We did a rapid pick up placing the order the night before. When I arrived at my designated time the order was not only not ready but when I inquired the gal behind the counter stopped talking to me mid conversation because another customer walked up to the side. The excuse we received was they get the order 10 minutes before and had to bake soulfees. I guess they need to disclose that when placing a rapid order but either way the gal was rude at best and the order wasn't ready at the time promised. read more

Also the dining room is clean, the cashiers take orders accurately and quickly, as well as the line cooks make aesthetically pleasing and delectable meals. I'm never disappointed! This is one of the worst Panera Bread chains I have been to. The register lady yelled "YES NEXT OVER HERE" when she wanted to take my order. I got my order to go so as I was waiting for my food the food prep team was acting very unprofessional. My order came out wrong and had a HUGE handful of spinach in a quinoa and lentil bowl. When I asked for my order to be fixed they said that's how it comes. I will not be returning to this location ever. read more

Inaccurate order taking, long wait, bad food. It's been several years since I've been in this Panera and now I remember why.

This panera is great. They keep fresh brewed coffee out (4 different coffees BTW). The fresh sandwiches are great, and the frozen drinks are awesome. The staff are pretty cool too, I've been going to this Panera for over 2 years, and have grown familiar with a few of them. They have my coffee cup in hand when I walk up! Talk about good service. There is one manager there that I have known since I started going there, Sonja, and she is awesome. Seems great with her employees and always stops by to talk to me, or pick up my son for a big kiss! (would be weird had I not been bringing him in since he was born) All in all, this place get 5 stars. Who prepares the paninis here!? My friend and I both ordered paninis and his was 30% larger. The portion of the food is extremely inconsistent. My panini was smaller than a playing card. This deserves -100 stars for almost killing a person!!!! I ordered a delivery from Panera in humble.. I ordered and I said no pineapple in the salad.. Em is highly allergic to pineapple.. And look what What she got in her salad .. On the receipt it says no pineapple but I thank the lord she looked before She put the fork in her mouth because it was a chunk of pineapple about to kill her!!! I wish I could give this place no stars but I have to in order to make a review I'm highly disappointed and disgusted with the delivery service I received on today the soup was warm and the bagel had no cream cheese and it was ice cold when I spoke with the manager Alice she accused me of wanting free food when I just wanted what I paid for and it served to me properly I waited an additional hour because she stated she will bring me what I paid for when she felt like it this is when it gets worse the driver comes back and brings a new order that was even worse the croissant was burnt to the point it wasn't edible and the food was still cold I just found it weird that after you came to my home you then stated I wanted complimentary food when I had already paid then you bring me a black croissant I have no choice but to believe race played a factor but it doesn't matter I will no longer be patronizing this Panera and I will think about any others in the future read more

I ate at Panera Bread last night. I was disappointed. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. But when our food arrived, my son's sandwich looked delicious and mine looked as if it was put together with left over bread scraps. I should have taken a picture of it. Both sandwiches were the same type but his sandwich looked normal and mine looked like a delicious pile of turkey, cheese and veggies in between two pieces of bread that where the size of a ritz cracker. Yes it looked that obvious. I finally asked the staff if they could bring me some bread for my sandwich and they kindly brought out new bread for me. Next I went to get my drink and I sat down to eat and took a sip of sour carbonated water; nasty. I was expecting sierra mist or sprite, certainly not unflavored carbonated water. When I asked the employees about the sprite, I got the "I don't know" answer. So I got root beer instead of what I would have liked to drink. I eat here enough to know that their service is usually great and the food is usually without complaint. But last night, they seemed to "just not care". Really who did not notice the two sandwiches that were ordered the same? One looked normal.....the other looked obviously deficient. Some body on the staff should have raised the red flag and said NO, we are not serving this sandwich looking like this. Ok I get it, perhaps the sierra mist ran empty, but when a customer tells you that there is a problem with the drink machine, you don't reply with "I don't know" I don't know is like telling the customer "I don't care". I go to panera to relax and get something to eat as a convenience, not because I have to. I simply expect to eat and relax. that did not happen last night and I will definately spend my money somewhere else where the customer and the establishment have a mutual interest in business; they want a customer and I want to spend some money for the convenience of an easy meal and relaxing dinner. You have to at least do your job serving the customer and not provide him with scraps as an excuse for a meal ! read more

11/5/2016 (night time) Everything was pretty good until we waited 20 minutes for our to go mac and cheese. We then asked the manager about it, she was nice and friendly and went to check on the food, she brought it right out and said the other employees said that they said our name had been called but maybe they didn't say our name loud enough. Never heard our name being called even though we were sitting right in front of the counter. Earlier it looked as if some of the kids who worked there had been visited by their friends at the location while one of the girls that worked there was on break, because we saw her sitting down with some people while they talked about politics, she then proceeded to go back behind the counter while her friends were still there (so maybe she was distracted by them?)Overall it was okay, just frustrating that we waited so long for our mac and cheese and no one even bothered to go around looking for us, even though we were right in front of the counter. read more
