    Not a napkin in sight
    Suzanne B.

We ordered 2 Mediterranean Grain Salads via the app to bring salads to the beach. We "grabbed and went" - bag was neatly stapled with receipt attached. Upon opening the bag we discovered two measly salads with NO GRAINS, A WHISPER OF FETA, NO HUMMUS, NO NAPKINS (napkins were also a tick box on receipt!) and baguette just thrown into the bottom of the bag. What terrible service, training, and oversight. Panera is supposed to be a consistent product and this was unacceptable.

Another one of my brakes, stopping off at Panera bread I have some food and to create some content nice location, clean, nice staff, and as you can see from the video when I walked up into this place, there is a handicap accessible ramp

NOT a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt

Every single time I go here it's something wrong. I tried not to make a bad post but something has to be said. Did a rapid order pickup as I usually do for the "You pick two." When I arrived it was not crowded inside but I did hear the bell ring at a steady pace for online orders. My food was ready on time. I ordered the cream of chicken and wild rice soup and a 1/2 chipotle chicken avocado melt. Something told me to look in the bag and open the sandwich since that's what always seems to be wrong when I visit. I didn't go with my first mind. Ok so I get back to work and eat my delicious soup w/ the baguette and I drank some of my tea. I was READY to get to my sandwich and as I'm opening the paper I can immediately tell something is wrong because I smell onions. I open the sandwich and it's totally NOT my CCAM. IM SO DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I HAVENT BEEN THERE IN OVER 6 MONTHS AND THEY STILL DONT HAVE IT TOGETHER THERE!!! What's so hard about making a sandwich correctly? Called the store and spoke to the "manager" Kenyon (I think was her name) to tell her what's going on and she offers me a free sandwich of my choice or a refund AFTER I've told her of all my mishaps at this store why would I want another sandwich?!?! I told her a refund is ok and she ask for my name so she could find my order and "have a manager do the refund". MAAM YOU JUST SAID YOU ARE THE MANAGER, but anywho, she put me on a brief hold and came back and said a refund was issued back to me and it'll take a few days. From now on I will stay away from here as I told myself earlier this year.

Their food is not bad their sandwiches in their soups, but you get a tiny sandwich and a tiny soup for way too much money

The quality and variety of the food made it for me. It was my first time at Panera. You guys are doing great work. Keep it up. I'm coming back soon

Whenever there's an option for mobile APP ordering, I do. This last time I ordered an Asiago Bagel and the ordering process was very easy and efficient. I gave the APP a pick up time (which was over 30 minutes after my mobile order was placed), but within 5-10 minutes of closing the APP, I got a text saying that my order was ready... I guess they wanted to make sure I got my order ready in case they got busy. Regardless, my order was waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up. Their bagels are so good !!! I noticed their Coffee Bar setup, which they have been advertising for a long time with many specials and free drinks...Another way to get people inside their restaurants...

Not so busy here on a Saturday Morning. Came to meet my college roommates and we were able to get a big table in the back. The nice part was, we could catch up and sit for awhile without felling guilty about taking a table for so long. Order at the counter and you can wait for your food. The coffee was fresh and there were 4 choices. A flavored brew, a dark brew, a light brew and decaf. The Avocado, Egg White, and Spinach sandwich was supposed to come on a flat bagel, but they were out, so they subbed a thick grain bread that wasn't very good. Super casual, nothing fancy, the food is fair and that's a stretch, but it's a decent place to go if you want to be able to sit, talk and not be bothered.

    Grilled cheese

Ordered grilled cheese and the cheese is not even melted . Asked to warm up again and still not melted ...... these are 2 different grilled cheese we ordered

A "bowl" of Mac and Cheese. I wouldn't call it a Bowl, or a Large.

You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, and everything always tastes fresh and well put together. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. I usually get the Arthur Ave, it comes with prosciutto, stracciatella, arugula, and sundried peppers. I like to add pesto, which really takes it to the next level. My boyfriend can't have cheese, so he orders the Arthur Ave without it and swaps in lettuce for the arugula. He also adds tomato, pickle, and onion, and loves it every time. We've also tried other sandwiches like the buto cutlet, Boar's Head ham sandwich, bresaola, BLT, and more, everything has been consistently good. We especially love their fresh focaccia bread. It's soft, flavorful, and really makes the sandwiches stand out. It's definitely our go-to choice for any sandwich there. If you go later in the day, sometimes they are out so keep that in mind. We feel lucky to have this spot right around the corner from us. It's one of our regular go tos, whether we want something quick or just a really good sandwich. We'll definitely keep coming back and recommending it to others!

It transports you to an Italian NY deli. The place is packed, bustling spot and that alone tells you everything you need to know. You know it's good when you walk in and the place is packed. We split the Chicken Cutlet Florentine and it was absolutely incredible. Heads up: the full size is massive, so splitting it is definitely the move and still totally worth it!! The service was super friendly despite how busy it was. I had my eye on the black & white cookie too because what's an authentic Italian deli without one? Sounds like my next visit to Boca includes trying more stuff!

The sandwich itself was good, made with quality ingredients and solid flavor overall. The bread and fillings were fresh, and you can tell they care about what they're serving. One small detail: I wasn't offered any sauce suggestions, and because of that, my sandwich ended up feeling a bit dry. I think a simple recommendation from the staff would've elevated the experience. Still, it was tasty and reasonably priced. The place is small, but it gets the job done -- very much a neighborhood deli vibe. Overall, a good, no-frills sandwich spot worth trying, especially if you're already in the area.

5/5 -- Worth Every Mile…read more Laspada's Original Hoagies is that spot for me. Whenever I head south, it's the very first place I stop--and when I'm driving home, it's the last place I hit before getting back on the road. I even have to bring home a full order for my family, three hours away. I literally drive three hours just to eat Laspada's. That's how good they are. It was one of my favorite places when I lived in South Florida, and after all these years, they're still making the best hoagies I've ever had. Fresh, flavorful, stacked, and totally unmatched. If you know, you know. And if you don't--go. You'll understand immediately.

I was driving down Glades Road on a rainy Sunday around 10:45 am. Decided to pull over into this…read moreshopping center to see what was open until the rain let up (which it didn't). Laspada had a lit up sign in the window saying they're "open." I seem to recall Next Door Boca giving them decent reviews. I am a native of Philly, hometown of the hoagie. I thought I'd give this place a try. I ran from my car through the rain and tugged on the door....locked. The door hours say open at 11! So much for the lit "open" sign. They have outdoor metal tables and chairs under an awning. I sat at an outdoor table for ten minutes. I looked through the storefront window at a couple employees prepping and I read the wall menu. A guy unlocked the place at 11. I let a young family and several other guys go ahead of me. Guy at the slicing wheel waited on me. I ordered a small Mama Lastrada turkey & salami on wheat. There's about a half dozen employees behind the counter dealing with the assembly line of customers and sandwiches. Guy at the slicing wheel tells me one of the other guys will work on my sandwich. Okay. However, I can't move down the line because there's customers still lined up ahead of me waiting for their food. Slicing wheel guy looks up at me a minute later and asks what he can get for me. I look back at him waiting for him to recognize me from a minute ago when he already had sliced my order. No recognition! I repeated my order to him. Now he remembers me! He again refers me to one of his junior sandwich prep guys. I overheard him telling a busy junior guy, "This is just a small Mama on wheat" or something like that. Still, I can't go down the line because there's guy ahead of me had placed an order for 3 sandwiches. I swear to you that the slicing wheel guy asks me for a THIRD time for my order! By this time, I felt like I was in a Monty Python sketch. I repeated my order. Again, he refers me to a third junior associate (Manny, Moe, and Jack)? Finally, a young associate asked me for toppings. I had noticed two lettuce bins. One bin looked fine. The other looked a little brown. I decided to skip the lettuce rather than ask him to pick from the left hand bin and embarrass them. I also saw a black speck in the onion bin. It probably was nothing but I decided to skip onions just to be safe. I chose tomatoes, Swiss cheese, pickles and sweet peppers. The debit card reader asks if I want to tip. I skipped that. Price was reasonable. Hoagie was okay. The roll was soggy. Philly hoagie shops pride themselves on their rolls. I understand this is Florida, not Philly. I can appreciate this place is popular and busy. However, being asked for my order 3 times by the same experienced worker there left me feeling less than special as a customer.
