This is the first time we venture with Chinese food in the area. We looked at the star review on Yelp,!and gave it a try. There is not eating inside, just take out. The lady who serves the food, has no customer service skills. She was talking on her personal phone, and even though we walked in, never acknowledged us or stop her call. Never explained the type of combos to order, the food available. Food was not as good as we expected. Completely different on what we experienced in Escondido where we used to live. Wow just went in and they literally made me wait over 40 min to cook me some coconut shrimp and when I got up there to them they completely forgot about it. Terrible terrible customer service!! My wife and I have been supporting this restaurant for a few years since they first opened. Sadly, after the second time in the last few weeks the quality of food and portion sizes have gone drastically down hill. Infact my wife's broccoli beef was not fresh. The Broccoli tasted rancid and soggy lacking the freshness that we were used to have in the past. This experience has been repeated with no evidence of improving the quality. So what the heck, I got 1 item combo for about $6.50 including taxes and had it to go. I selected rice and chowmein with jalapeño chicken as my entree. Now my reasons for only 3 stars. 1) chowmein was horrible. It was very sticky and had a weird smell to it. It couldn't have been stale cause there were enough customers for it to be sitting out too long. It just didn't taste right. 2) Jalapeño chicken for some reason had way too much soy sauce on them. It just was too salty. 3) Fried rice on the other hand was pretty good. If I were to go back there, I would just get the fried rice. read more

This is the worst Chinese restaurant I've been to.. the trays they use to give you your food are small. I found the cuisine @ the Panda Wok to be without sufficient taste. The portions were inadequate and tightly squeezed into smaller to go containers compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area for the same cost. The Kung Pao Chicken I ordered was more Kung Pao Vegetables and did not include the peanuts others restaurants include. The Fried Rice I ordered seemed more like white steamed rise with very little soy sauce thrown in for slight coloration, and a few vegetables sprinkled on top. The employees seemed lost when asked questions, and had to redirect the questions to supervision before answering. We often come later in the evening and the same service all the time which I Appreciate. Jenise is a really cool server she's friendly and makes this place stand out.
