrashers practice, but these days it's just fun to hang out and watch the amateurs and socialize. The food here is basic fare for the most part, but they do have some nice pasta entrees and the burgers are awesome. A friendly wait staff helps a lot and they (somehow) always manage to remember what your like and keep your orders straight. They have a good selection of beers and liquor and if you're looking for some good basic eats at affordable prices, check them out.

Everything about my sandwich was top-tier--the veggies were incredibly fresh, and the bread was absolutely delicious. You can truly tell that the food is made with love. To top it off, the french fries were perfect: nice and golden, crispy, and beautifully brown. Beyond the delicious food, the environment is exceptionally clean, and everyone working here was so welcoming and pleasant. I highly recommend this delicious restaurant. I paid extra for double meat. There were maybe 2 or 3 paper-thin slices of turkey on the entire roll and there was literally more cheese than meat. It felt like I was eating a bread and cheese sandwich rather than the turkey sub I paid for. For a shop with "Sub" in the name, the execution on their namesake item is unacceptable. The only saving grace was the spicy teriyaki wings. They were well-cooked and the flavor was actually delicious. If you're coming here, stick to the wings and skip the subs entirely until they learn how to properly portion their sandwiches.
