Christmas Eve dinner we ordered carry out. I wasn't feeling too well so I opted for the hot and sour soup and some vegetable fried rice. I felt like the soup was bland. There was no hot or sour to it. It tasted ok.l for being bland. Now the fried rice was awesome! Lots of veggies and great flavor. Not greasy. When we ordered the lady who answered was really nice. Underwhelming experience: everything was bland. Crab Rangoon, I know, not the most flavorful dish on the menu--bland. Sesame chicken--bland; Beef and veggies--bland. Honestly the most overwhelming flavor to me was the taste of the wok or oil it was cooked in. We ordered the dinners, which included "fried rice" and egg rolls; this was the most borrowing fried rice I've ever had--no veggies, no flavor. Boring. Egg rolls were ok, but no flavor pop. Severely disappointing cuisine - Outdated Facebook page (last post was 2014) - No website - Poor customer service via telephone ordering Good for them for being so successful without an online presence. The lobby was packed with 4 patrons at a time, as well as multiple people in their cars waiting. My boyfriend and I both got the sesame chicken combo platter. The sesame chicken had great flavor and wasn't tough or dry like other places. The egg rolls and fried rice were really good as well. Also a big plus was the crab rangoon, they were perfect. Only thing we didn't like as much was our soup, I got the wonton soup and he got the chicken rice, the broth in both our soups was bland BUT we will be trying different soups another time. Very disappointed in our recent carry out. We have not been to Panda House in a long time and decided to try it again because we used to enjoy it. The sweet and sour chicken was gummy in texture. The general tso chicken was very bland in flavor. Can't say we are eager to go back again. read more

Almond chicken is the first thing I try at Chinese restaurants. If it's good, likely other dishes will be as well. It was good. Nice and crunchy, but tender. The egg roll was good. The gravy is a little heavier than I'm used to but still solid. Will go back and try other dishes. read more

I love Panda House. Always happy with their dishes I usually get the Almond boneless chicken but all the dishes the noodle dishes and their soup are delicious they have great sauces on everything! Unfortunately we never end up eating there but it looks very pleasant inside. read more

Dear Panda House - I love you. I missed you when you were closed due to COVID. I had to go somewhere else to try and get my fix and it was HORRIBLE! Once you reopened, I ate so much I had to nap on the couch. Please never leave me again. **** **** **** **** In all honesty, I love this place. They're always friendly. The sesame chicken is my favorite sesame chicken ever. Crab Rangoon is pretty delicious too AND my hubs has never complained about his sweet and sour chicken. Great food......crappy packaging. So tire of gravy or sauce in the bottom of the bag or on my car seat or floor. I'm sick and tired of dealing with this issue that can be so simply fixed. I've gotten carry out here probably 25 times, and I've never been disappointed. I particularly enjoy the vegetable fried rice. It's the best in the area, in my humble opinion. Never greasy, flavorful and the vegetables are cut into small pieces for easier chewing. My wife always asks for the hot and sour soup. Pineapple chicken and beef broccoli was top notch! Wontons in soup were too gummy, so probably wouldn't order that again, but really liked the egg rolls too. The service was quick! I had called Golden Dragon in Oxford, and they told me it would take 90 more minutes than the 15 Panda House quoted...and panda House had 4 others come for pick up ordered at the same time I did, so it's not because they aren't serving customers! I had the sesame chicken with fried rice and an egg roll, it was all very good and the chicken was actual chicken and not some nasty rubbery stuff lolll. The multitude of dishes that they serve. Seafood, chicken, and pork are all expertly prepared. The sauces taste homemade and are consistently amazinh. I have had sweet & sour chicken 25-35 times at least and literally every piece of chicken was large, juicy, and perfectly cooked to a crispy coating. I would recommend Panda House to anyone. Chinese food aficionados or just someone looking for a great meal, quick, and with plenty for leftovers or to share. All around amazing. Wouldn't bother going anywhere else within 30 miles.
