My cousin and I got panda Friday night. I got orange chicken, broccoli beef, and fried rice and she just got a container of fried rice. Cut to mid- Saturday when we had been been throwing up, having diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and muscle cramps for a few hours. We didn't know if it was food poisoning or a stomach bug, but apparently fried rice syndrome is a common food-borne illness and the sudden onset happening within the same couple of hours meant it definitely was. It has been 5 days and my stomach still hasn't recovered. My cousin tried calling to let them know Saturday 7 times. The phone rang every time and they didn't answer once. Every time I come here they are out of stuff and they asked me what I want and they give me the opposite thing. They run out of things at 8 o'clock at night at 7:30 at 9:30 this place is not express at all. Whoever orders, the food needs learn how to order further flow of customers and obviously they stop making things because they don't want to lose money even though there's always a line here at night. Terrible service and the wait is ridiculous over 10 minutes to wait for a drive thru order mean while the employees are goofing off inside

I purchased a large veggie rolls with other items. My husband picked up. Only two veggie egg rolls was in the order. Supposed to be 12. I asked for a refund and they refused and told me they could give me a store credit for the order. These restaurants keep shorting people and will not refund. Who wants to spend another 40 minutes traveling when it was their mistake. I am highly upset! read more

Attempted to go through the drive through at 10:17 tonight and was told "at this time we're closed" (even though the website said they were open until 10:30). When I suggested they turn the open light off, they responded with "get out of my line". I may have just been hungry but this place wasn't honestly all that bad. I ordered my food online and it was ready at the promised time when I got there. It was warm but not hot which was good for me as I was eating it right away but might be a concern for people traveling with it. The restaurant itself looked alright, a decent number of tables, a pickup station that was a little hidden but I could find, and looked clean. The food itself was good for fast American Chinese food. I got the beef and broccoli with chow mein and a side of spring rolls. The beef was pretty good but the doneness of the broccoli was not consistent, some was crunchy and some were soft, not a huge thing for me but still. The spring rolls were pretty mediocre and the chow mein was a little cold by the time I reached it. Overall, 5/10, I might come here again if I'm in the area but I wouldn't travel for it read more

My review is not of the food, but of the non-existent customer service. We ordered for delivery. My daughter wanted this for her birthday meal. The driver arrived with the wrong order. Rather than giving us the wrong order, he indicated he would go back to rectify this, but instead, they sent a text/email saying the order was canceled. I called about it and the manager offered to remake it. I thought they would be willing to modify the compensation -- a free meal or a discount. Nope, they just were willing to start over, provided that now, we come and pick it up. Customer service used to matter, but this place doesn't even care if they do satisfy their customers, particularly the ones that aren't there in person. read more

I'm a huge Panda fan despite the fact that it is fast Chinese food. To be honest, Panda taste just as good as some established Chinese restaurants. I and my wife and son went to Panda this past weekend and we had a great meal. I had my usual Beijing Beef, Kung Pao Chicken and String Bean Chicken, those are my favorites. I got the 1/2 noodles with those newly improved veggies, which now have cabbage and kale. My only issue with this Panda is they sometimes will not have my dishes available, I would discourage you going on a Sunday night close to closing; they often are short on food and can't make any more. read more

Sometimes I just want fast "Chinese" food (I know this is not real Chines food) and since most of the Wong's Wok locations have closed this is now the closest one. No matter what time of day I've gone, they are always out of several items and you have to wait a good 10-15 minutes to get food. It seems like there are always angry people waiting for their food too. If there is anything left it's probably cause no one wants that dish and it's old. So really after waiting for the food to be prepared this is not fast at all and better off ordering from a different place. I'm giving two stars since the employees are always nice: otherwise they would probably get just one or zero stars if allowed. It's mostly young high school kids that have that lost look in their eyes while angry customers glare at them cause it's taking so long for the food. I always feel bad for these kids. This place was good when it just opened. Since, it's gone south. Now you get half of the food in your plate compared to before. Food is good so I will give it 2 stars. Service sucks, they are incredibly slow and you always have to wait for something. They will bring out a plate of food and by the time it's your turn in line, they run out and they don't place an order until it's completely empty. So you are stuck with scraps or waiting for an item 15 minutes. EVERY time same thing. It seems like they are adding more veggies in their meals so they give you less of actual meat or noodles. My partner loves Panda....like anytime he gets to pick where we eat we have to go. If you ask me, good chinese food is hard to find in MKE so I don't even really mind Panda because I know there are a few things that I always like. You basically get a plate of a ton of food. My favorite thing to do is ask for half steamed veggies half brown rice. The steamed veggies make eating panda seem not quite as bad for me. So glad they added this to their menu. If you are trying to pay attention to calories they do a good job of posting the amount of calories per every dish which really help me make better choices. The staff is always friendly at this location. They will let you sample before making final selections and if they run out of a dish they will make one up fresh for you and bring it to your table. Closed 10 Minutes Before Posted Closing Sign = Lost Revenue Opportunity We just attempted to eat here at 9:20pm after seeing that the restaurant was still open online. However, we were surprised to see that the doors were locked 10 minutes before the 9:30pm closing time. As someone who's worked at a fast casual restaurant before, I understand the feeling of employees that want to get home to their families after a long day. However, every lost customer is a lost revenue for the company, and thus in theory, potential lost wages for employees. Out of all of the panda express' I've been to in my lifetime consistently this one is the worst. Super greens aren't made with any sauce just plain vegetables. Their rice is burnt and clumped all together. The only thing they haven't messed up is their orange chicken. Since I go to a panda about once a year I expect the same quality, flavor, and freshness. But this location has not been the same. Perhaps it was the menu item, the special 5 flavor shrimp. It was oily, unflavored, unseasoned, old smelling shrimp. My side as noodles and they were very good. My second main dish was a green bean chicken. The vegetables were so overdone they were mushy. The chicken smelled very odd and again had no flavor. The thing is that this oily meal was almost $9 and didt even include a drink. read more

Honestly terrible experience. Drove twenty minutes to pick up my order, got home and realized half of it was missing. Initially was like whatever, my bad for not checking the bag. I called the store and they told me to come back. I get back and go through the drive through, the manager starts yelling at me, telling me I'm lying, I'm wrong, etc. Another worker comes out of the back holding the bag they forgot to give me.
