My first time here at this location. The restaurant is located in a corner. It has a nice view of the street. It was nice to people watch. I kinda liked that. I had a drink that had lavender and something else inside. It was sweet and good. I got the soup and sandwich combo. The soup was the potato soup. That was good. It had bacon inside. It is something they have for limited time. The sandwich was the grilled sandwich. It is my favorite thing to get. Panera makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches. I was happy with the meal. Long story short.... Open the bag and open your sandwich before walking out the door. I ordered food online for pick-up. I got there, and there were 2 people-- a black male and a black female with blonde hair--who were making sandwiches. I went to pick up my food and left without checking the bag. When I got to the car to check the bag, one of my sandwiches was missing. So I went back in, and the man made the second sandwich. I went home and looked at the sandwiches, and it was NOT what I ordered. And they didn't add the French baguette for the pick-2 order. We ordered 2 Mediterranean Grain Salads via the app to bring salads to the beach. We "grabbed and went" - bag was neatly stapled with receipt attached. Upon opening the bag we discovered two measly salads with NO GRAINS, A WHISPER OF FETA, NO HUMMUS, NO NAPKINS (napkins were also a tick box on receipt!) and baguette just thrown into the bottom of the bag. First there was no way that 4 credit cards of mine get rejected on line. So I drive over to place my order and yes. Credit card was accepted!! No bread for my soup. Out of bread at Paneras. No tomatoes for my sandwiches! Wait ! They could walk next door to Publix and buy a fricken tomato. Or even buy bread since they don't make bread at Paneras anymore. Last time for me. I'm honestly not sure why I even keep eating at Panera Bread. The food always TASTES good, which I love, but that's only when they get your order correct. The amount of food that's given is ridiculous and paltry for what's being charged, my order is wrong more than half the time, the interior of any Panera is almost never clean, etc. The salad I just ordered to go (aka I just have to live with the consequences of my meal) came with a dressing container that literally was filled about 1mm from the bottom. My grilled cheese has almost no cheese in it. No one who works at this company has any attention to detail, they don't seem like they ever care what they're doing or how their customer service is--I'm not sure what Panera thinks they're offering that a consumer couldn't get any at any other cafe. Every single time I go here it's something wrong. I tried not to make a bad post but something has to be said. Did a rapid order pickup as I usually do for the "You pick two." When I arrived it was not crowded inside but I did hear the bell ring at a steady pace for online orders. My food was ready on time. I ordered the cream of chicken and wild rice soup and a 1/2 chipotle chicken avocado melt. Something told me to look in the bag and open the sandwich since that's what always seems to be wrong when I visit. I didn't go with my first mind. Ok so I get back to work and eat my delicious soup w/ the baguette and I drank some of my tea. I was READY to get to my sandwich and as I'm opening the paper I can immediately tell something is wrong because I smell onions. I open the sandwich and it's totally NOT my CCAM. IM SO DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I HAVENT BEEN THERE IN OVER 6 MONTHS AND THEY STILL DONT HAVE IT TOGETHER THERE!!! What's so hard about making a sandwich correctly? Not so busy here on a Saturday Morning. Came to meet my college roommates and we were able to get a big table in the back. The nice part was, we could catch up and sit for awhile without felling guilty about taking a table for so long. Order at the counter and you can wait for your food. The coffee was fresh and there were 4 choices. A flavored brew, a dark brew, a light brew and decaf. The Avocado, Egg White, and Spinach sandwich was supposed to come on a flat bagel, but they were out, so they subbed a thick grain bread that wasn't very good. Super casual, nothing fancy, the food is fair and that's a stretch, but it's a decent place to go if you want to be able to sit, talk and not be bothered. read more

I should've just ordered it in store :( I ordered a hot chocolate while i waited and it wasn't given to me until i asked for it. She said well you dented it and he said no I didn't I was holding the bag to ask what it was. She raised her voice and said I saw you squishing it so he walked over to me at the register and said let's go I won't be spoken to that way. Drinks: they've got a soda fountain with Pepsi drinks. they Have coffees and teas as well. The inside your run-of-the-mill Panera where it kind of feels like an outpatient facility's waiting room. You order at the counter, get your buzzer, and wait for your food to be made. Inside was pretty clean. Easy to find a table. Bathroom was pretty clean as well. I ordered their Italian with chips. Overall it was pretty bland. I do believe they'll toast it for you and make it more of a panini than a hoagie which might help. It just didn't really have any flavor in my opinion. At over $10, it is rather overpriced, and it was irksome that they ran out of potatoe chips. However, the sandwich came out swiftly, and it was very good. It was also annoying that they forgot my apple and I had to ask for it, and they do not have salt and pepper out for customers. In fairness, the latter is due to COVID. I do not believe music was playing. Overall, my experience was fine, but generally speaking I find Panera Bread not worth the cost and the service is just okay. Look for yourself. One must ask why, because the food is good, decently priced, so what's the problem? The service. My only complaint was going to be, that the staff seemed preoccupied with other things and forgot to put a spoon in my bag, when my order included soup. And the lady before was missing a fork when her order included a salad. Packing the order properly would make a more efficient employee instead of dragging their feet an extra 100 steps just for the forgotten utensils. This Panera location is usually super busy but this evening I got lucky and was a quick in and out. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the place seemed very clean. All the food was very fresh. My only 'con' would be that this Panera took ALL the pasta options off the menu (which are my favorite) And most if not all of the salad options have changed.
