I really wanted to like this place but sadly I didn't. We ordered the Uyghur Lagman and the lamb shish. The Uyghur Lagman looked nicely presented but the flavors just weren't my jam. Also, it kind of came out more on the warm side vs hot. The lamb shish wasn't too flavorful and it ours was really tough and we had to ask for a knife. The best part of our dish was the onions. Not sure I'd come back. Service was okay- pretty slow but there was only one waitress. Ambiance was also okay- cute inside but the air wasn't working and they had the door propped open.

Minus the drink, everything was so delicious. The portion size of the meal was great for the price. Samosa perfect. I got back once a week for a order of baklava made in house! Ill be back soon

The most amazing flavor, the most amazing service! The best part, it was super affordable compared to most Turkish Restaurants. The chef and owner is super nice. We will be back this week.

We had the Lava bread and the select two which were the hummus and Muhammara which is a Puree of red peppers, walnuts, garlic, olive oil & pomegranate. $12 My husband ordered the Red Lentil Soup but he wasn't a fan, it tasted like Tomato Bisque. For our entree, I had the Lamb Sis Kebap which I shared with my mom and had enough to take home for lunch the next day. This was a big portion. My husband ordered the fried fish, it came with a big salad and rice. He said the fish needed some seasoning. The prices are reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. We also ordered Turkish coffee and the Kunefe which none of us had ever had and I must say it is my favorite dessert ever! The restaurant looks nicer at night. It has a better ambience. The lighting was super bright. Definitely had a great time and will certainly be back.

No matter which one I go to, the food is consistently delicious, making it one of my favorite spots for Turkish cuisine. I always start with the Lavas bread paired with hummus and yogurt dip. The warm bread is perfect for sharing and a must-order. My go-to entrée is the Chicken Sis Kebap with pickled cabbage, rice, red onions, and carrots. It's packed with flavor and never disappoints. The Winter Park location is my favorite, especially on a nice day when you can sit outside along Park Avenue. Great food and service, charming atmosphere, and consistently excellent quality keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

I recommend Mediterranean Street Food by Shishco to all my friends. Delicious food, kind service. Love supporting family-owned businesses! Chicken, lamb, falafels, hummus, garlic sauce, baba ghanoush, baklava, salad, rice, hot sauce...can't go wrong with anything. Large portions for catering as well and they pack it very nicely.

Wait time for me was about 10-13 minutes on that Thursday evening. Ordered 2 Thursday Combo Specials which is a pita meal-- one chicken and one gyro, then sides were rice and babaganoush (came with 8 lil pita triangles). Also came with a sufficient-sized container of sauce in each meal-- love that it was not drenched all over the pita instead as the bread could get soggy. Portions were HUGE and it was SO delicious that I literally could not stop eating-- I ate my whole meal in one sitting. The gyro was tasty, pita bread had the perfect texture, babaganoush was very refreshing and like an eggplant salsa, and the gyro pita stayed warm (even when I ate it over 30 minutes after ordering/picking it up). I am sad to have just now discovered this, but better late than never!!! It's on the way home for me, so this place will now be my go-to for Mediterranean cravings.

Good texture. Good seasoning. Very high level stuff. Cons: Unfortunately, their expertise in the meat department didn't spread to other foods. Between the bland version of adaspolo and the hockey puck-like falafel, I was a little disappointed. Tips: Get the meats, get some apps like the hummus, get some pita, and be wary of other things.

The dining space is spacious, well laid out, and has a refined, almost posh feel to it. With the Persian artwork, pictures, and wall hangings, it genuinely feels like you're dining in a traditional Persian restaurant rather than a casual strip-mall spot. Parking is never an issue, as the complex offers ample space, which is always a plus when dining out. The service was good--attentive and courteous--but the real talking point here is the food. We tried the chicken shish and the koobideh, and both were excellent. The meats were well seasoned, perfectly cooked, and impressively succulent. The saffron rice deserves a special mention as well--flavorful, aromatic, and importantly, not dry, which can often be the case elsewhere. We also ordered the falafels, which were quite filling and satisfying, making for a great accompaniment to the mains. If there's one suggestion for improvement, it would be to include some house-made breads, which are something many of us are accustomed to at Middle Eastern restaurants and would elevate the experience even further. That said, this was a very nice dining experience overall, and the pricing felt fair for the quality and portion sizes. Definitely a place worth revisiting, and we'll be back again.

Saw this Lebanese restaurant and jumped on it! It's in a strip mall but nice inside with some lovely photos and artwork from Lebanon. Tarek our server was so pleasant and helpful as we were deciding what to have for lunch. We both chose a combo platter and he recommended the salad and a delicious eggplant moussaka (Lebanese style, not Greek). The pita bread served with the meal was fresh and hot and the hummus was amazing (we judge all hummus to see if it stands up to the one Cafe Rakka in Hendersonville, TN serves and this one came close!). The lamb and chicken were both perfectly cooked and spiced - so delicious! Hubs had a wonderful Moroccan green tea. Tarek surprised us with a taste of the baklava and the basbousa - both were excellent - I had not had basbousa before. It is a semolina cake soaked in a sweet syrup - my new favorite middle eastern dessert. Honestly, we would drive here just to eat lunch again.

The portions were great, and it's definitely something I would order again! I guess got the soup and cheese bread combo, which was delicious as well !! The service was very good. It's run by a family, and they're very sweet and kind and took very good care of us. When the restaurant was dead, except for the staff, but it was lovely with music in Arabic. I will definitely be back!
