This is where the lady there said the juice was.... its like "Looking for Waldo"

We wanted this place to work out, but I guess they will never change..... I ordered the Orange Chicken, in the past its a little weak on the orange and on the sauce, so we asked if we could get extra orange and extra sauce in it...... she said they could, no problem. Got home and there was just a couple pieces of orange in the chicken, imparting no flavor at all, and NO JUICE at all, dry as a bone. We took it back and instead of replacing the order, they gave us 2 cups of juice with an orange slice in it, again, no orange flavor, just the flavor of whatever they made the sauce out of. Normally, it wouldnt matter that much, Id be disappointed, but when they argue with you and tell you that the juice is on the bottom, just look, thats where I took offense.... The customer is wrong with these people and for that, you no longer deserve my business. If you say you can do something for the customer, then do it, dont do the opposite and then argue with the customer that you did it right. Never again!!!!!

Sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. Too cheap to put the sauce on it or what?...

Terrible service. Messed up my order twice and didn't refund or remake it. And then blamed me

I usually get the combo plates that include an entree, egg roll and rice. Today, I have been battling a cold and cough and some wonton soup sounded perfect to sooth my throat. The rest of my family ordered some different dishes for themselves. We ordered online and I sent my son to pick everything up which only took 20 min. The wonton soup had so many wontons in it I split it into three servings. They also give you the fried wonton strips to sprinkle on top if you like that. The portions on all the other food were also big. Mr. Lus doesn't skimp there. We all had plenty for lunch the next day. The service is always fast, reliable and friendly. There is no dining room. It's all take out at Mr Lus so be prepared for that. Otherwise it's your basic order at the counter place.

All the items chosen were good, with the Fried Shrimp and the Mongolian Beef proving to be very, very good! Mongolian Beef is a favorite Chinese American dish. Despite the name, it was developed in Taiwan before coming to the USA, an been very popular, especially as a take out item. The version served here is among the best, nearly as good as the best in the area, that served at Jade Garden in Advance. The dish here adheres to the straight forward simplicity of processing quality beef, onions, and peppers well seasoned with a soy based sauce. The fried shrimp are small, fresh tasting, and well breaded and well seasoned. This isn't an item often thought of when considering Chinese American appetizer, but I would suggest you consider it , especially when a bit of hot mustard or Chinese hot sauce is added. I have tried at least a dozen items here, and there have only been a couple I would not reorder. The sipped with which your order is prepared is a definite plus, usually you are out in under 15 minutes.

The menu has a great mix of familiar Chinese dishes alongside more traditional regional specialties, and it's clear the restaurant isn't afraid to lean into bold, spicy flavors. The ambiance is cozy. It looks like they turned an old Biscuitville into the dining space, which is quite charming. We ordered quite a few dishes, including the steamed soup dumplings, ox tongue and tripe with chili sauce, Singapore mei fun, intestine with chili pepper, mapo tofu, kung pao chicken, and the intestine noodle. Everything was well prepared, but the standout was how the restaurant balances more "American Chinese" flavors while also staying true to some more traditional chinese flavors as well. The chili-forward dishes had plenty of heat without overpowering the other flavors, and each dish had its own distinct character. The ox tongue and tripe appetizer and the intestine dishes were great options if you're looking to try something a little more traditional. The portions were generous, making it a great place to order several dishes and share with the table. If you're used to American Chinese food, this menu offers a chance to branch out and try something different while still having plenty of familiar options available. If there is a dish I would not order again, it would probably be the soup dumplings. They tasted just like the store bought frozen variety that you can steam at home. Nonetheless, New Sichuan Restaurant is well worth a visit if you're desiring flavors that somewhat lean towards more traditional Sichuan cooking.

They are very willing to do substitutions for vegetarian meals, I even have had tofu Dan Dan noodles there. The spicy dishes are indeed spicy! Some of the portions could be a little bigger, but everything is very tasty. I love their bok choy, which is in many of their dishes. The spicy wontons were room temperature, and I'm not sure if they're supposed to be, but they were the only thing we haven't loved. My Chongqing noodles with tofu added was absolutely delicious and very spicy! There's not a lot of description on their menu, so you may want to do a little research before going.
