Mediterranean Veggie sandwich, Tomato soup & Frozen Caramel
    Pranjali G.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite places for a quick lunch or to grab a breakfast sandwich or to just chill with friends at times. This particular location at West Town Parkway is on my way to work and I come here often, especially in the mornings. The staff here is really friendly and ready to greet with a smile. I have never had any bad experience here. My favorite is the tomato soup, black bean soup, Mediterranean veggie sandwich and frozen caramel.

Mac and cheese small side for $5.40 :(

The food and service was good. The price however I didn't like. I will no longer come back. The pick two was what I ordered and the Mac and cheese was 5.40. Look at the picture to see the portion

Chocolate Chip Cookie, Melted White Cheddar and Steak Sandwich, Madagascar Vanilla Almond Milk Cold Brew

Ordered one sandwich, a cookie and a cold brew for rapid-pick up, it was being placed out as soon as I arrived so yay for hot sandwich still! The melted white cheddar and steak sandwich was so yummy with the slight tartness from the pickled red onions and a little kick of heat from the horseradish. It is good to know at the time of writing this review this location is only offering baguettes for a side - I usually like to go for the apple if I'm getting a sandwich and I'm sure I'm not the only one! I highly recommend trying the Madagascar Vanilla Almond milk Cold Brew, wow! Perfect balance of coffee, sweet, creamy and that slight almond-nutty taste from the milk, yum! Paired so well with the chocolate chip cookie and you cannot beat the price!

    Cinnamon Crunch Bagel

We were on our way to the local Starbucks, but then we had a sudden craving for the bread bowls, so we came here on a whim! I end up ordering the cinnamon crunch bagel with some honey walnut cream cheese, while my boyfriend ordered the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. The cinnamon crunch bagel was superb! Maybe it's because I'm such a huge fan of bagels anyways, but it tasted fresh and fluffy. I loved how Panera uses brown sugar as the "crunch" part of the bagel. The honey walnut cream cheese was somewhat bland. Maybe it's because the cinnamon had an overpowering taste, but it was hard to even taste the cream cheese. The soup was very creamy and warmed us up well, which was especially beneficial for my boyfriend who was sick at the time. However when we tried the bread bowl, it tasted extremely hard. We were disappointed in how tough the bread bowl was, almost to the point of being stale. We ended up tossing the majority of the bread bowl. Panera is a good place to go if you need a quick stop for some breakfast/pastries, but maybe not the best place if you need some good lunch. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I guess that comes with going to a chain restaurant.

    My favorite soup: creamy tomato

Who hasn't heard of Panera? For a chain, it's a great bagel, soup, and sandwich spot. I love the bread bowl and can't decide which is better: the creamy tomato basil or the cream of chicken. And when it comes to bagels i love the cinnamon crunch with the honey walnut cream cheese. For savory, i go for the asiago cheese with veggie cream cheese. Their menu is constantly changing to fit the seasons, so you never get tired of the menu. There's free refills of soft drinks, coffee, and even iced coffee! It's usually fairly quiet, but can get busy around brunch and weekends, so might not be too good for studying. But they have free wi-fi and a conference room that you can reserve if you have a group project.

I really do enjoy this place. It's very close to my one job, and it's the healthiest takeout food I can find. I don't eat most fast food, and so I like coming here because I can taste that the ingredients are more wholesome and fresh than other takeout joints. I usually get the roasted turkey avocado BLT or the bacon turkey bravo, both of which are delicious. I replace the side of bread with an apple and voila!...a delicious, nutritious meal. Although that Kitchen Sink cookie does call out to me sometimes...the sweet, salty goodness is definitely a pastry that I desire. I only get it once in a blue moon though because it is high in calories (and humongous). I finally got the Panera Rewards card because I go here way too often not to, and it's already scored me a free dessert. The place may be a bit on the pricier side compared to regular take-out, but the quality of the meals are better too.

ridiculously small salad dressings. One large container like every other place gives you makes more sense
    Anthony I.

Is there a salad dressing shortage? whats with the 1/4 inch cups that are 1/2 full. You buy a full Size salad anywhere else and you get one big container of dressing. Here you have to request half a dozen. Doesnt make sense. I know no one is going to finish a full size cobb salad with just 1 of these. thats a whole tableapoon of dressing. I guess this is great if your on weight watchers and actually measure out your dressing by the teaspoon. but im not exactly watching my figure. besides the ridiculously small salad dressings, the food is always good, service is typically very good, and its always clean inside. food comes out quick and they even have good breakfast food too.

The crepes themselves are made fresh and arrive genuinely warm, which is half the battle. I ordered the buffalo chicken crepe and appreciated the good kick it had. The fillings were competent but unremarkable, nothing that made me think "I need to come back for that specific crepe." The chicken had a tendency to slide toward the bottom as I ate, which was a bit of a nuisance especially when your first 2-3 bites are all lettuce and tomato If you're looking for something easy and quick to grab for lunch, The Crepevine delivers. It's the kind of place where the experience is enjoyable partly because of what it is rather than it being exceptional at what it does. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a good spot to pop in with friends or grab something on your way. If I'm in the area and want something a little different from the usual lunch routine, I'd happily return.

When they closed one by one we found a Thai/Sushi shaped hole in our hearts - until now. Green Papaya scratched both itches simultaneously because sometimes you want a spicy tuna roll and a bowl of tom kha. We started with the appetizer sampler - all of which was good but the stand out was the chicken satay both in flavor and tenderness/moistness. I wasn't a huge fan of their summer roll - it had ground chicken that seemed like it was for the chicken lettuce wraps. But they had great peanut sauce. I may have found the perfect tom kha soup - the broth wasn't too sweet or too sour and the biggest surprise was they chopped up the ingredients! Not huge chunks of chicken and veggies, all nicely diced to easily fit on a spoon. I got it medium but could easily do med-hot. The kani salad was well dressed and had shredded cucumber in it as well which I was less thrilled about than my heterosexual life mate was. She also got a red dragon roll which had perfectly crunchy fried shrimp inside and well minced and seasoned spicy tuna on top. My panang curry was good but a tad more sour than I like, however the veggies and chicken were reasonably sized and cooked to perfection with tender meat and crisp veg. The place is very modern and trendy inside with bright lighting and a bit loud. It was still nice enough to hold a conversation. The service was fantastic and they even have one of the cute little server robots that seemed to be "in training" as it had a human server following it around.

I got two sushi's and a soup for 13 dollars and my boyfriend got 3 sushi rolls for 17 dollars. The miso soup was yummy and the sushi was VERY fresh. I panicked and got the Vega Roll which had mango in it and wasn't my favorite but the shrimp tempura roll was very good and they were nice size pieces too. Our server wasn't super friendly but I don't think English was her first language and that's okay she was very attentive and quick! The ambiance as well was more upscale than I thought with good colors and a bar in the corner. There was different seating types through out. We are looking forward to going back

I went bold and tried the Combination Plate as it all looked so tasty. Everything was delicious! However, the highlight was the Moussaka with its savory and filling flavor! The Pastitsio was creamy and the tasty sauce was a little sweet, the gyro meat was fresh and the Tzatziki sauce helped top it all off. It was my first time trying Fila Dolmades, which also was good, but not sure about the grape leaves just yet. It came with two sides so I started things off with the lemon, chicken and egg soup called Avgolemono, which was very velvety and opened up the sinuses. Then a side of their green beans since I was craving something green after all the meat and pasta. And my partner really enjoyed his fresh classic gyro and Greek fries. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, but public bathrooms never really are and the environment inside was all very comfy-cozy. But it's the food that stole the show and it's no wonder that this place has been around for 21 years and on the list of Seminole County's top hidden gems of a restaurant.
