I was looking for a specialty coffee shop and this place had the best reviews on yelp so I figured I'd give it a try. It's a very cozy feeling place inside, and the guy who made my coffee was extremely friendly and welcoming, he had no problems answering my questions about the coffee. Overall it had a good atmosphere. As for the coffee, wow. I got an iced coffee. It was bold, strong, and really flavorful. You can tell just by the taste it is quality coffee. I also tried a caramel chocolate tart since they didn't have the kind with the fruit on top that I saw in other reviews. It was delicious and very satisfying, a definite must try if you have a sweet tooth and are craving something chocolatey. The only thing stopping me from giving this place a 5 star review is that it was nearly impossible to find. It's a really tiny hole in the wall place in a strip mall. read more

This place is such a hidden gem in Wilbraham. Flavorful food and drinks carefully crafted with love. Daily fresh bread, sweet treats, delicious coffee, teas and lemonades. I'm honestly not sure why anyone would opt to go to the chain across the street. Discovered this place a few years back, and popped by today for my usual prosciutto panini and chick pea salad. Happy to see they had a full cafe! I will keep coming back here, always. read more

This place is a gem in the area- fresh, delicious coffee, pour overs, fresh pastries and sandwiches. There are fresh cut flowers on every table, and the owner can be seen humming to the music and obviously enjoying life. Wonderful little place that was a little hard to find for a traveler from California but so worth it! I appreciate the care and craftsmanship they put into their coffee and food items. I ordered a latte and the prosciutto and greens panini, and they were superb. You could tell the bread was hand made, the whole panini was extremely refreshing and nourishing. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and brightness from the natural light in the cafe, though small it is quaint and comfortable. I enjoyed the latte so much that I ordered a pour over to go afterwards! I saw they used a Chemex as the brewing method and I had to have it. You must try the depth of flavor present in the Chemex brew method! If I was staying in Massachusetts longer, I would've come back multiple times! read more

Growing up in Wilbraham and now living in Boston, it is such a treat when I'm home visiting family to have a wonderful cafe in the area. In a shopping plaza off of Boston road, one wouldn't expect such a beautiful and relaxing environment. Stunning reclaimed plank flooring, deco light fixtures, Brooklyn made tables, and great music set the scene. Up to this point, Wilbraham and the surrounding towns have had no true coffee options (real coffee drinkers don't include Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks). Pour over coffee, lattes, and a fantastic selection of coffee beans from around the world. The homemade bread and paninis are wonderful, delicious cannolis, and the best Amaretti cookies west of Italy. I highly recommend making Pan'e Dolcetti your new favorite place in town! read more

This place is amazing! I just ate what may have been the best sandwich I have ever tasted. Fresh airy bread, fresh mozzarella, roasted yellow tomatoes, basil that must have just been picked, perfectly matched olive oil. Cannoli and espresso were equally delicious. We had been driving on the Pike in traffic, hungry and grumpy. It was so worth the time to drive a few minutes off the highway! Changed our whole day. read more

This place is just amazing. I have not had one thing that wasn't delicious. The coffee and teas are well worth the price. I'm a Starbucks regular and I have to say, Starbucks has nothing on this place. The owner bakes everything daily and fresh. The bread, and pastries are beyond words. The setting is a quaint little shop, it looks and feels like it should be in a hipster neighborhood in NYC. Service is also good. Started our day here before getting back on the road toward Maine. Had a pour over coffee and the breakfast panino, both excellent. The sandwich was the perfect balance of everything I want in a breakfast. Also filled my travel cup with the daily brew and got a custard doghnut to go. Pretty yummy. They've got some quality bites in this place. My friend's cold brew coffee was in the weak side, though. Worth a stop. read more

Amazing! Top quality coffee, espresso, baked good, sandwiches and salads! Great place to meet friends and relax over some great coffee, tea or treats. I've ordered Macarons for holidays and they're melt in your mouth delicious, as well as the Limoncello cake with Raspberries for Mothers Day and it was a total hit! Great because all desserts are just sweet enough, but not too much. The sandwiches are all wonderful, made on fresh ciabatta with quality ingredients. If you get there before they're out, the bread is fantastic as well, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside with just enough salt. It wouldn't be unheard of to have a loaf for dinner with some good olive oil for dipping ;) Bomboloni are delicious too, I haven't been disappointed by anything her. Espresso drinks are just like I remember from trips to Europe. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. read more

The best and only "real" coffee shop in Hamden County. Everything is perfect. I'd give them 6 stars if they were in a more convenient (to me,selfishly) location like Longmeadow or East Longmeadow as my only "complaint" is driving to Wilbraham takes too long and holds me back from going as much as I'd like to. read more

Authentic Italian pastry shop that includes some unheard of treats and the classics you'd expect, and done right. I've sampled a lot of their menu, with the exception of the panini. The gougere are a real treat if you're early enough to get them. It seems every time I'm there, they're sold out (but for good reason). Perhaps make more? They bake their own bread hence all the Paninis are amazing. We can never leave without taking dessert. Try the lemon ball cookies and the Bombolini. My kids gobble down the Mortadella and the Mozzarella Paninis. This place is a hidden gem. I recommend that you call ahead if you do not want to wait. read more
