They confirmed everything is ok. A few months later they send me a letter with multiple charges that I am not aware of, for services that I did not ask for, and asked for money. A woman named Susan Chen, was extremely rude and kept hassling me. I tried to explain the situation but instead of listening, she laughed and said she would send the bill to collection agency. I was so upset and came in person to straighten it up, but no one was willing to meet me. I left a letter, but no one reached out to resolve the problem. At the center, I was waiting and heard another woman having the same problem. She asked to confirmed if her insurance paid for it, they said it would be fine, just go in and carry on with the procedure. The woman seemed to know better, saying she would not expect any bill, that is when the staff (happens to be Susan Chen) said "well, we will let you know". The woman left since she knows this has happened before. This practice is shady and I plan to report them to authority on their fraudulence.

GeekBears works with Word Press. I was wary of going with a Word Press site given that it's more complicated than Square Space or Wix. I considered going with an e-commerce site like Shopify.
