They'll teach you about the importance of cut, carat, clarity, color and most of all COST. Sent a follow up email to the manager to see what was going on after, shocker, August 7th came and went without hearing anything. Why the customer had to be the one to initiate that conversation, I will never know. Finally called to follow up after zero response to my email, and was told it was at the showroom. We'll see if they actually have it back in good condition for me this time, since the last time they sent it back in pieces after being unable to make the repair. So, to recap: engaged November 2023, needed repairs and was without the ring for weeks in June/July 2024, ring broken this last time since February 2025, so OVER 6 MONTHS out of 21 without it, including not having it for my WEDDING in March of 2025. DO NOT PASS GO, DO NOT COLLECT $200, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I remember when I bought them I was really impressed by their lifetime warranty policy (if any pieces break they'll replace them) and so grateful that even years later they still uphold this. Fast forward to today, 2025 I'd recently had a necklace break unexpectedly that I'd gotten for my birthday last year. I stopped into the DC Gorjana location to see if they'd be able to assist. The associate honored the lifetime warranty and made the process quick and easy for me to find a replacement. Gorjana not only has beautiful rings, bracelets, earrings & necklaces at great price points. They also have wonderful customer service and it's what has kept me coming back year after year. With other 10 different jewelry pieces I will continue to be a customer of theirs and recommend to others.

I was in and out in under 5 minutes, they happily switched out the product for me. I will be a customer of Gorjana for a long time!!

Number 1 the trailing is just weird. Number 2 while they are trailing you from room to room they never ask can i help you so its just hawk eyes which is awkward.     I'm really disappointed with our experience here…read more When we first walked in, we were greeted and initially assisted without any issues. However, once we sat down, things completely shifted. Our sales associate brought out two sets of ring options -- and then essentially disappeared. There was no walkthrough of metal options for men's or women's bands, no explanation of customization choices, and no guidance at all. We were just handed rings and left to figure it out ourselves. I kept having to ask, "Do you have more? Are there more options? Can I see more please?" It felt like pulling teeth just to see additional selections. At times, it genuinely felt like he was reluctant to show us more -- almost as if he just wanted to rush the process, get the order submitted, and move on. That's how it came across. What made it worse was noticing other couples being shown a much wider selection and having options thoroughly explained by their sales associates. They were being engaged with, educated, and guided through the process. We weren't even told additional options were available unless we specifically asked. The overall experience felt very cold and hands-off. I will say another associate kindly checked in on us and asked if we needed anything, which we appreciated -- and honestly, looking back, I wish we had accepted the help. But we wanted to give our assigned SA the opportunity to do his job. On top of that, everything had to be processed online, as they don't take payments in-store. We went ahead and placed our orders, but three hours later, we were still bothered by how disengaged and transactional the experience felt -- so we canceled. I'd rather spend my money somewhere that values customer experience, especially for something as meaningful as wedding rings. It's unfortunate because James Allen was always on my shortlist for wedding jewelry. After this experience -- and seeing similar reviews -- I won't be returning. I just hope the refund process is handled promptly.
