    Asian citrus crunch salad

I go to this Panera location at least once a week and they have for the most part always gotten my order right. I only ever do pick-up so I don't know what the dine in experience is like. As far as take out goes, I LOVE it. I place my order on the app and then head in store to their pick up counter for my food. Every time I order the tomato soup they forget my croutons which is a bummer, but aside from that they get everything spot on.

the food is fresh; the place is clean. There's a nice area to sit outside to eat during the summer with a pool in the background. Although all the staff members have been kind, Tom, in particular, is super friendly and goes out of his way to make sure customers have a pleasant experience. Their muppies thingies are really tasty too. Apple is sweet. I like the tuna salad sandwich personally. Price is decent too. : )

After years of loving Panera, I have to say I am no longer a fan. My pick two for $23 ended up being completely disappointing. The sandwich bread was barely covered with anything and contained two tiny slivers of almonds and one half grape. The soup was almost all flour with no taste, no chicken, and a few grains of rice. A total ripoff. What's worse, the two other Panera Breads in the western suburbs are equally bad, although the service attitude at the Ridgedale location is the worst. My partner tried talking me into saying something to management, but when I've done it in the past at the Ridgedale location, they couldn't have been any clearer that they absolutely don't care.

Seriously, Panera? This is the steak and cheddar panini! Your new Chanhassen location has a lot to be desired. Management needs to engage

Steak and cheddar had one thin piece of meat. Restaurant is not managed well. Pretty pathetic compared to other Paneras in the area. Management needs to step it up.

    Weak salad

We used to love Panera, but this place has gone down hill. The salad left much to be desired with approximately 1 leaf of lettuce to make up the salad. And you'd think there was cheese on the tomatoes to make it that white, but that was just the color/ lack of ripeness. Not worth the $$ for our family of 4 to eat here.

Don't get take-out here. I've been standing here for 10 min while teens in the kitchen goof around. Three orders pending. Oof

The food is ok. They are overpriced, even in todays hyper-expensive world. Something is wrong.

I keep trying this place in hopes that things will change as I usually like Panera. Each time I come the service is still super slow.

The drive thru had given us the wrong order and the worker named Tom was a very nice man about it and had said yelled at all day from complaining customers.

My expectations were very low. I am thrilled to report that Ruby's exceeded all of my expectations with a pleasant place to eat, fantastic service and quality food at a very affordable price. Jackpot! In this small restaurant, we saw what seemed to be a large number of locals. They have a very strong breakfast selection that is offered all day long. Since we were there at lunchtime, we decided to focus of the lunch offerings. My wife had the chicken salad, which was artfully arranged. The Chicken Salad comes with mayo, celery, onion, mixed lettuce, dried cranberries, fresh apples, mandarin oranges and poppyseed dressing., as well as an English muffin for $15. My wife thought it was one of the best chicken salads she has had! I ordered the Clubhouse Sandwich which came with lettuce, turkey, ham, bacon, cheddar, tomato and mayo on Texas toast, as well as a side of excellent fries for $16. Honestly, if this place was closer to us, I'd be here at least once a week, maybe more! I very highly recommend Ruby's.

We arrived around 8:30am on a Sunday morning and were the only people in there. Our server was super friendly, attentive, and took great care of us. Our food was brought out to us in a reasonable amount of time too. I absolutely loved my eggs Benedict! Their hollandaise sauce is NEXT LEVEL!!! Be sure to ask for extra to dip everything in there. My dad raved about his omelette too. Their wheat toast was also delicious as it had seeds in it. I look forward to visiting again!!

If you want to come here even relatively close to peak hours, I would highly recommend a reservation. My personal favorites here include the Rotisserie Chicken Sandwich and the Minute Chicken. I've gotten both items multiple times and they are consistently great. Do yourself a favor and get the Dessert Flight; the portions are more than fair for the price and the Banana Cream Pie is to die for. We recently did brunch at Hazelwood for the first time. The Monkey Bread is a generous size with a crispy outside and gooey center - exactly how you would want it to be. The Smoked Gouda Hash browns are worth getting on the side with any item that doesn't already include them; they are so creamy and have a rich cheesy flavor with a nice crispy top layer. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the Avocado Toast. The bacon bits, lettuce, and poached egg completely overwhelm the avocado, which is virtually nonexistent. It's served on a very small and boring piece of wheat toast.
