Stopped here on our drive back for a quick bite and we were pleasantly surprised with the service. Everyone on the staff was so well accommodating and quick to respond. The ambiance was nice and I liked that there was plenty of seating. I ordered a tomato soup with the grilled cheese and my friend ordered a small Mac and Cheese. Everything was good and delicious but taking one star off because the grilled cheese was a bit cold and hard. Overall good experience though!

There is a sign on door explaining due to short staffing, all orders are to go but may eat inside. Meaning- plastic bags and silverware.. anyway, food was delicious and staff was very friendly. I took myself out to lunch, restaurant was clean and bright. I'll be back..

I truthfully really like this Panera. In the chilly weather, I often go sit by the fireplace to read a book or whatever. The food and drinks are always tasty, and it's fun to try the new specials. The young kids who work there are always polite and attentive. Their free WiFi is also excellent. Recommend.

Stopped in for a morning cappuccino. Store was very clean. Generous space to sit and wait for appointment. Sean made an excellant cappuccino and the small talk was refreshing too. It is over cast today or I would be sitting outside on the patio. Glad I stopped in.

Correction this is the vegan lentil quinoa bowl

The more I come to any Panera the more disgusted I get with it. I was under time constraints since I had an MD visit today so needed to grab a fast bite. Place wasn't overly crowded and I noticed they now serve these soup style bowls with either chicken, quinoa, or lentils in it. I didn't want to eat too much so I ordered a vegan lentil bowl with quinoa and asked for an apple as my side. I only wanted water to drink and was given a small cup which I knew I'd have to take to the machine numerous times to stay hydrated. I was also given the notification pad and with my thinking go up when it lit up and I did so. It was then I learned they serve your meal when it is ready and come to you. I had my bowl a few minutes afterwards. Believe me the apple had some dark spots on it that I really didn't want to eat it. I started with my bowl and to my surprise it was not the bowl I had ordered. I crossed checked my receipt to make sure the order was taken correctly and saw that it was. I took it back and then admitted their error and shortly after got my order. Needless to say it was fair. I do like the fact that they offer free WiFi here but the same concept. Once you have finished eating you take your tray to a station where you separate the china from the recycles and the trash. Panera bread is a chain and can be a hit or miss depending upon which one you visit. It is a bakery cafe and they do post calorie counts on all their items. The place is starting to get a bit more pricey these days which is why I avoid it. This place is clean and outdoor seating is available. It sits on the end of Char Valley mall near the driver's license center. There is a rewards program with a special card but I normally don't use it.

Ancient grains and arugula with chicken - the salad was very good but only if you like fruit in your salad, lots of grapes and apple!

As far as Panera's go this is a great location! I ordered the ancient grains and arugula with chicken and my friend had the you-pick-two French onion soup and spicy Thai salad with chicken. Both of us were very happy with our food, the short wait, and the pleasant atmosphere. Really, the only complaint I have is because of the coffee. I drank two cups of hot coffee while there. The first was just Hazelnut coffee with cream - it was a little too weak but I didn't mind. My second cup I split half Dark Roast and half Hazelnut coffee to make it a little stronger. The Hazelnut coffee was fresh, but I noticed some grounds on the top of my cup - as I drank more I realized that the entire bottom of my cup was filled with grounds. My friend had the dark roast coffee and it was fine. Maybe I just got the unfortunate first cup of the brewed coffee?

Green Passion smoothie

This Panera is THE WORST! Let's start this off with the fact that they were not busy. It took 30 minutes to make a smoothie, which is beyond ridiculous. That was after my daughter waited 10 minutes and no one would wait on her. By the time she returned to the table sans smoothie, I was finished eating, so I tried. No one would acknowledge me, until I said, "Excuse me, can you please find someone who can make a Green Passion smoothie?" Aside from that, the tables are ALWAYS filthy. I kick myself every time I come here, thinking it'll be better. It never is. Done with this location.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie . . . it was o.k., nothing that wonderful . . .

Brand new store, very clean. The waiting time is too long as a panera.

Very filling (I even have left overs for lunch tomorrow). Home made dressings were delicious too! Hubby had a ginormous Reuben sandwich which he said is one of the best he's ever eaten (also has lunch for tomorrow). Service was splendid and our server was very friendly!

What an improvement over the tiny little order-at-the-counter spot with the free wine and rickety folding chairs! The food was good before, and it's still good, but the place is now a full service, upstairs-downstairs cozy spot. We had fried pickles, a sunshine salad (as a side salad), and a couple of hot dogs--the bacon dog and the Picklesburgh dog. Pickles were a tiny bit greasy but crunchy and substantial. The side salad was absolutely delicious with lots of textures and crunch, both acidic and a little sweet all at the same time. I would order it as a dinner salad for sure. I didn't try the bacon dog, but my husband liked it. The Picklesburgh dog was a delicious mess--truly, it was so messy--but it was crunchy and salty and briny, and totally worth ordering next time I'm in the mood for a dog. I shouldn't have waited so long to go back to Brick and Mortar; I'm glad we finally checked it out.

This location is in a large shopping center complex. While the outside is a bit underwhelming, the interior is spacious, bright, and comfortable. I ordered the Bacado Omelet since it came with a bit of everything. The omelet was good, filled with bacon, chunks of avocado, cheese, and mixed greens. The Pico de gallo was underwhelming, no onions, and no hint of jalapeno, virtually flavorless. The home fries were cooked through, and tasty. The Million Dollar Bacon was ordered as a share item, and each slice was enjoyed bite by bite. The salty, smokiness of the bacon, with the maple syrup and brown sugar sweetness, and sprinkling of black pepper and cayenne was the perfect salty, sweet treat with a little kick. There was a half hour wait when we got in, mostly because we got there around 10. The staff had everything running as smoothly as possible. Our server was friendly and took care of two minor issues we had at our table without blinking an eye. I'm not sure how often I'll go to First Watch, but it's nice having options for something different and tasty.

The restaurant is bigger than it appears from the outside with plenty of seating. The decor makes you feel like you are in an old farmhouse. We were greeted and seated as soon as we arrived.
