I went here and ate today after work. I was a bit disappointed that they no longer have roast beef but I ordered a roasted turkey sandwich today with some AWESOME chicken noodle soup. The sandwich was delicious too. I would have given it five stars if I didn't feel like I was seriously overcharged though. What had bothered me was the half sandwich and soup cost me $10.50 because she rang me up for a fancier avocado turkey sandwich minus the avocado and whatever else extra was on it since I guess she had no other way to ring up just a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onions, and spicy mustard. I ordered a Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken, which I hadn't had in years. I used to LOVE it. Well, this one was tasteless. It was made with iceburg lettuce (or at least very low-quality romaine) that tasted old, there were no mandarin oranges on the salad as per the menu, and the almonds were not toasted. This is by far the worst Panera location in the greater Tulsa area. Unfortunately, it's also right outside my neighborhood, and therefore the location I frequent the most. I should really make the effort to drive across town to another location. In 2017 Panera was purchased by JAB Holdings, a German company headed up by the Reimann family, whose ancestors were big Adolf Hitler fans and had Nazi ties. As a result, everything is changing (which obviously isn't the fault of local employees). Beverages are no longer made fresh, and popular food items are disappearing from the menu, which itself is constantly changing. Employees at my location are clearly struggling to keep up, and failing miserably. Every time I visit there is a problem with my order. Every. Time. It doesn't matter if I'm in-store, ordering from a live person, or using Rapid Pick-Up. The myriad ways the employees at the Broken Arrow location can screw up a simple order of one item continue to astound me. The manager should be fired, and replaced with someone who actually knows how to run a restaurant. read more

Panera. Yo. When someone orders a bread bowl soup and you're out of the bread bowl give a girl the baguette as the side and not ya nasty-ass brand chips. If you want to use my order to experiment with your mind-reading capabilities, maybe consider that I want some bread with my soup even if it's not bread bowl bread. Also, croutons. The employees were very rude when we ordered our food. After sitting down we were given very many side eyes and rude looks. We overheard employees talking about marijuana and selling such substances. After leaving the shift supervisor started us down and seemed to be talking rudely about us. Needless to say we will not be visiting this panera location again. read more

Didn't like this Panera Bread. Mgr didn't look welcoming; never smiled or greeted guest. Workers were very nice but manager didn't give a welcoming feel. That's important. Facility needs more functioning outlets too. I'm a frequent Panera Bread customer in all states that I visit. read more

I just picked up a order in the drive thru. Specify dressing on the side of my salad. The put it on the side but also put it ll over the salad. How could and employee NOT see the dressing when the put the dressing containers inside the salad bowl. Too lazy to correct the error, just send it on out. I call the store and it just rings, then they pick up and hang up. Twice! I order hundred of catering dollars with them every year. Quit them once, gave them another chance. I love Panera. I'm happy that the new location on 71st in front of Lowes is an instant hit. But beware when you order in the drive thru. Check your bag before you pull from the window. I've had this a lot in the last 10 Days bc I just got out of the hospital and soup is about all I can have. It's yet to be a correct order. I am not a regular visitor of Panera Bread...just occasional. About the first part of November 2014, I stopped for a luncheon. Their lunches have never been "great", but certainly acceptable. They had a new "turkey with cranberry on flatbread" sandwich. I thought I would try it. I was VERY disappointed. It was minimal turkey on flatbread with a few sprigs of spinach. I certainly didn't see, nor taste any cranberries. Why didn't I complain? By nature, I'm not a complainer. In this case, I may have, but the young lady I was with had already approached the management. They had gotten her order completely wrong. I decided to get online and write the management. I commented that I have had better sandwiches from vending machines. That was NOT an exaggeration. It has now been about three weeks, and they have yet to bother to reply. I won't be back. Instead, I would recommend other shops. McAlisters, Schlotzsky's, Firehouse, and Subway. They may not have the same ambiance, but I go there to eat! read more

I love this place! I have a lot of food allergies but they are always so considerate and go the extra mile to make sure my food is safe. And their app is so easy and convenient. I can go through the food options, omit anything that I'm allergic to, add other options if needed and then my order is ready by the time I get to the restaurant. If I could give this Panera Bread 0 stars, I would. Every time I have gone to this one, I have had an issue. They either are out of food, or they say they stop serving breakfast at 1030 on a weekend. Their websites say 1100 on weekends so I'm assuming they just want to lose business. I will not go to this Panera anymore. They are out of at least one item literally every time I go there. In the last month alone, they have been out of oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies, broccoli cheddar soup, French baguettes, and the soufflés. I'm not exaggerating. Every. Time. Other locations do not seem to have this problem. If you're lucky, they will tell you they are out of the requested item while you're still ordering. Many times, however, they will wait until you get to the window. My favorite time was when they told me they didn't have what I ordered for the Mrs. after I got to the window. Pulled around, made a phone call to see what else the Mrs. wanted, pulled back through the drive thru, only for them to have closed early. Update. This Panera used to be so good. I keep trying it hoping it will be better. Nope. This last time I ordered the Pick Two. Tomato soup & grilled cheese. The soup was cold & served with no croutons. Went through the drive through to purchase a loaf of bread. The smart people of Panera have decided to halt the making of bread loafs to sell during the Pandemic. Someone should change this policy ASAP. Why not increase your production and help the customers that are in need. Better yet make bread loafs and donate to the local food banks. read more

This Panera brad is amazing, the staff knows me by name and is always helpful when come in. Drinks upgraded for free, complimentary bakery items. The whole nine. The service and attitude of the team is much better than the location on 15the st or Owasso or Tulsa hills and beat the memorial location by a long shot. read more

After standing in line for 15 minutes waiting for the clerks to help the 4 people in front of me, I made it to the front of the line. I then continued to stand there for 3-5 minutes as 3 people behind the counter did everything but acknowledge my presence; including avoiding eye contact. While I understand they may have been busy, it would have been nice to be acknowledged and told I would be helped in just a minute and not totally be ignored. While we love Panera, and this location has a drive thru, which is great, the staff needs to be trained better... especially those working in the drive thru. We went through last night and noticed the car ahead of us had some issues as the amount showing on the screen was for our meal. When we drove up to the window, the girl taking orders was wearing gloves. Great, except she was still wearing them when she rang our order (touching the register and our credit card) AND when she grabbed a baguette, tore it in half, and threw it in our bag unwrapped! I love Panera, but why does this location suck so bad? I usually order through the drive through since it is close to work. 99% of the time I'm ordering a bagel. How is it that they can't get that right? This last time my order was a little more complicated and I was very clear. One bag with 5 bags NOT sliced or toasted. Separate bag with a slice and toasted bagel and individual cream cheese. I got 6 bagels in one bag all sliced and an individual cream cheese. Ordered two coffees and two sliced, toasted cinnamon bagels. Got to the window 15 minutes later and was given cold bagels, not sliced. Probably my favorite place to eat, period. Breakfast foods vary from bagels to sweets (such as cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, and bear claws) to breakfast sandwiches (on ciabatta, bagel, or brioche) to egg souffles (including four cheeses, spinach and avocado, or ham). Lunch and dinner items offer a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, and pastas, but if you can't decide, they offer a "You Pick Two" where you get half of one item and half of another. The food is always very tasty, no matter what I've tried. And a few of the employees know me by name, which always makes going in feel just a bit better. I highly recommend this Panera! read more
