I am very much obsessed with Cava. I love to build my own bowl. I start with half brown rice and half super greens. For the dips I get Tzatziki, Harissa and Roasted eggplant... I love their Harissa Honey Chicken for my protein. As far as toppings... my most recent visit I got feta, fire roasted corn, fiery broccoli and extra pickled onions- the best part! You have to top it off with the balsamic date vinaigrette. You're welcome :). It's soo flavorful and super healthy. It's usually so much food... I have the other half the next day!

I recently discovered Cava this year and I've been hooked. I always get the Build Your Own Bowl, this time I tried the lamb meatballs and the honey chicken. I absolutely love Cava and how I can add different options like hummus and really load up on the vegetables as well. The Balsamic Date Vinaigrette is so good I wish they sold it in store! I also got the pineapple apple mint juice, it was a little on the watered down side so I opted for tea when I went back for a refill. Service is always super quick and everyone is very nice!

I get food from here about once a week, and it never disappoints! Everything always tastes so fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. It's the kind of place you can rely on for consistently good meals that leave you feeling satisfied without being too heavy. Definitely one of my regular go-to spots!

Cava in Lake Mary has quickly become one of my go to spots when I want something fresh and flavorful without the stress of waiting around. I usually order ahead for pick up, and I have to give them credit--my food is always ready right on time, and more often than not, it is actually waiting for me a little early. That kind of reliability makes a huge difference when you are trying to grab something quick during a busy day. Another thing I appreciate is how fast the line moves. At first glance, it can look intimidating because it stretches across the restaurant with hungry guests waiting their turn. But somehow the staff keeps it moving like a well practiced orchestra. Before you know it, you are already at the counter, building your bowl and wondering why you ever doubted them in the first place. Now for the one area that could use some love--the dining space. On a couple of occasions, the tables have been a bit too sticky to sit down and really enjoy the meal inside. It is not every time, but enough to notice. A quick refresh between guests would take the experience from good to great. Even with that small flaw, I would still give Cava in Lake Mary a solid four stars. The food is consistent, the service is quick, and the convenience of perfectly timed to go orders keeps me coming back. With just a little extra attention to the dining area, it could easily be a five star stop.

This is my Cava I go to or order from when I'm having it during the work day. It's a quick commute for me, right up the I-4. Ambiance is standard, but I do like that unlike other quick service restaurants that have been popping up lately, there is actual room to move around in the dining room, and actual seats to sit down and have lunch. No pressure to get in and get out. I like that. Service is always wonderful. It's perfectly optimized for me. I tell them which bowl I want, I tell them if I want any alterations made to the bowl, and I paying and leaving. Very efficient. Now the food, the food is redonkulous. It's Mediterranean based, so it's already delicious, with the feta, the tzatziki, the hummuses, the harissa, it's just so good. On top of the food being good, why I really frequent this place, they can make you a good bowl at a responsible calorie count! I count my calories, and if I'm going out to lunch, it's usually impossible to find a meal anywhere that keeps things between 500-700 calories, and if you do, you're eating a boring salad or a boring piece of grilled chicken on a cardboard bun. Here, I get the Tahini Caesar (550 calories- Grilled chicken, hummus, pita crisps, pickled onions, feta, romaine, arugula, Tahini Caesar dressing), I eat the delicious bowl, I have stayed on my health and wellness journey without straying from the path, and I am happy. Thank you, Cava. Your existence has made my life easier than you know.

Do not order online for pickup. My bowls are half empty. This is not worth the $12 to $14 I paid for these. The food tastes good but I will not be ordering online again. Very disappointed in this location as I've ordered online before from other locations with no issues.

Looove this place !! The food always gives me a "feel good" vibe and I don't feel sluggish after eating it which is always a plus!! Service is fast and we've always received fresh food I love the honey harissa chicken but it is alittle spicy if you enjoy that but the grilled chicken is just as delicious without the spicy. My go to bowl is: white rice , spinach , grilled chicken , roasted corn, tomato & cucumber , pita crisps , feta , pickled onions and balsamic date sauce on the side

My first experience with CAVA after I saw the on instagram and the food looked delicious! Stopped at chick fil a for the kids and decided to try out a bowl from here. We sat outside I ordered online and it was ready within 10minutes. The inside was clean and very opened I like that you can see the food be made right in front you. The lady working the front was so kind gave me my order with everything I could have possibly needed! The bowl itself looked so bright and delicious I couldn't wait to try it. The falafel itself was the perfect bite nicely seasoned and crusted on the outside. The bowl was fantastic the flavor went great together that I still crave this bowl and it's been a few weeks since I tried them last. Also I was surprised to see Maine root drinks I haven't seen them in awhile and they taste so good.

Cava is one of my go-to spots! I visit often and usually get a kids' meal because it's the perfect portion--and such a great value. The braised lamb is my favorite, and even the meatballs are incredible. I recently tried the honey sriracha chicken, and it might be my new obsession--it's so flavorful! The staff, especially Red and PJ, are amazing. They always make sure everything is perfect, whether I'm dining in or ordering on DoorDash. Even if I need to call about an order, they're super helpful and accommodating. Cava never disappoints!

Fast casual with friendly service. Bright and open space, although tables are a little sticky, even after cleaned. Food tasted and looked fresh.

This was an amazing lunch. Packed with flavor and super fresh. I opted for the build-your-own bowl with arugula, date chicken, tzatziki, Kalamata olive, herbed feta and half an avocado for an up charge is $2.45. But it's my favorite so I splurged. The protein I chose was date chicken and the dressing for that as well. Yum. I practically licked the bowl. My husband got the Balsamic Date Chicken bowl. He loved it. With waters our bill came to around $25. But we are satisfied and quite full.

It was my first time eating here and it exceeded my expectations. I met a friend for Sunday brunch…read moreand decided to order from the prix fixe brunch menu. We shared everything, and every single dish was incredible. We started with the hummus and avocado Aegan toast, which were both great starters. For our mains, we ordered the Santorini wild shrimp arrabbiata and it was flavorful, filling, and definitely something I'd order again. We finished with the gelato and lavender olive oil cake, which was the perfect ending to the meal. The service was top tier from start to finish, and the whole atmosphere felt elevated but still relaxed. This is officially becoming one of my new favorite spots! Annie also provided an ottoman for my purse. Our server Justin was informative, thoughtful and great conversationalist; he described the menu items well. I noticed teams of at least 2-3 serving each table - clearing the table for the next food item, filling water glasses, ascertaining guest preferences. For this special occasion there was a prix-fixe menu - appetizer, main course & dessert. The spanakopita was lovely with edible marigolds. The cucumber gazpacho was refreshing before the next course. The truffle risotto was delicious. Presented as a "family style" where the number of your party will impart the size of the item you receive to share. Our bill was presented but we had yet to receive the lava cake dessert listed on the menu. Apparently since we were a party of two~ we were only to receive one of the desserts off the prix ride menu - though not stated or printed for our awareness. Tips: Reservations are a must. Hand towels are for members only They are mindful of allergies particularly gluten and dairy. Be aware of an automatic 20% operations charge. We added gratuity for our server Justin - he was attentive to all his diners not just our table. The circular tables are lounge type for a party of two. The number/size of your party dictates the "family style" size or number of items - this may have been for this special occasion. Will have to return for regular dining service. They have high chairs for children if needed.

So glad we did. The concept is very Chipotle-style, but for Greek food. You walk down the line and build your meal exactly how you want it: * Choose a base (pita, greens, fries, or rice) * Pick your protein (I went with the traditional gyro; my husband chose the honey balsamic chicken -- and WOW. It was so good I'm ordering that next time.) * Add toppings * Scoop on hummus and feta dips * Finish with sauces Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. My gyro had that classic savory richness you expect, but the honey balsamic chicken completely stole the show -- tender with a sweet-tangy depth that balanced beautifully with the toppings. The space is casual with simple metal seating inside and outside. No table service -- you order at the line and seat yourself -- which makes it easy for a relaxed dinner. The staff was especially helpful when we mentioned it was our first time, patiently walking us through options without rushing us. Our total was $40.49 for two people, which felt very reasonable for the portion sizes and quality. We left full and genuinely impressed. They do offer dessert options, but we were too stuffed to try them this round. Fresh, flavorful, customizable, and officially added to our rotation. We'll definitely be back!

Saw this Lebanese restaurant and jumped on it! It's in a strip mall but nice inside with some lovely photos and artwork from Lebanon. Tarek our server was so pleasant and helpful as we were deciding what to have for lunch. We both chose a combo platter and he recommended the salad and a delicious eggplant moussaka (Lebanese style, not Greek). The pita bread served with the meal was fresh and hot and the hummus was amazing (we judge all hummus to see if it stands up to the one Cafe Rakka in Hendersonville, TN serves and this one came close!). The lamb and chicken were both perfectly cooked and spiced - so delicious! Hubs had a wonderful Moroccan green tea. Tarek surprised us with a taste of the baklava and the basbousa - both were excellent - I had not had basbousa before.
