We love their breakfast soufflé and the coffee is always great but recently I tried their 2 for lunch and fell in love with it . I get the tomato soup snd steak sandwich and I think it's a real treat. Plus, the crunchy croutons makes it for me. Been back twice. Yummy.

The food is good it's a little pricey but good. The atmosphere is great, freezing but ok since it was a hot day. Customer service was good

    Rustic potato Soup and bread

I have not been to a Panera is quite some time. Today I was in a nearby store and after completing my shopping I decided to get some soup. I ordered the small cup of rustic potato soup and the bread that comes with it. I was floored when I saw the size of the "cup of soup " that I was charged $7+ !!! I could not believe they charged that amount of money for the size of the container of soup. There is really no need to charge that much or if they want to then they certainly should give you more. I've attached a photo. Needless to say, I won't be going to Panera's anytime soon.

The NEW SPICY TAKE chicken sandwich=GROSS It was cut in half (to better manage the grossness) but her mouth was on fire after one bite.

The NEW SPICY TAKE chicken sandwich=GROSS It was cut in half (to manage the grossness better) but her mouth was on fire after one bite. We used in store kiosk when it went dead and only one other was working..... did I mention the place was absolutely FILTHY? So gross and wasted $10 on this.

Update ! I visited here again a few times, and was pleasantly surprised to see that there is a new manager. My only gripe now is that they are always out of whatever I happen to order. And they still mess orders up often. I've found that when they are out of items they either forget to tell you, or give you something different . Quite annoying . ---------------------------------------------- I am officially done with this panera ! My visit today has to be somewhere around the 25th time that they have messed up my order. I'm extremely annoyed that I pay extra for certain things in my order, and my requests are either ignored or unseen. Either way, it's unacceptable. Also : as stated in my earlier review, every other time I visit, there is a manager discussing an employee issue on the floor in front of customers. Sorry, but I simply do not want to hear you discussing your work schedules, disciplinary issues, or other workplace gossip. I'll try my luck at the Panera in Rockaway instead.

Without fail, for the past 6-7 months whenever I order through the app for rapid pick, my order is never on the shelf. I have to look and see if it's on the serving the counter. After awhile it gets to be annoying, particularly when your rising to work. There are at least 4 people in the store and several customers at that time. I always give at least 15 mins for my order to be prepped, which is simple a bagel cut in half. No toast or anything.

The food is actually reasonably priced and for lunch you can choose a soda which is included in the price whereas other restaurants are now charging $4.00 for a drink. You can also get fried rice with no up charge over white. They presented my dish in a beautiful bowl and it looked and tasted amazing. The care that went into the lunch dish did not reflect the price as it was well above what I expected. Loved this place and for sure will be back. Thank you.

The person who took my order was very nice and you could tell she was passionate about the food she brings to her customers. When I first heard of this restaurant, I was hesitant about the quality of the food, due to the fact that it is multiple Asian cuisines under one roof. However, once I took a bite of my food, my concerns were gone. I ordered the Veggie Ramen (Spicy). Trust me, the spice really brings out the flavor. The noodles were perfectly cooked it holds firms on the chopsticks. You have the option to either have your tofu steamed or fried (I chose fried). The black fungus gives a meaty texture to the dish, which works well for any vegetarians missing out. The real star of the dish, in my opinion, is the broth. This is where the flavor really comes from; the savory elements blends with the noodles and the tofu every time you dip your chopsticks. The crunchiness from the corn, scallions, and bamboo shoots balances out the noodles. After this fantastic experience, I have no doubt that I will return to Kazu and relive it all over again!

My husband and I LOVE Korean food and used frequent Fort Lee before we moved from Montclair, so we were dying to find a decent Korean place by our new house. I think this will be our new go-to. The meal came with the usual banchan, like kimchi, chamoyte, and pickled radish. The bulgogi was excellent and was served on top of some stir fried vegetables. We also really enjoyed the K-Noodle. Although we ordered takeout, the noodles were still a little chewy, and not soggy at all. The korean fried chicken was similarly very good, but I don't think it traveled as well as we hoped. It could have been a bit crispier, but that's proabably our fault for ordering it as takeout. We stuck it in the toaster oven for a little bit and it was good as new. Overall we will definitely be returning and trying some new items!

They do post and update the website which is super helpful. We ordered and shared the following: Samosas Bread basket with a bit of all the Naan Malal Kofta Tangdi Kebaba-grilled to perfection (takes about 1/2 an hour since it's freshly made) Butter chicken Chicken Tikki Masala The sauces were delightful over their rice and of course to dip the Naan! Each one was tastier than the other and we brought home leftovers for tomorrow. This is a super busy place, lots of to go orders and people eating in. If the weather permits, you can even sit outside. Inside is thoroughly air conditioned and well ventilated. I dare say my kids rated this some of the best Indian food they have ever had.

Came on a Sunday night for dinner. The menu is a QR code that directs you online and requires you…read moreto view it from your phone. Unfortunately, it's extremely clunky and not very user friendly (see photos). Because there are so many items on the menu and they are grouped separately, you have to constantly click, then go back, then click again, and repeat. One pros to this is some of the items have photos and descriptions, although some do not have photos or any description or the writing is cutoff. Finally we were able to get a physical menu which was the menu they use as flyers to handout. It was much easier to navigate but the in house prices were more expensive by $2-$4 in some cases. I asked the waiter for his recommendation and he said the HBK spl Chicken Biriyani is by far the most popular. One thing to note, there is no description of what exactly it was. In all, we ordered garlic naan, chef special cheese naan, butter chicken, HBK spl Chicken Biriyani, and Malabar kothu paratha. They brought everything to the table at once except the biriyani came much later. I didn't want anyone to wait so told them to start. They may have assumed we were all sharing so that may be why it came at different times. Overall, the food was ok. Nothing too special. The HBK special is boneless pan fried chicken pieces and also bone-in chicken pieces. There was quite a bit of biriyani and kothu, the butter chicken seemed like not too many pieces of meat. Service was just ok. No one came to check on us and the server forgot our requests a few times. We finally got up and approached the staff to get what we needed. They weren't too busy in house but there seemed to be a lot of pickup orders. I would come again at a different time and try some other dishes, I don't think we ordered the right things. Will also stop by and try the weekend buffet and update my review accordingly.
