I order online/app every time. I have been 4x and every time I go to pick up my food, I still have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes past my expected pick up time (and they are not busy). Parking sucks so I have to park on a red zone or in the permit residential areas and I hate to worry about getting a ticket while picking up/waiting for my food. Today, I only ordered one sandwich and it took 25 minutes, please do better. read more

3.5 stars I'm a fan of Panera's salads. We recently had a meeting at our office and there were breakfast sandwiches and orange scones. I selected an egg white sandwich with avocado, tomato, & cheese on a grain roll. It was still warm, but the bread was a bit dry. It would have been better toasted. The orange scone was ok. It was soft and bready. I prefer a crumblier type. I'll stick with the salads. read more

Came in about an hour before a show next door. The cashier looked at us and walked away. She ignored another customer who came up asking about his order that I presume was ready, then disappeared. There seemed to be only two people working, one in front and one in back preparing food. We were the only ones waiting to order and after 5-10 minutes of not even acknowledging our presence or just letting us know she'd be with us soon we gave up and had snacks in the lobby of the theater instead. It didn't seem like they wanted any more business that night so we didn't give them any. read more

I utilized Panera, catering for a large field trip I did in the LA area. I was very satisfied with the customer service and the quality of food that I picked up from this location. They did a great job packaging the food in a way that made sense to hand it out, and there were no wrong food items added or missed from the order. The professionalism of the staff was top notch, and I would highly recommend if you were looking to order catering for a group and do the box lunches to utilize this Panera location. If you're like me and passing through and need an easy lunch pick up. I highly recommend this because we also were able to find bus parking nearby, so it was an easy hop off the bus grab our items get back on the bus and keep our trip going. Good old Panera Bread still holds the #1 position in my book for BEST VALUE! Especially this location in Beverly Hills. Okay, let's be honest, I think this is a blend between fast food and cheap eats, but, their Great selections differentiate them from the run of the mill fast food and the pastries and artisan breads add a little touch of boulangerie atmosphere. I like their automated ordering systems, which lets you spend as much time looking through the very large menu as you need without feeling pressured. In terms of food, my favorite is their tomato soup - thick and flavorful. The soup and sandwich combos are always great deals. It did take a long time for our order to come out, not sure why as it wasn't crowded. So in this sense, they are not a "fast" food place. read more

Panera Bread is a brand I have always enjoyed and was happy to see the one open in Beverly Hills. Stopped in to have a bowl of the French Onion soup which I have enjoyed in the past with their crispy cheese topping their delicious bowl of soup. Turns out this is a "to go" location and everything is served to paper cups in to-go bags. Just doesn't work. Cold cheese spooned into a $10 small paper cup of soup. :^( Anyway Panera should identify these locations as To Go. read more

I took my 92 and 94-year-old parents to lunch today at your Beverly Hills location on WILSHIRE BLVD. My Mom is in a wheelchair, and getting into the restaurant was a little challenging because of the large door, but we did it. We had a really nice time. The service and food were great. When we finished and got to our parking spot, which was the handicap spot, we were blocked in by a silver Honda. I went back to the restaurant and asked every customers if they owned the Honda, but no one did. I asked the employee at the counter to ask the other employees if it was their car. A young woman came out and said nothing to me and went about her business. I asked again if the car may be an emplyees. She said, "yeah, it's mine." She continued to act busy and I asked her if she could hurry because we had a doctor's appointment to get to. She rolled her eyes, and at that point I told her it's not just inconvenient to block the handicap spot, but it's also illegal. She left to move the car and I asked to speak to the manager. A girl said, "she is the manager." When I got to the parking lot the manager was backing out and I told her all she needed to do was apologize, especially as the manager representing Panera and her response was I was parked in employee parking. At that point, I lost my patience and slapped the hood of her car with my hand. She got out of her car and threatened to get physical with me. This manager is a disservice to the Panera brand. read more

They ran out of bread bowls and gave me a tiny piece of bread when I paid for the bread bowl. No refund or any compromise was made just the tiniest piece of bread you've ever seen in your life. If u want to be disappointed and left with no bread bowl don't come here. read more

Very easy to find as it is right at the corner. Parking at the back of but very limited for 5 spaces. There is street parking but more in residential areas requiring permit so it could be a challenge during the weekdays. It is LA so figuring out parking is the norm. Inside you will find it really spacious with bright natural lighting. It is kept very organized and clean. The condiment and coffee area is very organized. it was funny. I missed the door, but it's right at the corner and it's totally black and really heavy. There is a push button for those with disability (but it's only on the inside!). They should make one like a standing on the outside. Staff is super friendly if you choose not to order at the kiosk that is right in front of you. By the way, the 2 restroom are "all gender restroom". No codes needed and is also very spacious and clean. read more

I can't count how many times I've had to turn around and give up going to this location because k couldn't find a place to park. This place gets 2 stars because the staff and food are wonderful. But I can't even go in to enjoy either of those things without a place to park. It's literally the most important part of any restaurant. I won't turn around and leave if they're out of my favorite sandwich. If an employee is a little harsh, it won't keep me from ordering. But if I can't park, then I can't even go in. There are meters, but it is by a busy street. So the meters are always taken unless it's after 7pm. I guarantee this Panera Bread would have much more business if they found a way to provide at least a few parking spots for patrons. read more

My wife and I each ordered pick two for lunch. My food was made right and delicious but my wife's chicken sandwich didn't have any chicken in it. She took it to the manager who corrected the problem. Came in with my mother and the cashier was confused that her job is to be a literal cashier and stopped taking our order and told us to "use the kiosk to order instead". I asked for the manager and that lady double downed on the crazy and said that I had an attitude and not to talk to her associate that way. I was just trying to understand why the cashier walked away. I told my mother that I didn't trust them with the order at this point and the manager said she wasn't serving us anyway. This is a newer Panera location situated in Beverly Hills off Wilshire but in a fairly residential area. There's a very tiny parking lot in the back that has 4 spots, max. This is also the smallest Panera Bread I've been to, which sucks because it feels more like a DoorDashing grab-and-go Panera rather than the usual bakery-cafe it is. There were limited options when I went. Couldn't order a certain sandwich because they didn't have the bread for it. However, the food did come out pretty quick and the staff kept the place clean. read more

For some reason I was mistaken by this location with the Glendale one, so I drove here as I passed the Beverly Hill sign. From the outside you could not tell if it was a Panera Bread, because the logo was small, the building looks very unique, I had to come back around twice based on my GPS, the entrance door is also very different from any Panera, a heavy structure gated, all the windows don't look see through so I can't tell what's inside either. As I came in, I realized that the space is pretty small similar to a Starbucks, they seems to run low on coffee syrup as the bottle was empty, even the fountain drinks station was pumping out plain water and no soda, the bathroom is clean and doesn't have security passcode, meaning not a lot of homeless people vacated the premise. Everything looks clean and organized for a tight space, I was able to find a place to sit down and charge my phone, although no booth or leather seats available around. Finally the parking, I just couldn't find much street spots, most of them are taken or permit required. In the back they do have a parking space, but it's only 5 of them, so driving here might not be a good idea, but walking maybe. read more

Whenever the seasons change, I get excited about Panera. Tonight for dinner, I stopped in for something light so I ordered the chicken bbq sandwich and soup. Unfortunately, the chicken was kind of soggy so I asked to replace it. Mind you it's 6:30PM (Wednesday). The African American female manager (I didn't get her name) was very nice and asked what I would like in exchange. I grabbed the turkey cheddar on tomato and basil bread with lettuce, onions, etc. and then sat back down. Surprisingly, she actually brought the sandwich to me and blessed me with a chocolate chip cookie. I hope the establishment reads this review because she really made my day. read more

Food: I purchased Classic Avo and the avocado on it tasted old and close to going bad. Parking: there is hardly any street parking and the parking in the back is only for employees. I parked my car blocking an employ's car to run quickly inside to grab my to go order one employee was walking back to her car, she gave me a biggest attitude that why I am blocking the employees car and that I should move my car, even thought I explained to her that I have a small to go order just need 2 minutes to be able to grab my order and leave, she continued giving me attitude and said no you have to move your car, so I back out and just observed her to see how long will it take her to start her car and leave, so she kept having conversation with another employee while putting her items in the car, it took to long for me to wait since I had to drive off and leave my order behind, no courtesy for customers. As a new location, there's always bug's to work out with training employees and getting people who care to even consider trying to do anything above average. Thank God they have a Sweet heart of a store manager who cares about the customer and the restaurant. As business owners, we know how hard it is to find good people. Give yourself another month or so to get the employees in line and weed out the bad one's. Food is good and as always, the coffee is hot and fresh. The store is new and very nice inside.
