We came in for the first time at around lunchtime. The buffet wasn't yet open. We were greeted with a smile from a very kind server. I looked at the lunch menu and decided to throw caution to the wind and try their curry. I was asked how spicy on a scale of one to ten. To my enjoyment, the food came out just right (I ordered it 8) and it was very plentiful. I thought why have I been eating at such horrible places when Loong Han was right here all along. There are better options in town. I was missing many of my favorites that usually show up at a chinese buffet. They did surprise me with mashed potatoes and lasagna, which isn't what i was anticipating. The mongolian grill steams food, not fried on a hot plate as usual. We went in for the buffet- wrong!! first there was no food in the buffet. Thinking that it was going to be refilled we started. It was not refilled, so after eating rice(which I finished it off) there was very little left. There wasn't even lettuce for the salad bar. Very disappointed!! As I was leaving I used the restroom, Boy what a mistake. The porcelain was yellow. Why the health department hasn't shut this place down is amazing. Disgusting. Some items on buffet line were cold, so I don't know what that means for food safety? The premises were fairly clean and service was decent. I speak only to the buffet line, but to that regard, it's in line with most buffets... mediocrity achieved. read more

After seeing some of the reviews I was hesitant. I just moved here and the first three Chinese restaurants I tried were very average. I had delivery and all three of the dishes I ordered were very good. A very large amount for the price in fact I'll probably be eating Chinese for a couple days lol The barbecue pork pan fried noodles was exceptional! read more

Reviewer # 9. I don't often leave 1 stars. I can usually find good in every place, especially if the customer service is on point, or there was a really good tasting dish. This isn't the case here. I went with a group of people and none of us were impressed. The food choices aren't great. In fact it's not really even good. The food didn't taste fresh, but rather old. I am not sure if there are any good Chinese buffets in the Twin Falls area, so this may be as good as it gets for locals, but those of us from Boise, this was a shame of a place. If you're traveling and used to good Chinese buffets-- skip it! read more

Gave this place a try, since it was the only Chinese food option on Grubhub when we passed through Twin Falls. We were surprised by the generous portions and enjoyed that their food wasn't overly salty. I'm not an expert in Chinese cuisine, but we really enjoyed our meal! read more

The price was a bit high at $12 each for adults and 90 cents per kid, which for our 10 year old was $9.00. The servers stood around talking about other diners which was inappropriate. Not too bad. I don't think the recipe for the Mongolian BBQ sauce is sufficient. It left my food kind of dry and not very flavorful. The veggies, meats, and options were great...just need to perfect the sauce and I think it'll be a pretty good Mongolian BBQ bowl. The buffet wasn't awful like most. It had some good options and the flavor on everything I tried was fine. My only complaint was some of the items that were supposed to be crispy were a little soggy. The egg rolls had a great flavor but even though they looked crispy they didn't live up to that. The service was really great. I think that the girl serving (seemed like the only one) was just so nice and happy. Really good vibes from her. The lady working the Mongolian grill was also nice and helpful. I'd probably go again if I was in the mood for Mongolian BBQ. The price can't be beat. For lunch the buffet and Mongolian bbq all you can eat is less than $9. read more

We have eaten at Loong Hing's several times over the last couple of years. We always have the Mongolian BBQ and its always a good, healthy meal. It is about $10 per bowl, but they let you go back for a seconds. The variety of fillings is good from beef to shrimp to broccoli to snow peas. Veges look fresh for the most part. The place has never been crowded when we go in the evenings, so its a quick meal as well. It stands up well to other Mongolian BBQs that we have been to in Boise. They also have dishes from the menu and a buffet. We haven't tried either. read more

Dined in for late lunch/early dinner. The bowl of whatever-you-want was standard. I had the beef with some onions and bell peppers. Not bad, certainly not flavor-packed or exciting either. The lady walking around and around and around the big circular cooking thing was very nice and friendly to her co-worker, but not me. I tried to spark a conversation with her and she scowled. Right. Well, I got my food and left. After the bowl I wanted to try the buffet. OMG, it was bad. So very, very bad. The choices were limited, the food presentation was sloppy and run down, the food appeared to have been sitting there for hours with no activity. Nothing at the buffet complimented the grill food. The only thing I tried were the battered onion rings. They tasted HORRIBLE. They were stale and limp. Another reviewer, Michael D., proposed that, "maybe this was just an off night..." My reply would be that it wasn't an off night; it was a typical night. I drive by this restaurant every single day at 5:30 on my way home from work and it's really no wonder that I rarely see more than four cars in the parking lot -and that includes those driven by the employees. Put this establishment in a city with competition and it would close down before lunch The two stars are for the grill bowls. Maybe this was just an off night, but the food was barely warm, and tasted like it had sat out for a long time (dry and rubbery). This was especially true for the sweet and sour pork. The flavor was good, but it tasted like it had been cooked that morning and then left out. I also found it odd that the spicy chicken (I don't remember if the tag called it kung pao or general tso's) lacked any spiciness and tasted very similar to the aforementioned sweet and sour pork. This review is about their breakfast. It was horrible and we ate very little of what they served. How do you ruin breakfast? Start off with a poorly brewed cup of coffee. Hash browns were cooked in a wok (evidently) and were spread out so thinly that when they were fried on both sides, there was no 'middle'. They were flavorless, crunchy and greasy. I cannot recall not eating my potatoes in a restaurant. The toast was what we used to call "balloon bread": mostly air and no flavor. I ate my greasy eggs and left the rest.
