All sorted out before 9am on a Saturday. Speedy, friendly service. By 11:45 they were done and on their way to the next job. Now, that said, here are some more outstanding points: * Communication . They sent me several text messages throughout the morning to let me know their status. They said they would arrive between 11 and 12 and they arrived just a hair after 11. * Equipment. Gabriel rolled up in a shiny, clean, European style white box truck. It had the big built-in contraption for heating the water and sucking it back out. All the hoses were clean and the pretreatment smelled great! * Friendly. Gabriel and his coworker (sorry, I didn't get his name) were both smiling and were happy to explain about how the pH can affect the carpet, and why the water they were using made all the difference in the quality outcome I could expect. * Professional. Attention to detail. All the vacuum marks lined up and looked great! Gabriel even put plastic under the feet of the sofa to protect the wood and under a large mirror too. He spent extra time going over a dirty soap spot left over from a previous cleaning (provided by my apartment complex) I'm going to have them back to do my sofa and love seat. I agreed to wait since I liked the reviews I read on Yelp. The morning of the job I get a call from him saying that there is an issue with the grout company getting my grout. He said he'd get it straightened out and could come two days later to complete the job. I agreed. Then the morning of the second appointment I get a similar call and he said that he is not sure exactly how long it will take to get the grout but that he should be able to get it eventually. Then a week later, when I hadn't heard any updates, I told him I'm going to move forward with another company if I do not get word he told me that he ultimately couldn't get the right color grout. His communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I do not get upset when issues arise since I know that things happen. It's more about how it is handled and Gabriel was disrespectful of my time and a poor communicator throughout. I recommend that you avoid this company.

The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. If I'm gifted a gift card again it's going in the trash.
