Not my favorite place, but the varied types of pizzas are enjoyable. I do wish they sold smaller, personal sized pizzas. Service was adequate. Nothing extreme either good or bad. Food was good. Again, nothing to rave about but nothing to complain about either. I've only ever had pizza...I mean, how do you order something else at a place with pizza in its name? Having linner (lunch and dinner) with my mom. I looked at the one in Camp Hill which has more things on the menu. It is affiliated with the same company. We opened the door and it a very small location but I didn't see the group table until I was leaving. There was a inside and outside no choice and it was ok. The wind was blowing away and the chairs were like patio chairs and very uncomfortable for a big person who has a big waist get the one without the handles. The ambulance had a few paints but nothing compliment about. The service she was friendly and she helped when I talked about the macroon place. Plus the food came out quickly. We tried two small pizzas to share Mom wanted to do the smoke mottz with mushrooms (it was 3 types) with chicken addition to the veggy pizza, it was one a wheat crust. I tried that too, it seem it seems like they either too much cheese or sauce because the mushrooms were falling off. Plus the mottz didn't taste any smokey and the chicken and mushrooms ok with the wheat crust it was weird and grainy not like say other wheat products. The seafood pizza was pretty good but I don't know if I would get it again. This was not a oh my gosh I have to go back. Same with my mom. The waitress was nice enough to give us to good cups and boxes. It was hard to find on the GPS doesn't look like a easy place to go and didn't look like a lot of people who go there it got a little bit busy after we came in but not that much.. And if I have to go to the bathroom as soon as I left definitely noo that is why it is a two. Originally I had a three because of ok pizza, friendly and quick service. Great choice for locally owned casual dining. They have a nice variety of burgers, salads, sandwiches, entrées and of course their signature pizzas. I had the spinach and artichoke pizza, my wife opted for the crab pizza (which for some strange reason is listed as an appetizer.) Both we're very good, as was my soup of the day (ham and green bean) and our desserts. My wife is a crème brûlée snob, and this one hit the mark. Our server was fantastic as well. Prices are very affordable and you get good value for the money. As good as everything is, I can't help but think that there's a missed opportunity to do some really exciting things with pizza. Maybe invest in a brick oven and mix in some interesting local ingredients to kick things up a notch. I've missed having that in the area since Bricco closed down. read more

This building next to the West Shore Market in Lemoyne doesn't look like much from the outside but the second you step through the door and the amazing aroma of baking pizzas hits your nose, you know you're in for a treat. I was recently here for a work lunch with a tableful of coworkers and everyone's food looked amazing. Most of the group ordered individual pizzas but there was a salad and a crab cake sandwich as well and it all looked amazing. We were seated on their patio, which I expected to be cold, but it wasn't, not at all, on a day where the temperatures were in the teens and the wind was brutal. I had the Greek pizza which has no tomato sauce, and is topped with black olives, spinach, feta cheese, roasted tomatoes, garlic olive oil and mozzarella cheese. It looked and smelled delicious and was the perfect size for one person for lunch. I actually didn't finish it and left one piece. Their crust is really tasty and I enjoyed this meal. I wished I was able to snap a picture but it was too good that I couldn't wait. I ordered for pick up on a Friday night. I ordered a cheeseburger pizza and a cheese steak pizza. It was ready in 15 mins. I doubt it would be this quick if it wasn't a pandemic going on. I had the cheese steak pizza and man it was good. I got the 14 inch pizza. I had to stop myself from eating it all. It was soo good. There was plenty of tops and they didn't skimp on the meat. The crust was thin but it was able to hold the toppings well. My husband got the cheeseburger and this is his favorite. He has gotten this many times when we stopped here. He did eat the whole pizza but that's not surprising. My only gripe would be suggesting to drizzle mayo instead of big globs. I could smell the pickles while we drove home. It really looked good. I will definitely be back! read more

Was probably a tad under cooked but they messed up my order and rush cooked a second pizza. 10" is probably good for 2 normal people. I ate 6 slices and a sandwich and was full. To tell you the truth when my wife and I came to this place they seated rather quickly. The metal chairs are a little hard to sit on, I used my jacket to be more comfortable. I've eaten here several times. Did it again last night. This place has some serious mojo going on because every time we eat there we see people we know and they get seated near or beside us. Nice for business lunches, lunches with friends, or dinner. This is the original Pizza Grille - their newer place is larger and fancier. This one is much, much smaller and it hidden behind the west shore farmer's market in a little, rather nondescript building. There is outside seating in nice weather and you'll usually see the patio filled during the warmer months. The adults ordered their Pesto Burger. I LOVE this burger. On panini style bread, it is a huge burger (cooked to order), topped with pesto and those tiny, fresh mozzarella balls. It also has a kick-butt bruschetta on it as well. It is a huge burger to eat but it is soooo good. They serve, as your side, a crappy little pile of chopped lettuce that has been tossed with a vinaigrette dressing. At least it's better than fries to go with this burger. The kids split a small five cheese pizza. It was smoky and cheesy - but not too gooey. It was topped with some sliced tomato and it also had fresh basil - although it was difficult to find - perhaps they ran out? My four year old told me that is was her very favorite pizza skin EVER. It took a second for the "skin" comment to register when I realized that she meant crust. The crust was really good. I love thin and tasty pizza dough and this delivered. I usually avoid bread type things, but I had "just one" bite and ended up nibbling away the crust on one of the pizza slices. Stopped here while on a road trip. I originally found another place nearby, and while waiting for it to open for lunch, went to the cigar shop; the girl in there recommended this place, Pizza Grille. She said that is where she eats lunch. I got the chicken cheesesteak with the side salad. My friend got a salad and the sausage pizza. They brought out many condiments for the pizza: oregano, red pepper flakes, and grated cheese. The grated cheese they serve to put on the pizza was fresh and very good. I liked all the ingredients on the pizza- the sauce, the cheese, and the spicy sausage which were cut in small dime-size pieces. The crust was ok. It was a bit overdone but not crispy. The side salad came with a piece of flatbread that had the amazing grated cheese on it. It was really good. My chicken cheesesteak was ordered without peppers and came as requested. It was very good and I made it into a sub by putting the side salad inside. The bread was fresh and perfect- not too hard or soft. Service was great. Bathroom was clean. read more

I've eaten at Pizza Grille many times and enjoy their pizza and salads; however, today I was very disappointed when I veered away from my usual order and ordered the special, which was a crab cake sandwich. The crab cake itself only covered about half of the bun, and was nothing special. I was aghast to find out when I got the check that it cost $22! Way overpriced for what it was! I would expect to pay between $10-15 for a sandwich like that, based on my experiences elsewhere. This is not a gourmet restaurant, and I don't expect to pay gourmet prices there, especially at lunch! The least they could do is add prices to the specials board. I will not be returning there anytime soon. read more

Before going I decided to look at the menu on their website, there was 1 menu for both locations, so I set my mind on ordering one of their pastas. Well, what do you know this location does not serve pasta, only pizza and sandwiches. So I had to re-read the menu and try to find something else. I went for the spinach and mushroom pizza and my bf for the Greek. The cheese was just soo gooeyy. Overall our pizzas were delish. I made sure to say I wanted my pizza well done, as I noticed on the other customers their crust seemed a lot more on the white than brown side. Our waitress was not very friendly or helpful, and I also had to ask the busboy to fetch her at one point to refill our drinks. She didn't seem that interested in her job, but she brought our food in a timely manner. I also thought it strange that they don't offer a kid's menu. This seems like it should be the ultimate kid friendly place, but no kid menu, no crayons, nothing. It's weird. I ended up ordering the cheese pizza for my daughter, which she said was too spicy. I ordered the BBQ Hawaiian Chicken Pizza, and my MIL ordered the Cheese steak Pizza. Both were very good. I have no complaint with the food, but I thought the ambiance and service was lacking. I tried the Pizza Grille after a recommendation from a friend. The ambiance is a bit awkward--randomly placed mirrors and cramped tables make for a strange atmosphere. Fortunately, the food is good. I ordered a Margarita pizza, and my friend ordered a pizza salad. The crusts were thin, but not quite crispy, which was disappointing. There was a huge amount of mozzarella cheese on my pizza, along with basil and sliced tomatoes. My friend's pizza salad was topped with an incredible (almost overwhelming) amount of lettuce, and he had trouble eating it as an actual pizza. The lettuce toppled off every time he raised a slice to his mouth. It was a good meal overall, though I will probably get the food to go next time. read more

My parents and I have been fans of Pizza Grille since it opened, and we enjoy both Camp Hill area locations. The upside of the Lemoyne location is the fact that it's BYOB. Last week, I had friends in for lunch, and I knew they'd love Pizza Grille. We all had different pizzas and we all came away without a left-over in sight. I'm a fan of the Margharita pizza, but everything there seems to be delicious. The service was great too. Our waiter un-corked our wine, kept up with our water glasses, and he was attentive, but not obnoxious. It's a fine line that many waiters don't quite get. He also wasn't pushy about getting us to leave once we were finished. We were able to have a leisurely lunch and talk for another hour. All in all, Pizza Grille is a great local place, and I love taking out-of-towners there. We don't have a lot of places like that in Central PA. read more

I picked it up and something told me to check it before I left, but I did not. I drove 18 miles to have lunch with my brother, opened the salad to discover it was a large steak salad. I do not like blue cheese so eating it was not an option. I called back and they offered to mail me a 15% off card. I said no, I am coming back I want the right salad. When I get back they had the salad ready. The manager did apologize for the mistake. Told me I could keep the other salad, which I gave back. They are also byob and have many hand made pizzas, burgers, and appetizers. They don't have as large of a menu as the other pizza grilles but quality is definitely not overlooked! Many people have told me to try this place, I today I finally had the opportunity. The appearance is nothing fancy.
