My chicken sandwich was so thin on one side, it was mostly breading, and then the most disappointing of all was the Mac and cheese I waited extra time for was literally cold. Unfortunately, I discovered all this while already in the car driving home, but I reached out to chick fil a to leave feedback. The few times I have ever had a negative experience with chick fil a, I let them know via their online feedback, and I always hear back from the location to make it right. It's been 10 days since my negative experience, and the store never reached out. This is the most disappointing part because Chick fil a's customer service is second to none, which is one of the reasons I visit often, and this store completely missed the mark. I've been to many restaurants, cafes, and places to sit and do homework and occupational work for hours at a time so to me there didn't seem like there was anything wrong with sitting around and waiting, especially if I bought food to eat. I was able to get some work done and enjoyed some conversation with the workers, when one of the employees handed me their phone and said it was their boss. LIKE WHAT IN THE WORLD?!?! This is literally the first time this has ever happened to me anywhere. In what reality is it okay for a manager to call a patron and ask why they are there? What an invasion of privacy because if I'm keeping to my self and eating the food it's honestly no one's business. On the phone he asked why I was there and insinuated that there was something wrong with me for being there. He then essentially asked if he could "get me a ride" essentially telling me to leave.
