Panda Express - Picture of what I ordered Do not order it it's just old A meat And way way too hot and spicy - Chinese Near Me - Twin Falls, Idaho

Did an online order using code THANKSMOM and got a Family of 5 meal for $30 plus an extra $4.50 for the honey walnut shrimp. With this meal we got: 2 sides & 3 entrees. Our choices: Fried Rice, Chow Mein, Beef Broccoli, Green Beans with Chicken & Honey Walnut Shrimp (extra $4.50) We're visiting from Hawaii so we wanted rice. Can never go wrong with Pandas! Quick, reliable, same taste like home. Good food, great taste. One of our favorites even at home. read more

Honestly, this is a wonderful Chinese option. So much of it around here is very greasy and seems to have been prepared earlier and sitting around. This wasn't greasy, tasted fresh, and they did a wonderful job making sure we had enough sauce. We had it delivered 20 miles away, and it was still hot. Very reasonably priced, open later than a lot of places, and overall was pretty darn good. read more

I have a really restricted diet and I can't eat most fast food any longer. My son and I stopped here because they had options I could eat which is getting rare for me. We used the drive thru so ambience was not a factor. The service is fine. It was fast and friendly. The flavor of my mushroom chicken was good and the veggies were fresh and nice. My son's orange chicken was so bland. I mean super bland. Not even vaguely orange flavored. He said it was essentially what his school cafeteria serves. My biggest gripe was the portions. I got about 2.5 cups of rice and less than half a cup of chicken and mushrooms. The brown rice was under cooked, still edible, but not great. I don't find it a good value to pay $9 for a bowl of what equates to 10 cents worth of rice and about a buck worth of chicken and vegetables. I know restaurant markups are high, but I can go to other places and for slightly more get a more balanced portion with properly cooked rice. Probably the best Panda Express experience I've had, but not going to be my first choice even though I have so few. read more

Stopped by for lunch yesterday and had SUCH a good experience!! Everyone was SO nice and gave exceptional customer service! The food was incredibly fresh too which makes me happy! I had the plate with broccoli beef and the pepper beef with steamed veggies for the side. Soooooo fresh and delicious! Found my new favorite, healthy fast food! read more

Drive thru order, ordered a bigger plate, and they gave me only 2 of the 3 I chose for entrees. Not a huge issue, it was hot and good. Asked if I wanted sauce, and I asked for extra hot mustard. Got 3 and that was it. Also shorted me on change, but they fixed it quickly. read more

Noodles were dried and disgusting. They did not have one of the 2 entrees I ordered so they doubled the spicy steak and shrimp but forgot the shrimp. Very disappointing. I complained and was rewarded with a $5 credit which I'll never use at Panda Express. read more

Seems like a popular place for locals. Drive thru always have a long line. Came here to pick up a quick dinner. Service was great and fast. Chow mein tasted fresh and the rest of the food. read more

Really disappointed in my experience. They accepted my online order, and then once the driver arrives told him one of the entrées I ordered was out of stock. My driver calls, and I just ask for them to switch it to being 2x of the other entrée instead of one each. It wasn't a huge deal since it was a little later in the evening and within 30 minutes of their posted closing time. Five minutes go by. My drivers calls again. They're out of the other entrée as well.... So they accepted an online order for two entrées, neither of which they had in stock at the time of pickup, leading to me fighting with my uber driver and uber to try to get the order cancelled at the fault of the restaurants. I've never had this happen before with a Panda Express, as they're generally really good about keeping their "in stock" statuses up to date, or at a minimum declining an online order if it is something they won't feasibly be able to serve. I'm just disappointed this was so far from the case this time that led to several people just being inconvenienced. read more

Stopped for a quick dinner on our way home to Caldwell. Food was delicious and even though the restaurant was packed and there was a line the service was fast. I would say the rice wasn't completely cooked but we had got half and half of the sides so we saved the rice for home, added a bit more water and finished cooking it. The chow mein was very good, here in Caldwell it is a bit dry but at this place it was great. So I recommend the chow mein. read more

My family used the drive-thru only Went around 7pm, fast service and delicious food! It was some of the best Panda Express I'd had in a while! No photo because I ate it too fast and forgot, lol sorry read more

Waited 20 minutes inside only to get to the front and have no one even tell us they will be right with us. Literally stared someone in the eye and they ignored me. I'll I needed to hear was "we will be with you as soon as we can." But they said nothing. No changing tables for babies. Not friendly. Will never try to attempt to eat here again. Ended up packing my kids and baby up after 20 minutes of waiting to go to Burger King instead. read more

Absolutely horrible service. They messed up on my order. When I called them to make it right they make me drive clear back to the store. And instead of making my order right just gave me a small portion of what I ordered. And by the time I get made it back home The food was cold Would not recommend!!! read more

Why does Panda keep making it harder and harder to keep coming here? Its like they are trying to drive business away. No more warm and gooey teriyaki sauce on the hot bar, now you get cold tar-like sauce in an oversized ketchup packet. Its cold enough that when you put it on the chicken and noodles it turns your whole meal cold. Its such a shame, one of my old go-to's is about to become a went-to. read more

It's Panda Express. Typical of their chain, decent quality for what it is. There is no dine in at this time, and although their service is fast, the drive through takes forever. It is always busy when we go, so I guess it's worth it to everyone to wait. They have mobile/online ordering, but if it's within a half hour of closing, I can never get my oder to process so I can pickup in store. read more

Decided to try again. Been a while. Food had way too much "hot spices" - kung pao is spicy - but shouldn't be to the point you cannot even eat it. Same with the sweet fire chicken. Used to love all their food. read more

15 min wait to just order in the drive thru...With No cars in the drive thru!!! How is Xpress so the food is not an issue, however the one thing this location is consistent and is the fact that they can never get their customer service right. I am only writing this review after a year of going to this location. It is the only one in town, so they have zero incentive to get better, and that's the problem. They absolutely do not know how to handle more than one order at a time. If If I was a general manager, or if I was an owner of this location I would wipe out the employees start now or at the very least target which ones were trainable and keep them. read more

I normally really enjoy this Panda Express except today i went through the drive thru, waited for 5 minutes for anyone to say anything. once i got to the window the girl was rude, I asked for 2 sweet n sour sauces and THESE ARE WHAT I GET. they aren't even halfway full. there food is probably one of the best around Twin! the food is always fresh and delicioul. The customer service is great.

We had the 2 plates and 2 bowls. Just wanted to say Thank you for adding to our order the king pow chicken and 2 waters. We greatly appreciate the effort made and your food tasted great and amazing. Loving this location. We traveled up from Phoenix and got here today it meant a lot! Very kind and recommend this location to everyone! read more

The food is at least hot, options aplenty, and the servers friendly, but that's it. I deducted for the serving size. It's very inconsistent at this restaurant. We have eaten at many locations in multiple states so my comparison is fair. I have noticed while standing in line, they heap the side (rice, noodles or super greens) also into the two smaller entree sections. The entree is then placed on top of the side, making the portion of the entree appear normal. When you sit to eat, you have almost no entree. Every other Panda we've been to gives 1.5 thighs for the teriyaki checkin, here only 1 and then after chopping they put some back. I also noticed men are given more than women. Watch for this as you stand in line. Maybe they figure most customers are just passing through so they don't care if we are satisfied. read more

Girl at the window would keep interrupting my order So did not get extra sweet and sour Told me to use internet to order our big order We are traveling from Montana to California My grandkids wanted panda and don't have internet Next time I will know better and NOT go to Panda Express read more

Super fast, sometimes friendly the reason for the 4 star is the last couple of times we have ordered the orange chicken.. the chicken has had the consistency of jerky. Maybe they set the old dried out chicken for the drive thru. My suggestion go inside if you have time. Weird maze like parking lot also. read more

I should have been skeptical for the lack of customers present at 11 am in the morning. I noticed several entrees were not even available unless I was willing to wait 10 to15 minutes so I ordered from what was prepared. The rice and the Kung-pao chicken tasted ok but nothing to write home about. The orange chicken and Beijing Beef tasted horrible!!! I swear these were recooked from the day before because neither even closely resembled anything else Chinese tasting. The Orange chicken was like eating a candy coated Milkbone dog biscuit and hard as a rock. The Beijing beef was like some type of beef jerky dumped in pancake syrup. Absolutely inedible!!! I also ordered sweet fire chicken that chewy like raw something or other. I have eaten at Panda Express all over Nevada, Utah and Idaho but this after this experience it is very, very doubtful that I will ever eat at this chain again! I would have been well ahead of the game if I proceeded first to the men's restroom and flushed a $10 bill down the toilet and walked straight back out!!! read more

Panda has deteriorated as it races to expand, which makes no sense considering how well they pay. Noodles here are more akin to dessicated worms dried from the sun in texture. It's not even worth eating anymore. Portions are half what used to be served. Rice is dry and underseasoned. I'm really disappointed with this location. You order teriyaki chicken and they don't put any sauce on it...so essentially, it's chicken. The majority of the dishes is celery. No joke, I picked it all out from two entrees and it was 1.5 cups worth. If you're going to feed me filler, I'd rather it not be celery. If it has to be celery, put peanut butter in it with some raisins so at least I can be in on the joke. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. read more

The food is never the problem. However, after waiting for a very long time to get our food, the woman who took our order was rather rude. She was very short with us when we couldn't understand what she was saying. Being busy is not an excuse to be impatient with customers. read more

I visited this store today and it was the second time I've had to wait for something to be cooked (not a big deal). The first visit, drive thru, I asked for two chicken rolls and only got one (not a big deal but a little frustrating). While ordering drive thru today, they told me chicken egg rolls would be about 4 minutes... ok. I go wait and about 5 minutes later they come to tell us that their cook didn't hear them and it'd be another 7 minutes. I asked for a refund and THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS. Instead, they force you into choosing something else or get future free food. There should be some type of warning that if Panda can't give you what you want that there will be no refund. I wanted chicken egg rolls, not crab ragoons or any future meals. To be honest, I will not ever return to Panda. I went through the drive thru due to time constraints and I agreed to the 4 additional minutes but they messed up and needed even more time and I couldn't stick around, I should be able to have a refund not forced into good I don't want. read more

2nd time I've gotten food from here.. And there were issues. The first time.. Placed order online.. Went to pick up (later than anticipated) and was told that the order wasn't even started. Had to wait 20 minutes for that. Today, I had teriyaki chicken on the brain.. Figured I'd give it a shot. I even went as far as to not make any special instructions at the window (such as teriyaki on the side). There were a few things that were "sold out".. Which was no problem. But when I get back home to enjoy my teriyaki chicken.. I discover that I just have COOKED CHICKEN! No teriyaki sauce on the chicken at all. No soy sauce or any type of sauce with my food. Huge disappointment.. If I wanted plain chicken and rice.. I would have chosen somewhere else. Time to try some other options to replace Panda. read more

Take some serious consideration into your employees and how they are representing your business!!!!! One of your employees has taken it into her own hands to blast past coworkers into the publics eye and it has gone viral. sorry but this kind of publicity makes me wonder how the employees with actually treat their customers are they gonna post something that was a horrible experience when they are in the wrong. Im sure you have see facebook messages about this individual employee. you hired her just recently and will now be working in the burley, Idaho panda express and some of the people I know are not to happy and they are very good paying customers looks like we will be taking our business else where. yes I know its just facebook and its not a big deal but it is if you are trying for a future career, college ect. this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Disappointed, they just don't train their low paid employees enough to stir their products and keep it warm, they scoop off the top of the dish which tends to be way cooler, If the products been sitting there a while it will be cold, also small portions, don't waste your money unless you're desperate read more
