The Japchae was actually excellent, well made with a noticeable amount of wok caramelization flavor. The sweet potato glass noodles had a firm, chewy texture and provided a nice contrast with the tender pieces of pork and stir fried vegetables. I will probably order Japchae again even though I don't think this is a regular menu item. It is highly recommended. Service is polite and efficient. The dining room is comfortable for a single diner.
