August 10 2026. Sat in drive thru an exorbitant amount of time. Finally the lady said be with you in a minute. Suddenly poured down rain. I think she came on but had to shut window because of rain. Pulled around and parked in a puddle and went inside. Two ladies were busy chatting. Another lady had headphones, talking and filling orders. The 2 ladies finally finished their conversation to wait on me. I ordered a bowl of honey walnut shrimp with noodles and a bowl of orange chicken with noodles. While the first lady was getting the shrimp bowl the second lady asked me what else. I repeated orange chicken with noodles. She proceeded to put something with mushrooms in a bowl. I asked her if that was orange chicken and she looked at the other lady who nodded so she corrected herself. Anything else? Yes a diet coke and Powerade. They gave me a Powerade and a coke. Asked me to eat here or to go. I said to go. Paid. And waded to my car in the rain. My grand daughter said there was no forks so I waded back in to exchange the coke for a diet Coke and get forks. Worst experience ever. Is customer service just a total loss art? Even basic kindness is missing. Rude when taking my order - never acknowledged that I was in the drive through so after several minutes I said 'hello' to basically know if it was broken or not. The person was snippy. When I finally made it to the window the person notified me that they had no ice and so I said I do not want the soda if it's warm. They rolled their eyes and slammed the window. It seemed painful to be working there and for sure don't expect a thank you. Save time, money and mental health issues by NOT GOING TO THIS PLACE. Biggest waste of time today. So Rude! read more

The food quality has really been terrible and even worse was the attitude and rudeness of the employee working the drive thru.

They will not make what you order. Claim to be out. These places use the same ingredients for every dish. Just add sauces and different vegetables for different dishes. How can you always be out of pre made prebattered frozen chicken? It's thrown in a deep fryer, then onions, peppers, and some pineapple are thrown in a wok. Sauce is added, sweet fire, honey sesame, etc, and it's done. Nope we only have enough for one plate. Not enough for two orders of the same thing. If the owners read this, if your employees are doing this on 5 separate occasions to me, they're doing it all day to the rest of your customers. read more

Ask before you order...out of large cups so a medium drink would work. Ordered unsweetened ice tea and asked for Sweet N Low in my bag...out of that too! I would not have ordered the tea had I known that and the person at the window should have known when I asked for it. Don't plan to stop here again on my way through Victoria. I'm absolutely appalled by the staff's attitude at this location every single one of them lacks customer service skills each request I made was followed by an eyeroll and a dirty look. Rating purely based on the the treatment of the staff. The manager on duty Ana, was absolutely horrible to the staff while I was ordering food. They way she spoke to them was down right degrading to these teenagers, I saw tears in one of the girls eyes. I get that things need to be done a certain way and they need to be proficient and correspond to each other and with the cooks to make things move quickly, but to put the children working down LOUDLY in front of customers was absolutely uncalled for. Have enjoyed Panda Expresses in numerous locations in the past, but cannot see myself returning to this one.... Food seemed to be okay, however the appearance of the place was extremely disappointing. Virtually every table in the place was in need is cleaning and wiping down. Floor was trashy thru out. Urine soaked paper towels on the floor in the men's room. During the entire "dining in" experience did not see any staff ever even come to visualize the condition of the dining room much less the restrooms. Guess if you don't see it, it must not be an issue... But it does cause one to wonder if they don't do any better job taking care of the visable physical property what must be going on in the food preparation area??? read more

My first visit to a Panda Express ever. Food was really good, but not sure I'll ever come back. At least not to the Victoria location. My #1 pet peeve is a dirty dining room. If the front of the house is less than desirable, imagine what the rest of the place looks like. Every empty table in the place needed to be bussed and wiped down. Every. Single. Table. In an effort to be fair, I watched for staff to work the floor while I ate. Never saw a single employee come out. Never saw a table get wiped off. Never saw trash emptied. Never saw the wet spots on the floor in front of the drinks mopped. It wasn't so busy to prevent this work being done. There's a reason Chik-Fil-A is a leader in this space and all other brands are also rans. Unacceptable. Out. read more

Waited over 15mins for some damn vegetables. The cook kept socializing instead of doing his job in plain sight. He was asked to put the veggies in right when i placed the order, but decided that he'd rather just mess around. Meanwhile, my walnut shrimp, that i paid extra for was getting soggy af in the damn mushroom chicken juices since everything else was already boxed up. Had an employee's PIN that she had to wear on her shirt AT THE BOTTOM OF MY FOOD BOWL!!! Called to report it and it was the manager on duty's pin and her response was, "oh, that's mine...it fell off when I leaned forward and didn't know where it went"....No regard to stop serving food and find it as the acting manager. She said all employees have to wear that pin....like that helped her justify not doing anything. Horrible! Won't ever eat here again! read more

Although the restaurant was extremely short-staffed the crew was working hard and pleasant. The dining room was pretty dirty but they were trying to get food out. James, the manager, was very accommodating and working just as hard as the rest of the staff, which is unusual in today's workforce. read more

They managed to get my order wrong 3 times ... the 2nd time around at the drive through I asked them to read off the order to me so I knew they got all of it and they told me that they couldn't do that ???? so they ended up getting it wrong again .... then I went inside because I didn't want to go through the drive through a third time and after carefully telling them the order they still managed to get it wrong .... And they forgot my egg roll so I had to go inside again :) read more

I will fight you if you touch my walnut shrimp. I mean it's Panda Express. You're not getting gourmet authentic Chinese cuisine. But for what it is, it's good! It's very clean, everyone is friendly, portions are huge. Nothing to complain about. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, can't remember the last time I ordered teriyaki chicken and got plain unflavored grilled chicken instead, I also enjoyed the fact that I paid the extra money for the "premium" walnut shrimp and didn't even get it, you have one damn job make sure the customer gets what they order, I ordered a "bigger plate for a reason so I could share with my son, and only received two of my entree's, I did not drive all the way across town to get a sorry excuse for a meal, I will NEVER order from here again, rather pay the extra money to a restaurant who treats there customers orders with care and quality. Ordered online, not too terrible long of a wait through drive-thru. Ordered black pepper chicken and beef broccoli, got 7 chunks of broccoli and 2 slivers of beef. Black pepper chicken was a lot of peppers and a few chunks of chicken. Was so excited they had the black pepper chicken back on the menu and then disappointed when I opened the plate. My husband and I love going to Panda. We go about once a week, if not more. The manager is always smiling and laughing with the employees and the employees are always welcoming and polite. They are fast and get you through the line inside as well as outside quickly. I highly recommend this location! read more

Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's really bad. There's no inbetween here. The dry fried rice could use a little more flavor other than what tastes like soy sauce. Everything else is what you'd expect from a panda express. Pretty tasty...on good days but mess up and go there on a bad day and well, you get dried up broccoli, dried up and hardening chicken, soggy sopped soaking entrées that are meant to have a gravy like texture vs soupy, the white rice is not glutenous white rice so its not sticky white rice its just plain ole dried up tasteless rice unlike what you tend to get at a Chinese restaurant/buffet around here, burnt to hell wontons with dried up spits of "crab cream cheese", greasy old and cold eggrolls BUT you know its hit or miss and yea ill take that chance every time BC when it's good....its delicious:) read more

Great food five stars on that. BUT if you want to dine in......in six visits this past year we've come to expect no TEA to be ready....ever. There is either a dribble of sweet tea or none at all. Always clean and majority of the time the wait is not long. Friendly staff and good service. Never had a problem. They do run out of things sometimes and you have to wait a little while for them to make it. I give them 4 stars because of this. They don't keep a good track of when the bowls are low on food. A key feature of Panda Express that makes me want to return is this professionalism of the staff. I am always impressed with the speedy and friendly atmosphere. Unlike other places, I always feel like the employees DESERVE my money based on their actions. Less than one star because of the terrible service at the window during lunch today. The lady taking our order was rude and impatient.

The entrees I have had were delicious, especially orange chicken and the Shanghai Angus Beef. However, the fried rice could use a bit more spice and the chow mein noodles tended to be slightly dry. I prefer "plain" black brewed tea, which doesn't seem to be available here. Not a big fan of "flavored" teas. Service was great and moved long lines fairly quickly..
