Never ever been here before, and after near being ran over, by 2 other panda frequent flyers, who rushed in front of the line through the closer door, I waited to be helped next, though as I was standing there, another person stands up to the counter, and a panda person behind the counter waits on her, and then walks away, just like I am invisible. Another man walked up, obviously involved in another task, because he hadn't been there and didn't know what was going on. So, I briefly explained what happened, said this was not only the first, but certainly the last time I would ever come here, and waved goodbye. So, Panda Express closes at 10:30 right. My friend and I get out of a show and walk up to the doors barely past ten. The doors are locked and the employees look right at us while they sipped their Dutch Bros, totally ignored us and we left. If you're gonna advertise that y'all close ten thirty, you best let the employees know so customers don't waste their time to just be ignored by the employees behind the locked doors. read more

Panda Express is the McDonalds of Chinese food: Fast and hits the spot. Now, I'm by no means a Chinese food connoisseur but I do love to eat and this food chain has it tasty, fresh, and quite delicious. I've yet to be disappointed and their prices are reasonable. Mmmm. Go for it! read more

The usual is their tofu sweet and spicy soup. Unfortunately it's no longer on the menu. I'm not sure why because it is pretty darn good, especially for what they offer here in Twin Falls. Road stop from a long drive. Panda so far never let me down. Ordered a bowl with mixed vegetables as the base instead of rice or noodles and the chicken and green bean. No chicken or green beans to be found. Thanks for skimping I definitely won't be back. read more

Wanted chow mein but they had none. Since i had already waited in line for 10 mins I didn't want to wait until they made more so I got the steamed brown rice, it was hard and not completely cooked. Food was not the best but i guess if you are starving it will do. If you want faster service go thru the drive-thru they seemed to be getting fatter service. read more

I have never been so insulted by a Manager in my life. I ordered on line and it never went through, went into the Twin Falls Idaho location to find out what happened and the Manager came out with a smug, nasty, look on her face. Tried to show her the print out of the order just to let her know what maybe going on with the site if she didn't know and she got ubba rude. Accused me of being stupid in front of a number of folks and refused to help. I will never be going there again!! Horrid, Horrid, Horrid Place. I wonder how she treat the employees!?? read more

I am continued to be impressed by this location. They offer fast service but without compromising the care and attention they give to each customer. All food items we have ordered here have always tasted fresher and more flavorful than any other Panda I have been to (which has been several dozen between Utah and Arizona). I hope the quality of ingredients and care that is taken in preparing the food continues to be the case at this location. read more

i stood in line for appr 10 minutes only to find out that the fried rice was not available due to technical difficulties... a little typed out note on the glass at the serving line is absolutely unexceptionable...i visit this panda location at least once per mo...i was ready to vent to everyone in the dinning lounge...and the 3 orders to go were going to be with fried rice...management should have been telling everyone standing in line that the fried rice was not available...i did not purchase the meals I intended to order...i left very very unhappy. how hard is it to cook rice ...technical difficulties..ya right...they were out of rice... read more

Stopped here for lunch on the way through town. They were having a lunch rush and were out of sesame chicken, but they brought it as quickly as possible to the table. The trash cans were in desperate need imof being emptied, but the dining area was clean. The bathrooms were clean. Pretty on par with any other Panda Express, and the staff were nice. read more

Sloooowww, dirty, cold and small servings. I have loved Panda every other location I have ever visited. This is the only location that seems really understaffed. There are just enough people to take care of the drive thru and no one there to help inside customers. It feels like we are inconveniencing the employees, they don't look happy. It can't be a happy job, when you know you're not taking good care of customers because you're too busy. Be prepared to wait at least 35 minutes to be greeted, and maybe another 20 for them to make more of the dish that has run out and is now cold. read more

So I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp through the drive through so I couldn't see what they were grabbing for me. When I got to work I see absolutely NO walnuts - we pay an extra $1 something for the shrimp, it has Walnut in the name --- no walnuts! When I go in and order it I notice there are very little walnuts in the serving bowl so I make sure they grab some and put them in there. Very disappointed in this item - not the shrimp, and not the walnuts when they put them in there, but very poor quality assurance - was very good when they opened now they are sliding into mediocrity. Absolutely awful. If I could give 0 stars, I would. First we were passed over for a larger group, even though we were first in line and in the restaurant first. Then the woman told us she would be "just a minute" while she completed other tasks. Finally, asked for it to go, got it on a tray. Employees sitting in the lobby being unprofessional. I would have thought just out of professional kindness or customer service the 3 employees (management) having a meeting by the window would have paused and helped the workers behind the counter ? Great food cooked with fresh ingredients. Always very busy and refreshing food constantly. I'm not a fan of Chinese food but this is the closest to Cantonese. Never been able to find a Cantonese restaurant in the West but enjoy meals here so no big problem. Plenty of choice and they introduce a new dish every few weeks. Staff are very efficient and friendly. Only one of 2 restaurants I consider worth visiting regularly. read more
