Turkey sandwich I put the pepper on it

Always quick and courteous service. Food is good! I always add pickles and have an ice tea. Sip rewards is key

Always good, but always pricey. Always busy and usually quick with putting out the food orders. Don't be a fool and wait in line to order, use the kiosk or app for quicker service. Technology is your friend here in the Matrix... Honestly, the amount of food you get is probably just right per portion, but it's expensive per ounce if you look at it that way, or just accept it as it is and be glad you didn't consume excess calories and fat. I don't ever leave hungry or stuffed, so I guess I'm satisfied when I look at my receipt with surprise $$$...

BBQ chicken salad

After reading reviews I was nervous to order from here. However I really wanted a salad and I do enjoy their bbq chicken salad. I ordered online and it was ready when it was supposed to be, no problems and I guess since I didn't have to speak to anyone customer service wasn't necessary. I am however knocking a star off for their packaging... Why on earth would you put the dressing under the toppings? There are alternate ways to keep the dressings closed. Other than that food was good and order was correct.

i haven't been to a Panera Bread for a while, the menu has been condensed to a few items as compared to before. I chose a large bowl of Turkey Chili and a Tuna sandwich. of course being handed a thing that lights up when food is ready. what I didn't expect is a plastic spoon with the Turkey Chili, knowing it is a hot item. sat down used the plastic spoon, it subsequently melted as soon as it touched the hot turkey chili. chil was put aside, then to consume the tuna sandwich. the bread was frozen, the tun tasted like wall paper paste, the onions were very discolored, the slice of tomato appeared to have brown spots. both went into the trash. it appears Panera Bread is a long way from what is advertised.

This location was in desperate need of a new GM when I visited in early March 2020. Their staff was not at all customer focused or customer friendly, and even how the employees talked with one another had a whiny, combative, argumentative tone to it- not something I want to be subjected to when dining out. Not only was every area of the restaurant dirty, much of the the physical infrastructure was broken. I was really surprised (as well as disappointed) because Panera typically runs a great operation. But not here.

This is the bagel I got this morning???

The potato soup is not good. No potato's in it at all. Just stringy cheese I think and some kind of white broth. Blah. Very disappointed.

So much inconsistency! I know things are difficult right now, but they can do better! A better attitude would also go a long way!

If you head there for breakfast, something they also do well, grab a cinnamon bagel with hazelnut cream cheese!

We live just a few minutes up the road from here but have never tried it until today. I cannot…read morebelieve we didn't try them sooner! The chips come out PIPING HOT and are fresh fried, as they should be, but seems to be rare for Mexican restaurants in the area these days... the salsa is incredibly good. It is a touch spicy with a little sweetness, but we loved the flavor. The first basket is free (also not always the norm around here) and a second basket is only $1.50 more - that's amazing! We also got a queso con chorizo to share and the small size was PLENTY. We both decided on taco platters and that was a great choice - we got to try a bunch of meats that way. The al pastor was amazing, as was the carne asada, carnitas, and shrimp taco. The tacos were topped with an amazing guacamole sauce. I got corn tortilla tacos and they were perfectly griddled and warm. My husband enjoyed his flour tortilla tacos. The rice and beans were fresh and hot and delicious too. Food came out quick and exactly as we ordered, even with some modifications! We didn't love the additional red sauce in the squirt bottle that you can add to your food, but the salsa verde in the squirt bottle was good. I ordered an extra salsa to add to my tacos instead. For drinks, there's agua frescas and an extensive soda selection in a case to choose from. My husband was happy to see Mexican Coke. Service was great! Overall, we had two taco platters, queso, two drinks, plus an extra chips and salsa for less than $40. You can't beat it. We will be back!!

A fellow Yelper got me curious about the mole sauce yesterday. So here I was, checked in to this…read morepresumably authentic Mexican restaurant, dying to try it out. Décor was the typical Mexican, with over-the-top paint colors. The dining area was spacious. The waitress greeted us with big smiles. We sat ourselves by the window. Immediately we were offered a complimentary serving of chips and salsa. The chips were well made and the salsa was tangy and very appetizing. I made my order almost in no time for the Mole Poblano; my wife ordered Pechuga en Crema con Champiñones. The food came out in about 10 minutes; both dishes came with 4-5 tortillas. Now, the long-awaited mole sauce -- thick, dark, and complex. I watched a YouTube video on how it's typically made, so I had a level of respect and appreciation for it. It tasted like the popular five-spice bean curd jerky Asian snack -- bold and strong. I liked it very much. My wife's cream chicken, while moist, was bland in comparison. If you're like me, you'd be a bit confused when the bill came. The amounts were different from what the menu showed. Basically, the figures on the bill were the inflated prices that included surcharges for paying with a credit card. If you pay cash, you pay the menu prices instead.
