I decided to order a breakfast sandwich and noticed they had a "free half sandwich" deal with the purchase of $5 or more so I took advantage and grabbed something for lunch too. I was disappointed to see they had no plant based milk alternative for their coffees BUT hopefully that changes in the near future. This is the first time I eat a breakfast sandwich at Panera. I usually come here for their lunch sandwiches and soups. I was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious! I ordered an egg white, avocado & tomates with white cheddar plus added a sausage patty on ciabatta bread. The avocado was perfect. Not too ripe like I've had it in other places. Everything tasted fresh and my egg whites were very fluffy. The employees at this Panera are also very attentive and friendly. I came here with my work buddy before we had a meeting in Doral. I wanted to try something different. So I ordered their new buffalo chicken baguette sandwich. They have a couple other varieties as well. The bread was really tasty. I had asked for extra buffalo sauce and I am glad I did because it was just enough. I probably could have used even more. The chicken was ok. It had some red onion and lettuce on the sandwich too. I never know what to get here because their sandwiches always disappoint me. Well, the traditional ones. The bread was probably the best part of my baguette sandwich. My friend liked the salad and not the sandwich. I have had that turkey/avocado sandwich and I can say it has no flavor. I do really love their Greek salads though. One of the employees said they have to measure every little ingredient so they do not "overgive". So the salad and sandwich will always be the same size. Just left this Panera bread located in doral on 9717 NW 41st St, Doral, FL 33178. Total disaster, place was super dirty, horrible service and the food was also terrible. Sat down in the outside area, there was trash on the tables, floor full of leafs and leftover cigarettes. Decided to go inside to order, I ordered a small broccoli soup and a cookie. They made me wait longer than normal for a soup that's basically made Already, they placed it on the pickup booth and they never called my name when I walked over, it was there siting, I had to ask an employee if it was mine. The food at Panera bread easily speaks for itself. Inexpensive, fresh, flavorful. I love it! However, this location is underwhelming. The parking here is horrendous. Like most places in Doral, it's always packed and the Parking lot in general doesn't have enough spaces even though it's fairly large. They share a parking lot with Publix, Starbucks and a bunch of other stores in the strip mall. The employees here are nice but so very slow. I have only been here around 1pm-2pm and even though it's slower then lunch hour it is still an insane wait. The line is often close to being out the door as the order takers/cashiers are very slow. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for your food. I love Panera but I would suggest avoiding this location at all costs if you can! It's not worth the yummy food. This is a nice location with seating in the front, side, and back. Food is always prepared well here and the breads are made perfectly. The crust on the sourdough loaf is nice and chewy with the inside very soft. You can tell them how thick to slice it. We were out of town and managed to catch a cold. The only thing that was really appealing sounding with some soup. I checked out nearby alternatives and the only place open on Sunday night was Panera. I ordered some chicken and wild rice soup on the app and it was waiting on me when I got there, it was delicious. It helped us get thru that first rough night. I don't love chain restaurants or fast food, but if I'm in a bind Panera is a decent option My normal Panera go to is the green goddess salad which is amazing and/ or the Napa Valley chicken salad sandwich. I've been here a couple of times and I must say this is the worst location I have been to. I came in mid afternoon on a slow Saturday. There were literally 3 tables taken in the whole restaurant and no one in line to order. I walked up to the counter and there wasn't anyone at the register. Everyone else seem to not care I was waiting to order, they just walked on by as if I didn't exist. After waiting 10 minutes, a young man came from the back and took my order. Didn't give me a receipt which you actually need for your order number as I was dining in. Then he gave me a pager also. I found a table and waited about 15 minutes for my pager to go off, for a soup that's already made and a small sandwich its just ridiculous. I walked up to the counter to get my food, and the manager himself told me it wasn't ready, to place the pager on the charger and wait. I waited another 15 minutes and during that time 3 meals were placed on the counter but no one said a word to me. The manager saw the prep lady put those meals on the counter then left to the back. Finally, a young lady came by and asked me what I was waiting for, I told her my name and order number and her and the prep lady looked lost as if my order didn't exist. They checked the 3 orders that had been sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes and she said one of those was mine. It was obvious that the soup was cold by then, I had to ask them to switch it for a fresh one. The staff does not make eye contact with you, you are not important enough to at least be noticed and addressed politely. The food is mediocre and the overall experience a total disappointment. Sadly, I am not coming back here to eat anytime soon! read more

I have a love hate relationship with this Panera. On the one hand, it's my go to lunch and I-do-not-feel-like-cooking-tonight-but-dont- want to go out either place. On the other hand, they have messed up my orders a few times so I learned to always check the bag before leaving. One time I ordered delivery and it never arrived so I went there hangry and they comp'd my order. Now that I got this off my chest, I would be a hypocrite to give any less than 4 stars since I order from there a couple of times per week. Their food is fresh and affordable. My favs are the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad and the seasonal Autumn Squash soup. They do have plenty of parking in this shopping plaza but it can be very tight and you might have to walk a little bit. Thank God, there's stroller parking right in front (one of the perks of having a baby). On a different note not specific to this location: I like using their app but it can be glitchy at times like it will show certain items are sold out even though they're just missing one of the ingredients or the rewards can't be redeemed sometimes. read more

I am a huge fan of four things Panera related. The website/online ordering, the Rapid Takeout order option and the grilled cheese I always order with the mini chocolate chip cookies. Panera caters to convenience. Download the app on your phone and/or set up an account on the website and see for yourself. This particular Panera is in Doral and Doral is an area you never want to find yourself in. The shopping center "Doral Plaza" where Panera is at is horrid, the parking spots IF you find one are horrid and there's nothing really exceptional about the Panera itself other than it being exceptionally packed. Ordering online, picking up rapid takeout and going in and out quicker than a drive-thru is quite the perk and is ultimately the only reason why Panera is always an option when I'm on the go. I was at this location maybe 30 minutes ago. I ordered 18 bagels special, and then made a separate purchase for a egg cheese sausage on a croissant, I walked to the end of the counter to wait for my sandwich and watched as the 2 ladies are making everyone's orders.... The machine that they use to make egg still had old left over egg stuck all around the machine, clearly was used all morning and no one bothered to clean it. 2nd, I watched the lady touch many things while making people's food and then not changing gloves in between, and this is the same lady who was making my breakfast sandwich. I noticed they had a yellowish clear 3rd pan sitting on a counter filled with left over egg I'm assuming from breakfast. It was not in a cooler, it was not in an auto sham to keep it warm, it wasn't in anything, just sitting out there. She grabs the egg and uses it to make my sandwich. I noticed and stopped her immediately and asked her is that's the egg she's using, she said "yes" I then told her I don't want it and asked for refund. The older lady in the register refunded me right away. No one cared to ask why I didn't want it anymore or why I asked for refund. The fact that there okay with serving old eggs to people is wrong. I have ordered from here many times, and it's convenient for me to have a delivery made since I work in a high traffic area and it takes almost an entire lunchtime to travel anywhere. I made my purchase at about 12:40. I am reasonable and know it takes about 30-45 minutes of prep. My order was continuously delayed until 2:10 and then canceled. I chose to wait thinking they would eventually catch up (perhaps they were busy) but instead canceled the order and wasted my lunchtime. Here I am writing a bad review yet again. I am going to have to posting positive reviews about my experiences from different places. This place in particular is a no go for me. I will not be going back. The food is as always..Panera..fresh, tasty, and light. But the staff are intolerable. I don't want to use any other words but I spent about three hours there and most of it was either waiting or explaining what I'm ordering. First they couldn't get my order correct. The girl had to ask someone else for assistance because she didn't understand my question and both her and I speak complete English. And then they gave me the wrong change, both of them were trying to give me change. Then I waited quite a while for the food to be ready. Then I ordered some things from the bakery for my children and they charged me all kinds of wrong prices. It's a good thing I asked for a receipt because I checked the price and saw that they charged me nearly $10 over. I spoke with a manager and his excuse was that they are training because of the pandemic they're short staffed and I said you have 2 to 3 people in front and there is no shortage of staff at the registers however there may be a shortage of something else. I understand if someone was new but they can also ask questions and they can also communicate and speak with their manager if they don't know some thing instead of doing whatever they want.
