I've read reviews from around the country and always wanted to try this item: the Butter Burger. I ordered the double bacon deluxe. IT WAS AMAZING! How could it not be?!? Butter. In the burger! Beef patties cooked perfectly. Bacon was off the hook. Lettuce, onion, mayo, and adequate bunnage that helped get this burger in my piehole! Did I tell you it was amazing? The menu has a very nice range of items that I will be trying. I also had fries. Wife had 2 piece cod dinner (fish and chips). With 2 drinks it was $25. Going back for the Reuben and the spicy chicken. Too full for the ice cream but, oh well. Label me "Repeat!" BTW, counter person named Michael was Great! He represented well.

It's just an okay burger, but is priced higher than some of the better quality chains. So I probably won't go back. Tried to be patient because the drive through employee was a trainee. But she should not have been on her own. Came specifically to get a Smore frosted coffee. Said specifically we would like two Smore frosted coffees. Was told, even though it was all over the signage and menu, that was not what it was and that I wanted a toasted marshmallow frosted coffee, it was the same thing. It was not. What I got was a fairly lousy iced coffee, not a frosted coffee. When I tried to correct the drive through employee I was ignored. Terrible experience. Coffee was undrinkable.

I visited yesterday evening with my 20-month-old son to order dinner for my husband and me. From…read morethe start, the female employee helping me was short and annoyed. The portions were tiny -- light scoops of rice and beans -- and when I politely asked for more, she rolled her eyes and huffed. The meat was also skimpy, but I didn't ask for extra to avoid being charged. There was no line behind me while ordering my husband's burrito. Another customer arrived when I started my bowl, but by then I'd already given up trying to get normal portions. My bowl ended up about half the usual size -- I normally get two meals from a bowl, and this time I couldn't. At checkout, the cashier (also female) was unfriendly and immediately began asking the next customer if he wanted chips and a drink while I was still finishing my transaction, holding my toddler. The customer behind me even commented that I was doing a good job managing my child, which I appreciated. Overall, the service was rude, dismissive, and the portions were smaller than normal. Disappointing experience -- I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because past visits have been better.

Then I get home to find another hair in my bowl and a mountain of sour cream, I asked for extra but half my bowl was full of it. The other bowl sitting next to the first one looked half full.
